Twi's Domain

"Normal movements restored," Red muttered as she saw her attack blast an unintended target.
"Right, let's go with the power of friendship," Shin suggested, accessing some of the PET's menus.
"JuniorCross On!" Red shouted as Shin finalized the process.
"Execute! Go for it Red!" Shin ordered as he executed the program.
The red-caped wonder glowed with a brilliant white light, her clothes shifting. Her body was encompassed by a royal purple bodysuit and golden gloves and boots formed at her hands and feet, her navi symbol decorated itself on her chest and her red hoodie lost it's hood and flowed out as a brilliant cape attached to her shoulders.
"Let's spice things up," the crimson crusader declared adamantly.
"Vulcan2, Shotgun! Slot-in! Attack!" Shin commanded as he sent his navi the chips.
A minigun assimilated onto Red's arm as she took aim at the wolf-like pet.
"Eat lead!" she shouted as a torrent of bullets rained out of her minigun and sped towards Blazewolf, hoping to do some damage to him.
With that finished, she placed her right hand out in front of her, devoid of minigun, and concentrated her energy into it. A red glow formed around her arm as well as a ball of energy in the palm of her hand.
"SEXY BLAST!" the navi cried out as a crimson bolt of energy surged out of her hand and flew through the air and attempted to strike the wolf and the purple admin at the same time.
Taking her time, Red eyed her opponents, attempting to anticipate their movements, and if an attack came, she would be ready to move out of the way.

"Okay, that lion is going down! Time for a decisive blast!" Junior dropped his shield at his feet and then raised up his hands, pouring a good amount of energy into each. As they glowed and gained full power, he brought them forward, prepared to blast Nomad into next week when suddenly, a transformed Divinity dashed up to the animal and began hacking at it. He pulled back quickly, almost losing his attack, "Holy crap! I almost hit her along with the enemy! And it doesn't look like she's going to back off.... Window of opportunity... lost. Guess I'll go after the other fruit loop pet." Junior sighed. He then turned his focus to Blazewolf and in a bit of a huff, fired a large beam of energy at the beast.

"Eh, don't worry about it. The problem with the lion is taht he blocks the attack. Now that that navi's actively engaging it, it should have quite a problem just preventing attacks to itself. She's done what was needed. Either way, keep piling on damage to the other one, then pick up your Guard again." Wes advised, "Well then, I'm sending Cornshot1, Powershot, and Cannon. We need to hold off on using elemental chips for now... Hopefully we can initiate the Zone plan soon."

"Okay. Here goes." Junior held out both palms, a kernal of corn appearing in front of each of them. He swept air over both, making them spiin rapidly as they floated. He couldn't target the same enemy twice with this attack, so his targets had already been decided before the chip had even been slotted in. He fired the kernals, each popping as they were released. A barrier of wind surrounded them, doubling their attack speed. He immediately summoned the data for the next chip, white light engulfing his hand and blocking it from sight. Now he only had one enemy to worry about, targeting wise, so he could relax a bit. Bringing his gaze to bear on Blazewolf, he released a giant blast of power, white light rocketing at the canine foe. Junior now had one move left on him before he needed a breather. A small amount of attack energy was sent to him. It really wasn't much, but it was something. He quickly aimed at the wolf again and fired the shot with a small bang. Not very satisfying, but every little bit would help. He took a step back and picked up his shield, holding it in front of him once again. He took a moment to gaze at his allies. Both Divinity and Pianoman had activated a Cross. Red had also summoned up his power and wielded it in a flasy display. When he heard her yell, 'Sexy Blast', he had to wonder, was she making fun of him? He also looked at Daisy just in time to see DNR punch her. He felt anger well up inside him, "Wes, after this is over, I'm gonna hunt down that DNR-bastard, okay?"

Runeknight rose to his feet, his shield still strapped firmly to his arm. He had been lucky and had avoided any further manifestations of Twi's boredom. He peered over the upraised shield, glancing quickly about the battlefield to take in the state of things. The strange cat girl had been savaged by the wolf while the angelic Navi had cast her bladed judgment upon Twi's lion. Twi himself had taken a small hit, but the purple armored fiend seemed to care little about weak beam than crashed against his armor.

"We shall have to quicken our pace," Runeknight whispered. "If ever we are to defeat these foes."

Runeknight strode forward, his legs responding far more quickly than they had moments before. It seemed that Twi's seal had weakened slightly, allowing Runeknight full use of his limbs. He stretched his arms, smiling grimly beneath his visor. At least now he stood a better chance of riposting his foe's attacks. If only his spells were available to him.

"Sire," Runeknight asked his Lord. "It seems that Twi's seal has lessened somewhat. Perhaps my spells are free as well?"

"Well," Zan replied. "The runes engraved in your armor haven't responded. Of course, those are relatively weak runes compared to those used in your other spells. You may be able to break his hold if you concentrate, but I don't want you flaring up again."

"I am aware of the dangers Sire, but it must be done. I know this."

"Alright, but be careful. I'm going to send you another weapon as well. Let's show Twi that we mean business."

"Aye, Sire. Verily we shall."

Runeknight looked inside himself, concentrating his thoughts in order to summon the runic energies that lay deep within him. The words to his spell came easier this time around, Twi's seal having been weakened though Runeknight did not know the reason behind this development. He formed the syllables in his mind, cementing them in his thoughts before reciting them aloud. His rich baritone resounded throughout the battlefield, each word serving to build the power needed to ignite his spell. He raised his unencumbered arm, dropping his shield arm low, and stretched his fingers out toward Twi. The Rune of Vigor flared brightly across Runeknight's chest and an azure glow enveloped his body. An aura of intense light surrounded the armored Navi as his spell grew stronger. Runeknight shouted out a quick line, a black portal opening up beneath Twi. The surface of the portal was smooth blackness, like a puddle of dark ink. Beneath the pool raged a demon of hatred and decadent evil. The things tentacles lashed against the surface, struggling to break free as jet black flames spread across its limbs. Runeknight shouted the final word, releasing the beast from its prison to wreak havoc for the brief time alloted to it. The flaming tentacles rosed from the portal as the serene surface suddenly became a boiling, writhing circle of darkness. The flames reached high, stretching out to attempt to engulf Twi and pull him down into the waiting maw of the creature below.

"Now!" Runeknight shouted.

No matter if Twi escaped the full brunt of the creature's wrath, the purple warrior had to be distracted for at least a moment. Runeknight raised his shield, using it as a barrier as he charged toward Twi. His free hand twitched as a jet of cobalt flames writhed within his grasp. The flames became an inferno, stretching out long and wide from Runeknight's hand. The inferno took on the shape of a massive sword and the fires died away to create an enormous sword forged from smooth, jet black steel. A single rune was carved upon the blade of the sword, the Rune of Breaking shining with a fierce cobalt light. Runeknight held the sword behind him with one arm, holding the shield raised high as he charged forward. He moved to slam himself into the distracted purple Navi, smashing the shield forward in an attempt to topple the powerful Navi. As his shield arm moved out of the way, Runeknight flashed down with the massive sword, hoping to cleave Twi in twain.

