The answer is probably yes, since no one in their right mind (other than someone who really wanted a realistic RPing experience) would, but are you allowed to LOWER your Zenny for RP purposes?

How often can you use programs like "Shield" and "Reflect"?
Once per turn.

Oh, thanks. By the way, that is one hell of a HAX virus.
It is but I think it charges its lazer for the first (few) turns and the fact that it moves slowly means you're supposed to take it out first. By the time you actually encounter it, you should have the means to deal over 500 damage in 1 turn or roughly 400 something. It's also meant as something of a miniboss I think.
Question: How often are you allowed to use Antidamage navi cust block? (I forget the name in the thread. Something magic)

No, just wait for it, god.
Oh, hey, I was wondering where I left that piece of my soul. *Takes it back* *Replaces it with a robot*

Question: Can GMO missions be done in teams of multiple people? Just checking for confirmation.

After doing some checking...
Yes, you can do a GMO mission with teammates. So feel free to gather your allies before taking on your first mission if you like.

If you were teamed up with someone who had an email address, but you didn't have one, would they be able to tell you their email anyway, even if you wouldn't be able to use it?

Question or suggestion: In the rules it says that each sig grows with every PU you get. The first sig you get does not come from a PU, but is built into a navi automatically, which is why there are three level 1's per navi even though PU Lvl 1's are limited to 2 a person. However, one person presented evidence in the Chat Room indicating that the first sig is indeed counted towards the increase in Cap. Now if this is true, I just wish to suggest that things are altered slightly by assigning a PU to the starter sig, giving the first PU as part of a starter pack and also increasing the number of Lvl 1 PUs given to 3, to accomadate this shift. If this is not the case and someone just got confused, then just provide clarification and I'll shut up.

Added stipulation: Traditional "Normal Navi" do not come with SigAttks. (This would be why Megaman lacks a "special" attack in the games.) Process Upgrades are relatively new implements that have been added to the starter Navi kits in order to add more customization and uniqueness.

Can the damage cap of a sig be raised if you damage yourself as well (such as an additional X damage on an enemy if you take X damage)?

Techie question. Which port(s) does the chat use, so I can repeatedly complain under different names that the dorm I'm in needs to open said port(s). Yeah, I know I should argue that all of them should be (We ARE adults, here...), but I'm going to do it one-by-one until they cave. Either that, or I gather enough cash for the 24MB line that Be Broadband can supply to my dorm.