There was an explosion of dust and debris, obscuring Runeknight's vision. The armored Navi danced back, moving away from where Twi had been standing. He could not be sure if his blade had struck true, nor could he be sure of where Twi was now. He moved back, scanning the battlefield warily in an attempt to avoid any retaliation.

Druidman, having opted to simply meditate off his stun, rather than try to struggle with a half numb body, now opened his eyes, which glowed a rather bright shade of green. "Steve, dude?" he said tentatively.

"What is it, Druidman? You need some firepower?" Steve said, pulling out several good looking chips.

"Actually, dude, I don't. I just had a vision or something weird like that. It was all messed up and stuff, and for some reason, I was wearing hula skirt and a top hat." He said as plain and calm as anything. The silence that followed could probably be cleaved by Druidman's scimitar.

"Anyway, it gave me a cool idea, man. Leave it to me." Druidman reassured the still flabbergasted Steve. With this, he began an abrupt, harsh, chant, which caused the air around him to darken... Wait, no, it was becoming overcast! As thunder rumbled in the rapidly forming Nimbus clouds, Druidman said, "If you distract the lion, then the purple guy is open! DRIVING STORM FORCE!!!" He called to the heavens. With a mighty crack, lightning began to streak across the sky. "FORK!" he added, and the bolt of electricity split across the immediate area, lashing viciously towards both animal companions. Lifting both of his arms up high, massive pikes of sharpened wood rose forth around him, which, with to casual flicks of his wrists, shot towards their destiny.

Hoping that his tactic was sufficient to distract Twi's defender, he turned his attention towards the big man himself. With a passionate chant and a quick roar of, "ENTANGLING HEAT FORCE!!!" Druidman directed whipping, waving vines to sprout from the ground, all around the purple administrator's feet. Charging forward as he pulled free his scimitar once more, which was now alight with a blazing inner fire fueled from Druidman's heart, he skidded to a halt in front of Twi, swinging his burning blade downwards.

Now dangerously close the maniac navi, Druidman whispered softly under his breath. The sounds of his whispers flowed through the air, which quickly gained speed, momentum, and power as the spell ran it's course. At first, only a few spare leaves were kicked up and thrown towards Twi, but this was quickly replaced by a torrent of sharp edged greenery and Druidman yelled loudly, "RAZOR TORNADO FORCE!!!" as the wave of green passed by them, a much more powerful windstorm brewed, powered by the still floating Nimbus clouds overhead, dropping a massive funnel cloud downwards, spinning uncontrollably towards Druidman's close-quarters opponent.

Seraphim grinned. It was a battle testing! He'd been waiting for the plot to further, and it had quite done so. He'd gotten a new piece of equipment, and had been introduced to what seemed to be another team battle, and without the tutorial NPC standing over his shoulder the entire time!

Seraphim's eyes slowly blinked. He felt- sleepy. No good hero could go sleepy. His head swayed back and forth. He couldn't fall asleep. He couldn't. Big battle... His eyes slowly glazed over, and he fell to his knees. His gauntleted palms hit the ground with a grinding clank, then scrabbled for a hold they couldn't find. He slid forward, and his 'helmeted' head hit the ground with a light thud. As he struggled to keep his eyes open, he saw his armor begin to alter about, the right arm's gauntlet growing larger and more extravagant, small metal plates linking together beginning to cover part of it, runes appearing on the other. The other hand's gauntlet shrank and became a simple slightly armored glove, designed to hold and brace a gun at every part it could do. His cloak-tail became swiftly larger and unfurled, glowing with energy and power, and- Seraphim couldn't keep his eyes open any longer. They slipped shut and his head rolled to the side for a second, unmoving.

"What? You're telling me- Oh. We've been called out. Well, as I can assume, you know already, you need to get up to battle. When we raise ourselves, you can then download your attacks and fight." The voice was obviously female, and slightly nasal. It was annoying as all hell to the navi, but he let it pass.

His gauntlet glowed for a second, and there was a weapon. He flipped over an oversized sword that quite dwarfed him. It slammed to the ground, as it threatened fall upon him at any given moment. The navi reached up, using the handle to pull himself up, feeling at his head as he stood... And felt the female underwear, and brought it off his head, viewing it. He cocked his head, not realizing what it was for a slight moment before suddenly lurching back and blushing. It was this unfortunate moment that Erin chose to wake up, rub her eyes, and feel around for her PET.

Erin rubbed the sleep from her eyes and groped for the PET, bringing it out and staring at it, not sure she wasn't still dreaming when she viewed what her navi was holding. She blinked. And then, her face going quickly red, she stuttered out at her navi, "S-s-seraphim, w-what are you- holding?"

"Uh, this?" The changed navi stared at the panties for a moment before turning around slightly, holding the pink underwear up. Erin, seeing it quite clearly, was simply embarassed into silence. She tried to speak, only muttering out incomprehensible words under her breath as she looked at the navi indreculously. She kept muttering, the words growing darker and darker, as her tone grew more and more malicious. Finally, she rummaged out the chips, and began slapping them in, one by one.

"YOU GOT OWNED, NOOB." Said a robotic-like voice, more like a voice synthesizer that had no volume control on it. It seemingly laughed, its voice separating each separate "HA" syllable with a brief pause, making it seem even further that it was a robot.

"Hah! He's obviously too manly for all of you, anyway! He is wielding a Panty! The epitome of combo acquisition through A, Right, Left, B, Down, Up, Down, R! It's a fourth level combo!" The voice was arrogant, and sounded even possibly proud of seraphim for apparently stealing someone's panties. Seraphim disregarded both the voices, raising an eyebrow at the panties, the redness quickly fading. He quickly accessed the memories of the shut-down self. Urgh. He couldn't even get rid of it without arousing suspicion on the part of the admin side. Quickly fading out of that access, he reverted to his role.

"Shut the hell up. Except Tem. Tem, Analyze. Now." Seraphim moved slightly backward, moving the female underwear away from him as if it were poisonous, dropping it into his "inventory", effectively banishing it from view. He raised his oversized blade in one hand, presenting the gloved hand out, and concentrating. A rune on the back flared into life, and a sword-gun-mesh appeared in that hand. The sword-mesh-gun seemed slightly different than his normal weapon, the bladed part lengthened and seemed far more deadly than normal. The navi threw his arms to his sides, holding the two weapons out. Presenting a thumb, he cocked the gun-mesh-sword and had fired two shots, the blasts ringing out in the area, bolts of iridescent and crackling electricity leaping out. Seraphim grinned, it was- No, the first one wouldn't hit. Not unless he 'aimed' it.

"Ishmael. Your help is required now." He spoke curtly and tensely, hoping that Erin would forget completely soon enough due to the battle, and knowing that was completely hopeless. Ishmael popped up a floating targeter over Seraphim's eye, allowing the navi to spot where the Mag Bolt was about to hit. The navi concentrated, and Ishmael supplied power without a word, Seraphim grateful for that, focused around the trajectories of the attack. The air vibrated around the shot for a second, then rippled outward, bursting in another direction in a swift action, the accuracy of the attack suddenly being enhanced, one could even describe it as a homing missile upon its separate targets.

"Tem, is the Scan finished?" Seraphim asked, the targeter disintegrating as he brought his weapons before him.

"HA, HA, SNIPED, NUB." Ishmael interjected, his tone grating on Seraphim's nerves, who ignored the targeting specialist. He didn't require his services at this point, but aggravating the other would be of no use to himself.

"The scan is finished. By pressing start, you can access the scan. By pressing up and down you can scroll up or down on the scan, or right or left to view those particular areas. When you are ready to move on, please press A." Tem's voice was just backround noise for Seraphim as he gave the scan a once ove-

"Holy Ancients. It's a Lion. And they're playing in a sand trap. Wonderful. Looks like I don't have to worry about the-!!" Seraphim viewed the wolf. It brought something back to him as he looked at it. He recalled something that had looked something like it, with a burning tail. Phantom Memories. No. No, he had to get them out of his head. He had to-

"Destroy it! That's what you're made for!"

"The brute is right. In order to destroy it, you must find out its attack-"

"DESTROY."

The words jangled themselves up in his head, repeating themselves over and over again, the navi let his weapons clatter to the ground while he clutched at his hair, at his head, trying to pick up himself as he fell to pieces, keep himself together mentally by clutching at his physical being. He slowly echoed their words, the navi overwhelmed by their combined effort, and the assault on his psyche at the same time. The navi raised hi head, his eyes almost strangely blank, as he swayed slightly, then bent to pick up his weapons. The navi could no longer feel them, they were just a part of him now, unfeeling, deathly cold, and mindless. The navi strode forward, the blades at his side. He slowly sped up, even Erin was looking now. This wasn't normal behavior for her navi. He was acting like he was being jerked on strings, like he was just a puppet.

"Seraphim? Are you all right?" She asked, her embarrassment overcome by the sudden irregularities in her navi. Seraphim didn't respond, stalking quicker and breaking into a run at the wolf support program, his weapons raised and lashing out, one after the other in a deadly combination without defense, not caring at all, just bashing as hard as he could, laying into the other navi with all his might. The blades smashed against the ground, sending sparks everywhere, as well as jitters straight into his palms, but the gloves absorbed them enough so he could bring the weapons to bear again, slashing again and again.

The voice within him laughed and laughed, arrogant, "Good, Good! Finish it, Finish the beast!" He raised the weapons above his head and brought them down in one last slash, he let go of the weapons, slowly falling back and wringing his hands as the twin weapons clattered down, then disappearing into the nether from which they came.

"W-what did you just make me do? I HAD A PLAN." The navi screamed inwardly at the three voices, as Erin stared at her navi, astounded by the sequence of events that had happened in such a short period of time. The navi seemed locked into an inner conflict, disturbing as well as completely altering her navi in both appearance and mentality, he seemed more paranoid, as well as much more willing to fight, less willing to talk, and more willing to fight, to kill. Did she even know her navi anymore? What was he? Where had the friendly, annoying Seraphim gone to? Where had he disappeared to? Was he- Dead?

American saw that his teammates were all just very random about their approach in the combat situation. He wasn't going to jump straight into this, because when he did he hit his teammates, or was easily deflected and disgraced. So he decided that what must be done is to take the high land and go for a long distance attempt and hope that he wasn't hit by anything that could kill him immediatly.

"Bo, I'm gonna try and stay out of the line of combat. Going for the sniping point of view in this battle."

"I guess, if it makes you useful in the battle go ahead and do it."

Bo slotted in two chips, the vulcan and minibomb chip should be alright for keeping American away from Twi or the two animals. Wondering if he should give him something that would actually do any damage to the man, he unlocked the Red, White, and Blue process upgrade and tapped the download button. The data went to American electronically and then grabbed three Shotguns from the small grouping. Bo knew what American was going to be using after he used up the chips and program he had just sent him.

"All ready when you are old man, just hope you understand what your doing."

"Of course I do, I'm a guns expert. Sniping is what I was programmed to know, or at least comprehend enough to use it in pitch combat."

American retaliated with after Bo's god awful statement, which was probably true. It couldn't stop him from his duty to the fellow soldiers fighting alongside him at the moment. He wasn't going to take off running, because people would probably think him a chicken. So he slowly strafed to the left to find some type of open area where he could get on his stomach and just snipe.

The perfect spot came into his view as he gripped the musket, pulling it off of his back and resting it in his hands. He slid onto his back, sliding about two feet right into the spot that he wanted to snipe the enemy from. So he grabbed three bullets from his pouch and loaded them quickly into his rifle. He rolled onto his stomach and rested his elbows on the ground, trying to prop up the musket so he could align it with his eyes. Finally he caught the target in his eyes and pulled the trigger, the three shots firing in a consecutive manner.

American pulled the small minibomb from his pouch along with four bullets. He set the bullets next to him, and then held the minibomb with his left hand. He activated the bomb then looked back over to the battle.

"SOMEONE SET US UP THE BOMB!"

American yelled after lobbing the bomb behind his back after he turned around to lay on his back again. As American unbuttoned his coat, he pulled out one of his six-shooters. He loaded the four bullets into it, and then went back to laying on his stomach. He took quick aim and fired all four shots at his one target that he aimed for.

While DNR apparently ran around wailing his arms in the air like some sort of duck or chicken with its head cut off... while Junior attacked what he though was Majin Buu... and even while about four or five others continued their attacks upon the bored foe, or just prepared to defend for the moment... All Daisy could do was look on in shock. Earlier the force of the sword strikes, leaving grand gashes near her gut, and from getting hit by whatever Twi did caused her to fall backwards onto the ground. She managed to stop part of her fall with her hand, the other now placed where the gashes are. Daisy was shocked, and confused as to what all just happened. She could not figure out why the bomb hit Junior, nor why the conically insane navi that had panties on his head attacked her. But all the events that transpired... made her feel the emotion of fear.

Somehow the fear was keeping her from moving, from reaction to her surrounding as the battle went on. Subconsciously, the blood from her wound moved around her body, shaping and forming some sort of breastplate around it. Daisy did not even notuis this, as she was trying to make sense as to all that had transpired. It was shortly after that whole deal when Daisy felt something press ageist her back before she heard a voice coming from behind. "Don't worry, this isn't going to hurt. Actually, it heals," the voice said, right before a wave of energy went over her body. Daisy could feel herself becoming... better, as she looked down at where the gashes were and saw them closing some. She even felt a bit calmer for some reason, until she heard "At least I didn't stab you to do it or something," in the same voice as before... It was then that Daisy turned her head to see the one that healed her. She could not reqinise who the person way, seeing as none of the people looked like that before this whole battle started. But still, could it have been like Junior and his skirt? Could this person have somehow gained the power of someone else? Daisy was too busy trying to figure out who that was to even spot DNR approaching her. Her head turned just moments before DNR punched her above her breast, the electricity from it coursed trough her armor and throughout her body. Daisy could feel that her heart stopped working for a split second, but what Daisy found strange was that her wounds closed even more.

With a soft "Thank you", Daisy's right arm started to shine a bright blue as she started to get up. She then looked toward the wolf, and trusted her arm towards the wolf. It was then, that the light moved towards her closed fist, condensing itself into a blue orb that enveloped it completely. In a matter of moments... it busted into several pieces, all directed at the Wolf. If it would hit, the shear velocity and the number of the shards would have ripped trough the fur and the skin. It was then that Anthony silently slotted in a DBLbeam and a markcannon. Right now Anthony was not too happy about the turn of events. But right now all he was willing too do was quietly steam, thinking on what to do after this...

Daisy felt some sort of new power coursing trough her as the first chip was slotted in. In just a matter of milliseconds an aura appeared around Daisy, the color rapidly switching between red and blue. As time passed, the rate it switched lessened, but it was after a second that the second chip went trough Daisy's systems. In moments her arm morphed what could only be described as a WWI era sniper rifle, Russian to be more accurate. She aimed it at the same target, and fired a blast of blue energy out of the barrel. The velocity of the shot caused all to hear a whistle, and then the sound of impact... Not even checking to see if it had hit its target, Daisy set herself to move out of the way of any attack that came towards her. She honestly did not want to get hit like again... It was then that the aura settled on a color, and exploded with a bright flash of the color, bathing everything in its energy. Wither it was restorative or destructive was unknown. But whatever it was it would be helpful in this fight.

((Pantiported from Netfrica by Pantsuman))

A portal appeared in the ground off to one side of the area... A moment later, Broadside popped up out of it, and landed shakily on his feet, more than a bit disoriented. The last thing he knew, he was being charged by a weirdo in strange clothes and... And what is this strange pink cloth on my head...? Broadside, totally clueless, had no idea that the cloth on his head was, in all actuality, a pair of pink panties. Broadside simply pulled them up and away from his eyes, just far enough to let him survey the area, and left them where they were, non-plussed by their presence...

A quick glance at the area told him two very important things... One, he was in an area of the net he did not recognize. It was a fairly large, nondescript warehouse-like place, but lacking entrances. And two, that there was a major battle-in-progress about 50 meters ahead of him....

....And just about all of the combatants were Navis.

My orders are to find that distress signal, and lend aid to that Navi... But this can't be ignored.

Broadside watched the battle for a few moments, scanning each Navi's signature to sort out who was who.... fiend or foe... It didn't take long to choose sides either. One of the Navis, whose appearance was that of a knight in rune-covered armor, was giving off an older NetPolice IFF transponder code... A second Navi was giving off the same kind of IFF signal, if intermittently, as if something were wrong with the data itself... And, if that wasn't enough to get Broadsode involved in the battle, he also picked out American fighting for all he was worth in the battle... That Broadside also happened to detect the emergency signal radiating from one of the winged Navis fighting along side American and the others was simply icing at this point.

His programming was going to make him fight this battle, whether or not anyone had a damn thing to say about it...

He tried to contact Jared to request chips, when he discovered being transported had severed the data-link. He was about to attempt to reestablish the link to his P.E.T., when Jared did it for him, and started talking to him in a voice that carried a great deal of relief... "Broadside?! Good to see you're still with me, partner. What's your status?"

"All systems nominal. No damage to report."

"That's good."

But Broadside shattered his Net-Op's sense of relief with his next words... "However, there is an emergency situation in progress at my current location. I need battlechip data support as soon as it can be provided."

J.T. noticed the panties on Broadside's head, and stopped himself from commenting on it. He both knew how they'd gotten there, and that the situation was probably bad enough that such minor things could wait until later... Instead he said: "A battle, right? How bad?"

"Affirmative. Eleven low-level custom Navis, including 2 with NP IFF signals, the Navi with the emergency signal, and my ally, American.EXE, are engaged in combat with a high-level hostile Navi and two high-level battle support programs. I intend to move to support the custom Navis in combat."

Jared noded. "Alright. You're determined, and I'll never stop you from trying to help someone else. I'll back you up on this end...."

Broadside nodded, then slapped the Navi symbol on his chest with his right hand, initiating his form change... Emergency Override: Engaging Combat Form Protocols

As the text finished displaying on Jared's screen, Broadside's form began to fade into the same sort of glow one expects from a Jack-in or Jack-out beam. As his features faded into the mass of light, the entire mass began to grow in size... When it stopped expanding, it started to resolve into the form of a large humanoid... Then the features solidified into the form of a huge, heavily armed, and well armored Mech (with a pair of pink panties hanging from one of his antennas).

Once his form solidified once again, Broadside engaged his ground dash function, fired his jets, and boosted towards towards the battle at a good clip. He armed his weapons as he said, "Engaging the enemy."

Broadside locked onto Nomad, Blazewolf, and Twi.ADM... Then several things happened at once... The armored panels protecting the missile batteries opened, and slid away, revealing a double wall of warheads... The bulkhead concealing the Hailstorm Gatling dropped down, and retracted back as the Gatling deployed... An armored panel on Broadside's upper torso lifted, then split, with either half sliding away in opposite directions to reveal a smooth-bore mortar... Lastly, an H/K launched from the hanger on Broadside's back, quickly flew to attack position, and began charging it's blaster cannon...

Less than a second later, Broadside fired all of his weapons at once. The H/K's charged shot lanced towards Blazewolf from above, removing the possibility of friendly fire. The Hailstorm Gatling spun up and buzzed as it unloaded a 12 shot burst at Twi.ADM. As for Nomad... He got the worst of it as a swarm of nine indirect attack missiles exploded around him, launching their warheads at him from multiple directions in a blinding wall of plasma... That attack ended a millisecond before the cluster bomb arced overhead, exploded, and rained down bomblets from above... Which was immediately followed by a second swarm of nine missiles that mimicked the first.

Having fired his weapons, Broadside closed his weapon bays and recalled the H/K. As the H/K docked, Broadside swung his massive tower shield around before him, deployed the extension plates, and engaged the EM barrier on the shield's surface. Broadside then shut off his boosters and skidded his way to a stop.... With that silly pair of pink panties still hanging from one antenna.

Oblivious as he was, Broadside was in the fight.

"AGH! that wasn't a good idea."
"Here, try out this new chip i have from tradeing. Varitail1, battle chip in and download."

As the chip data reached Nikko, her tail started to glow with white energy and started to split into nine seperate tails, colored with red fur as the light dimmed, with white at the ends of the red, makeing Nikko look kind of like a nine-tailed fox. Nikko pondered why Timmy would send her only one chip, but dissmissed it and ran on all fours twords Nomad and as she got close the nine tails all lit up and Nikko then spun around and let the tails swing around her body, trying to hit Nomad hard with all nine tails, though it wouldn't be hard because the lion just slept. Nikko then jumped back away from the Lion and then heard a small click comeing from her PET and as it did, a large yellow shield appeared in front of her body, though as it did Nikko felt a small bit of rage fill up in her body and as she felt it, it disapeared into nothingness, though the shield became slightly bigger and turned a blood red color and then it disapeared. Nikko then ran around like crazy around the enemies, feeling as though her tails were gonna break, should they all hit an enemy.......though it seemed unlikely.

Divinity becomes... Pian...issi...mic? She strikes out horizontally, but Nomad suddenly catches the swing with his mouth, and with a strangely powerful tug, he breaks the katana. Her four one-hit barriers hold.

Pianissimo becomes angelic. :0 He heals Divinity. He then cuts me- er, I mean... Twi. All the shield slices connect.

...DNR... ...I'm not even gonna say it. Heal works, Thunder1 misses.

Red becomes a manwhore. Er... Red activates Juniorcross. She then guns down Blazewolf... and attempts a mock SEXY BLAST, but it phails.

Junior... ... ... ...Doesn't look very good in a skirt. He fingers Blazewolf anyway. The following log bowls Blazewolf over, but the hit puts it at a bad angle for it to get Twi-- it misses him entirely. The Powershot hits Blazewolf with ease as he scrambles to his feet-- and the Cannon knocks him back down again.

Twi looks surprised as the Rune Purge portal opens beneath him. Runeknight charges ahead, unlooking as to Twi's fate-- and strikes down with a BigHammer1, creating a cloud of dust...

...He feels a hand on his shoulder. "Whoo, that would've hurt." Runeknight spins around to see the grinning face of Twi. "Runes, Runey. You should have figured that if I use them, I probably have one on me somewhere that detects their use." A particular section of Twi's armor runes glowed, and he chuckled.

He turned towards Druidman, who by this point was brewing up more than one nature attack... he muttered something under his breath, and then gave a sharp whistle just as Druidman began his destructive, lightning and wood assault on his pets-- none of the attacks hit, as both pets disappeared and reappeared by their master's side...

...Just in time for vines to sprout from beneath Twi's feet, entangling him even as Druidman charged-- only for his flaming scimitar strike to meet Nomad's hardened frame, dealing minimal damage! Druidman heard a loud growl even as his Razor Tornado Force assailed Twi, pushing the administrative navi away from the druid... and was suddenly on fire, Blazewolf in front of him, facing away--

--And smoldering. The flames that quickly engulfed Druidman then nipped at his very essence, burning away a small portion of his strength. (40)

Seraphim's flurry of attacks come out of nowhere and utterly annihilate Blazewolf. 'Nuff said.

American's Vulcan shots hit Twi who was knocked on the ground by Druidman's Razor Tornado Force. He rolls away from American's Minibomb before it goes off, but the shots from Red White and Blue connect.

Daisy... UMMM... Deus Ex Machina! >> Daisy dodges and thus doesn't waste her attacks on Blazewolf who's already been killed. The DBLbeam goes red, damaging both Twi and Nomad, though.

Nomad let out a loud, proud roar as Broadside's attacks descended upon him and his master-- when the lightshow ended, Broadside was surprised to find that none of his attacks had any effect on the lion-- that roar had done something... his Hailstorm Gatling had worked, though.

Nikko's post looks unimpressive compared to Broadside's WALL OF TEXT. >: Her Varitail attack misses Nomad. She then throws up a pissed off guard. D:

Twi tsked, and then sent his staff away with a thought. He waved a hand across the battlefield, and annoying, face-following blue screens popped up in front of each navi's face, the phrase 'Blue Screen of Death Rules all!' imprinted upon each one. He snapped his fingers, and the dead, charred husk that was Blazewolf's corpse appeared in front of him. He would need concentration for this... he held his hands out towards the corpse, and the wounds began to heal slowly... was Twi... reviving Blazewolf?!
((Split-Turn: Chip Gatling Team Attack))

Broadside frowned as his weapons bounced harmlessly off of two of the chosen targets, but had more problems a moment later when a blue screen pop-up window appeared before his face, completely obscuring his vision. What manner of electronic warfare is this? The big Navi attempted to remove the window repeatedly, but it stubbornly appeared again within milliseconds... Strange. Broadside even tried to grab it with his hand, but only managed to poke his fingers through it as if it didn't exist. Interesting. A hologram. There are ways around this. It was merely annoying, since he did discover that it only hindered his vision, but not his laser-sights on his weapons... Still, in a battle like this, they were not as reliable as they needed to be...

Programmed to learn and adapt, Broadside scanned the projection thoroughly, then contacted his Net-Op... "Jared. The enemy has employed a holographic countermeasure to hinder my vision. It is beyond my ability to remove it. Requesting assistance."

J.T.'s face appeared inside Broadside's visor, overlaying the blue screen... "Yes. I've already analyzed it. It's a timer based pop-up program. It will go away in another minute, which is faster than I could counter it anyway. I'll create a protocol to prevent this from happening to you again in the future, but you'll just have to make due for now." Jared frowned, concerned... "And, you're not the only one. All of the other Navis seem to be affected as well. And that hostile Navi is reviving one of the support programs. You're going to have to figure something out, or you'll have 3 enemies to deal with all over again."

Broadside was silent, weighting his options carefully... I can still fight by using my laser scopes to paint the target, and--

His own thoughts were interrupted by the thoughts of another... Helping people works both ways, 'tin-man'.

The random message caused Broadside's train of thought to come to a crashing halt. He blinked. Then said, without thinking, "What if I use the Chip Gatling...?" in a tone that sounded quite distracted...

J.T.'s eyebrows flew up "That's an excellent idea...." Then he tilted his head and looked at his Navi with confusion "Hey... are you alright?"

Broadside's response sounded more normal, if a bit oblivious to what Jared could be referring to... "Affirmative. All systems nominal. However, vision is still impaired. Orders?"

Jared sighed... "Yeah, go ahead and use the Chip Gatling... right? I'll see if anyone will lend the effort their support. Start your preparations."

Broadside nodded "Affirmative. Deploying weapon system."

As he finished speaking, Broadside raised his left arm, and pointed the business end straight ahead... The weapon arm split horizontally, and began to open vertically... revealing a seven barreled monster on a weapon... Each barrel was almost as long as his arm, as wide as a tank's main cannon, and all ran through a series of spacer and cooling rings. A large port opened on the back of the arm, intended to eject foot-long by 4 inch diameter spent ammo casings... A panel on Broadside's back opened to reveal slots for inserting various types of ammo, and a simple joystick-interface with a trigger-grip for allowing another Navi to aim and fire the weapon, if needed. (The aiming control was currently not powered on.)

The H/K's on Broadside's back launched... 2 formed a stable platform for someone to stand on. Three more H/K's formed a set of stairs for an ally to climb to reach the platform. The last one hovered, weapon charged, and ready to fire at and stun anything hostile that approached Broadside, completely unhindered by the blue screen's effect...

-------------------------------

Meanwhile, J.T. used the protocols he'd written previously, during the raid, and used Broadside as a virtual router to bounce a communication signal to the other friendly Navis, and through them, to their Net-Ops... Here goes...

He established the connection, flipped to com-mode, and began speaking to them...

"Heya people. Some of you know me, and some of you don't..." He inhaled "I'm J.T. Broadside.EXE's Net-Op. We're in the middle of a battle, so I'll make this short: Your Navis are all effectively blinded by the pop-up program the enemy executed. Don't worry, I've analyzed it, and it will go away on it's own. But in the meantime, the enemy is reviving his support program... And we have a plan to stop him. I'm asking you to trust us, and work together with us." He paused for a split second... "We call it the Chip Gatling. My partner, the tower of steel over there, can assimilate and convert data from other programs, such as your battlechip data, into a form he can use as a weapon. We used it last time to blow a HeelNavi's gunship out of the cyber-sky, so we know it works. We're asking if anyone could lend us their firepower to make this work... He stopped speaking, then remembered something from last time it was used... And if one of you can effectively overcome the blue screen's interference, I'd like to ask you to volunteer to act as our triggerman for this team effort by aiming the weapon and pulling the trigger.... Jared grinned... "I'm leaving the connection open. Let me know if you want in. Jared out."

------------------------------------------------------

He cut the mic's feed to the the rest of the group and spoke to his Navi... "I've contacted the others. Get ready to receive a truckload of battlechip data.... I hope.

Broadside replied "Acknowledged." as he opened the data reception slots on his legs. He then silently commanded the 5 H'K's to strobe spotlights along the ground for Navis to see out of the corner of their vision to lead them to him...

Broadside waited... Jared prayed...

"Timmy! I can't realy see!"
"Don't Worry Nikko, i just got some info from another netop, we are gonna send his navi, just folow some strobes, here, this is what we are gonna send him, Energybomb times two and Shotgun, download."

As Timmy sent Nikko the data, Nikko's tails formed back into a single white tail as two energybombs were caught in Nikko's left and right paw while the guard and shotgun data floated around her system. Nikko then seeing the light strobes from the corner of her eyes started walking twords the lights, and after only like few seconds Nikko found the port to dump the chip data in, so, carefuly, she placed in one energybomb, and after she thought it had been loaded she put the other carefuly inside and let the shotgun data flow into the port, loading up all the attacks Nikko jumped back so that the other navis could load up their data into the gun as she raised up her blood red guard, ready to block an attack should Twi.ADM launch one at her while timmy got on the com link with J.T.

"J.T. this is Timmy, Nikko.exe's operator, we have loaded up the chip data into your navi's weapon systems, i have a good feeling that your plan will work."

"Oh, what the fudge is this?" Red pouted as the blue screen popped up annoyingly in front of her face.
"Roger," Shin muttered as he took in J.T.'s post. This crap had better work. "You get that Red?" He asked.
"Right, I'll go and load first," the red-caped wonder replied dashing at Broadside's leg slots and cupping something in her hands.
"Now! Shin!" the crimson crusader ordered, and like a trigger-happy gunsman, her operator sent three chips straight into the PET.
Red acted quickly sending two bolts of yellow, sparkling data and another white, explosive looking data into Broadside's chip receptors.
"Alright Broadside-san! Go for it!" Red said, in a cheerful whisper, patting Broadside on the back. She stepped away from the towering military navi and tried to examine the enemy through the annoying pop-up in front of her face. The wind navi braced her legs in preparation for evasive maneuvers. The wind from the netscape, as if sensing her distress, built a gust around her legs to aid her in her dodging.
"Aim for the purple, the purple!" She prayed in a muttered tone towards whoever was doing the aiming, hoping Twi wouldn't hear.
"This is epic shit," Shin commented.

Pianissimo touched down behind Twi after finishing his second slash, then vaulted over to get between him and the others fighting him. Blazewolf was down, but the battle wasn't over just yet. Nomad was still alive, and had broken his double's sword chip. Other than that, though, his allies looked no more worse for wear. Pianissimo prepared for another strike when a blue screen popped up in front of his face, obscuring his vision. What is this? he asked himself, waving his hand through the screen, careful not to accidentally cut himself...though that had just become a good deal more difficult. A hologram of some sort, I see that much. And it appears to be designed to obscure my vision. However... 'Blue Screen of Death Rules all!' ...how infantile, Twi. How infantile. Pianissimo sighed. He had just prepared to unleash a combo of unholy power...ironic considering his current form...but this turn of events made that difficult. It was more of an annoyance than anything else, especially considering the imperfection of the Red Eyes targeting system.

He could only be sure of a small portion of that particular maneuver being pulled off successfully, so he would have to change his tactics for now. Once the annoying pop-up went away, and he knew it would from a simple analysis of it, he would be able to resume his attack. But for now...

Suddenly, the operator of the newest arrival, a giant mech, spoke up. Chip gatling, huh? he said to himself, thinking over the idea in his head. It was a risky strategy, but...

"We're in," Duke's voice came from his own connection. "With everyone's vision impaired, the chances of everyone's attacks hitting are rather slim. In fact, the chances of half our attacks hitting aren't much better. Relying on one person's ability to aim reduces the room for error considerably. I like it."

Pianissimo sighed. Statistics too, Duke? "Very well, Duke. Send me a bit of firepower and I'll add it to his arsenal."

"Actually, Pianissimo..." Duke started, loading the fireburner, shotgun, and the other powerbolt, "I think you should volunteer to be the triggerman, as well."

"WHAT?"

Though Pianissimo's voice was no louder than normal, the incredulity in it was evident nonetheless. "No, don't even say anything, Duke. Operating a ballista was one thing, this is heavy weaponry. And I doubt your obsession with siege weapons will help you walk me through it this time. A nice thought, but I'm not the navi for this. Besides, I'm not that big into explosions."

"Remind me NEVER to introduce you to my cousins. Not that I like them very much anyway. Anyway, it has nothing to do with that. You heard what he said, we need someone who can overcome the blue screen interference. Your Red Eyes targeting system that I installed will probably work for that."

"You do realize, don't you, that its capabilities are still limited, right?" Pianissimo started walking over to the giant mech, which was now in what he assumed was some form of turret mode.

"Oh for the love of, you don't need to get much out of it, all you have to do is aim once and pull a trigger. It's NOT that hard."

"Oh, all right," Pianissimo sighed, loading the three chips Duke had sent before speaking to Broadside's operator and the group at large. "I've got a targeting system installed in my visor that should overcome the interference enough to aim properly. I'll be the trigger man." He nodded slightly, then jumped into the gunner seat of the newly formed turret. He had to struggle with his DivineCross acquired wings for a moment to keep them from getting in the way, but soon he was situated. This shouldn't be too hard...should it?

He smiled down at Red, his crossed form allowing him to do it and actually look sincere. "Aim for the purple...I think I can do that."

TURN SPLICE FOR OTHER PEOPLE TO LOAD STUFF
Druidman turned to watch the approaching Navi, and his jaw dropped. He looked up, and up, to try and catch the Navi's face. Druidman was always a large Navi, he was used to looking down at people's faces. This Navi wasn't large, he was HUGE.

His lack of attention cost him, however, as he suddenly found himself alight with an unnatural flame. "WHOA, DUDE! I'M BURNING UP!" Druidman screamed as he ran around in circles, smoldering. "SOMEBODY PUT ME OUT, MAN!" he yelled as he flailed his arms about.

Steve however, remained calm. "Druidman, that fire probably can't just be 'put out'." he said sadly. "I'm sure it's more powerful than that, judging from what I've seen about our opponent." he added grimly as he shook his head. "Our best shot is to just try and minimize damage, and beat Twi as soon as possible. I think that that big guy has the right idea, too. But, first things first!" he said, flipping open a side panel on his PET marked "Cross" as he slid in his only Cross Chip. "SoulCross activate!"

"Hey, all the other kids are doing it." Druidman shrugged as his body was enveloped in bright light. "DivineCross!" he yelled, as spare bits of leaves and leather peeled away from him, revealing a brilliant shine of steel plate armor underneath. His scimitar fused with his arm, and straightened into a long, steel cross mounted on his arm. Two large, brass wings burst from his back, lightly flapping Druidman's hair about, which now was accented by a pure white streak, in contrast to his dark brown mane. Druidman's bright green eyes paled out to almost complete white, but they were quickly covered by a visor, so no one else could see what color they ended up at. It all would have been quite impressive, if he hadn't been on fire the whole time.

"Now Druidman!" Came Steve's encouragement, "Double Minibomb In!" MASSIVE CANNON DESTRUCTION!" he cackled like an idiot as slotted the chips in. Then, he quickly stopped himself, because he realized that he was standing amongst a load of people still.

The giant cross spun on his joint around one hundred and eighty degrees to point in the opposite direction, as twin spheres or blue destruction formed in each of Druidman's hands. "I must help to save everyone, dude!" he said as he loaded the bombs into Broadside's open leg panel.

For some strange reason, Daisy's orb vanished before it could even burst. Then when Anthony tried to slot in the markcannon chip, the PET refused to take it because of some "Deus Ex Machina" error. Anthony was rather confused by the error, mainly because of what the name really meant. But he paid little attention to it, seeing as it did not really affect the battle much since all it did was delay when it would be used. It was then, that a blue screen popped up right in front of Daisy's face.

The moments before the screen showed up, Daisy turned her head to look at Junior. She saw him for about a second, and then the screen popped up. She tired to move her head to see past it so she could asset how much damage Junior might have taken, but it moved to keep blocking it. She tried that tactic a few more times, but to no advile. "Stop it!" she said, after she spun around, trying to make it not be in her face. She even tried to push it out of her face, unfortunately when she tried it fazed trough her hands.

What the hell is with that screen? Anthony asked himself in his mind, seeing that it kept trying to stay in the same place in reaction to Daisy's head. When Daisy ducked to try and look under it, Anthony could hear J.T.'s message coming out of his PET. Stuff battlechips into that mech... And probably fire it all out at once... while it sounds like a good plan... Ran trough Anthony's mind after hearing it all. In his mind this was somewhat too risky... But then again, if it works things could end fast. Anthony took out a thunder, a shotgun, and a minibomb and slotted them in one at a time. "Daisy, did you see that large metal fellow? I want you to take the first two chips, and dump them into him. Apparently his netop has a plan, he it requires a good amount of chip data." Anthony said to his Navi, who was still trying to get rid of the screen by swating at it this time. "...On a side note, he claims that should go away soon..." Anthony added, as the power of the first two chips went trough Daisy's systems.

She decided to stop trying to get rid of the screen... and tried to think of where that large metal fellow was. After some thought, she turned, and walked to where she though he was. She managed to find him, and dropped the thunder and shotgun into what the receprion slots when the minibomb's power went trough her system. Anthony said nothing about what to do with it... so maybe I could... Daisy thought, as she started to turn the destructive power of the minibomb into a restorative kind. Now, to heal Junior Daisy said in her mind.

Even with the stupid screen blocking her view, she had a small idea of where Junior was. So she tried to face her body towards where she thought Junior was, and started to make a dash in that direction. After about a few seconds into the dash she bumped right into the back of Junior, and thankfully did not knock them and herself down. Maybe this is Junior? Daisy thought. Course, she thought there was only one way to tell if it was him, with the screen blocking her view. Daisy moved one of her hands, and started to use it to grab around the lower half of the body, to try and see if she could feel what might be a skirt. It took a bit, but she thinks she managed to grab what might have been one. Seems I found Junior. Time to heal him. Daisy though, as she channeled the now non-destructive data of a minibomb into her hand, and placed it on Junior's rear. In moments, she sent the energy out of her hand, and into Junior's body... along with making some of her blood come out and formed some sort of armor around Junior's pants. She kept her hand there for a bit longer after she was done healing and putting up a barrier around Junior. After about 5 seconds or so, she took her hand off of Junior, unsure why she kept it there.

((Passive, Barrier on Junior

Junior stood, trying to glance around the screen, only to have it dash in front of his face every time he tried to move, "Great.... this isn't going to work. About all I can do is get some recovery chips and maybe a markcannon."

"Junior, you're forgetting one small thing. Even if you can't see, I can." Wes's voice sounded from his left, where a visual screen had popped up.

"Yeah, but that only helps so much. While you might be able to alert me to what's happening, the most you'll be able to do is help me dodge. There's no way you can tell me exactly where to fire a weapon at." Junior replied. Wes's plans were obviously not all that well thought out if he figured he could serve as Junior's eyes.

"Yeah, but aiming isn't your problem. Some guy tells me that he can aim for us, so all I need to do is lead you to him. I can manage that much." Wes paused thoughtfully for a moment, "By the way, one of your allies approaches from behind. Female one."

"Eh? Who?" Junior then felt something grope his butt. He blushed and bent forward a bit. Which of the girls on his team would be so... aggressive? Red was just a kid. She was too innocent. Daisy wasn't that kind of girl. He could see that kind of thing from Nikko but what he felt wasn't pawlike... and Divinity was a nun. Such practices would be forbidden, right?

As he leaned, his entire body tense, he then felt something wrapping around his loins... some kind of armor. What was this, some weird kind of chastity belt? His face got redder, which was caused by a combination of embarassment and anger. He clenched his fist. The nerve! He figured it must be Divinity. Forced celibacy seemed like just the kind of trick clergy would use! If she wasn't a girl, he'd break that screen in front of her head as his fist made its way to crash into her face. His anger suddenly subsided as he felt healing energy enter him. He began to relax, the soothing sensation washing away his worry. It felt almost like a massage... in his pants (on his rear, to be precise). He felt a bit dazed, as if in a dream, and he mumbled, "Marry me..." as his thoughts and lucidity drifted farthur away.

"Hey, baka, stop concentrating on getting your ass rubbed and start moving towards our target! Let's go!" Wes yelled, slamming his fist on his desk.

Junior shot up straight, his posture that like a board. He let himself get distracted! He had a job to do, "Right! Where is this guy?!" Wes started giving directions and Junior took a step forward. He tried to look around the screen to get a glance at his healer, but the screen persisted. With a sigh, he slowly made his way to Broadside.

"Okay, right in front of you, there's a hatch. Shove these things in! Sending Zapring1, Boomerrang1!" Wes paused a second. Even with whatever visual edge this guy may have, the screens might still prove a bit too much. He had one more thing to send, "Sending Markcannon1! All right, the rest is up to you guys!"

Junior propped his guard up beside the hatch and prepared to load weapons. A crackling halo appeared in Junior's hand. He carefully inserted it in the hole. The a curved, aerodynamic blade appeared, which he slid in as well. Finally, some energy with a devious ability to track its target flowed into him, which he channeled into the hole before stepping back. He retrieved his guard, summoning the wind to bring it to him, and stood aside, allowing the next navi access to whatever he had just armed. He tried to think of what kind of weapon they might be using when thoughts of his earlier encounter entered his brain. He blushed. Whose hands were they?

"What the!?" DNR screamed as a screen appeared in front of his head, blocking his view of the field of course. "Gaaaah! These popups! I thought these were all gone thanks to the Microsoft/Firefox merger of 300 years back!" He mumbled towards the brown student as he limped his way through the battlefield; eventually finding himself.... Somewhere. "Gaaaah this is so annoying! Martha! Your gonna have to direct me to the place to drop these off!" he spoke towards Polonius as he tried to touch what ever that was in front of him.

"Okay, okay... Let's see.... Goooo..... north a bit..... no not that far! ..... go back a bit.... Yeah, yeah. Now try going east..." Polonius whispered.

"You mean this east?"

"No, not that East! The other east!"

...

A couple more minutes later of walking like a visually-impaired doofus, the navi finds him touching some kind of wall. "Hmmm... I think I can feel stairs here... Yes..." the navi states as he touched the beginning H/Ks for the unloading ammo. As carefully and slowly as possible, he tries to crawl up towards the hole "Uhuhhh... uhuhhh.... Yess... yess... Soon this whole ordeal can finally commen---- for the last damn time! No! I don't wanna increase that that much! It's fine where it is! Besides, who wants to pay that thing for 19.99 zennies!?" he screamed at the screen, for what ever reason that maybe.

After a few more seconds of walking like a decrepit, sick dog, DNR finally reaches the area to send in the projectiles. "Okay Polonius, send in the chips, I think I can send in the chips now." The navi said as the operator complied and sent in the Cannon chip. The cannon appeared on his right arm as usual, ready to shoot any enemies nearby. "Okay DNR, you can easily take the projectile out just don't... "Gah! Darnation!" ... get the hand stuck..." Polonius looked on as the situation became funnier and more pleasant.

It seems DNR has his hand stuck inside the cannon! Struggling as he can muster his strength, it just seems unable to let the left hand go. Soon, clenching his pearly whites, the doctor's patience has finally worn thin "Gaaaah! That tears it! Ooh! Ook! Ook! ook!" he screams out in rage as he banged the barrel onto the ammo hole, trying to break it. After a few more seconds of trying it, he finally manages to crack it, allowing his left hand free and the ammo ready to join the other contributions.

"Okay Polonius! Send in the next barrel!" the navi says, waving the hand with a broken barrel. Shaking his head, Polonius agrees by sending in the Heatshot chip. Unlike the stubborn Cannon chip, the Heatshot chip easily breaks and gets in the Ammo hole. Hearing the "Klunk" noise, DNR smiled with glee as he starts walking down the staircase, albeit almost tripping down there, finally making it down there. Meanwhile, the Electric ball that was launched a while ago still is on the battlefield, trying to find its targeted enemy.

American surprised by the blue screen leapt backwards and rolled backwards. His head hit the ground a couple times, and his knees were brought up into his chest. As he rolled his guns came unattached from his back and began to scatter on the ground. He continued to roll even as his operator began to do the work that American would be doing if he could see.

Bo got the message from J.T, pretty much close to what Broadside and American had done during the DarkChip Raid. This was going to give him a chance to help do some major damage to Twi, or the other animal. He wondered what chips to send, didn't want to waste much because he knew that he would more then likely need something for later after the chip gatling gun was done.

He reached for three shotguns and began to slot them into his PET. He locked the data, and then downloaded it to American. When he did he made sure it appeared as something that could be used by Broadside to use in the gatling gun and not something that American would use. The data finally transmitted to him and appeared in American's hands as cartridges for Broadside.

American finally stopped rolling as he hit some type of flat ground, the friction stopping him and making him roll out flat again. The cartridges appeared next to him as he laid flat on his stomach, he pushed himself back up and began to feel around for the cartridges. He picked all three up and then began to run as straight as he could to get back up the hill.

He didn't know where to go after he was hit by the blindness of the blue screens. So he tried to remember if he saw Broadside hit ground before he lost all of his visuals. A vague memory of seeing him hit the ground could be remembered, so he went in that direction. Soon he ran into something large and metal, he felt around with his free hand for the hatch and let the cartridge get uploaded into Broadside's Gatling form.

"Ahahah, Seraphim, the Technical service guy is here now with his navi, we can go now!" the voice she spoke with was rather unsure, as well as slightly panicked as she looked at her navi. She began to put her chips away, sure that the battle was over for her. Erin sighed, finally relieved. The man could come and check out what was wrong with Seraphim and repair him. She could rest safe and easy, because he did a good job, at least. The girl opened the menu, selecting Jack-out and pressing the button quite hard, or at least as hard as she could manage. The only thing that resulted out of that was an error message. It blinked across the screen as Seraphim stood there, his head downcast, a fiery sword in his hands.

"Seraphim? Why won't it let you- Save and uh, port to a new area?" The girl finished with the delusional way comparable to Seraphim's thinking as she looked at him with bewildered eyes. Confused, she reselected Jack-out, beginning to hit the button again and again, like a person who was hitting an elevator button repeatedly in an effort to make it move faster. Nothing Happened. Seraphim remained standing there, his tattered mantle fluttering in a non-existent wind as he turned around and raised dead eyes up to stare at the girl.

"I need power to help them." Those were the words he spoke as he raised a free hand to point at his allies. That same hand rode down the fiery blade, which writhed for a moment before bursting into flaming data. He raised the hand with the flaming data as an example, and it disappeared into the sky, reappearing in a burst of light above Broadside and slowly coalescing inside the chip gatling's ammo container as Seraphim looked at it, carelessly for a moment, a brief and content smile appearing on his face. He turned his face back to Erin.

"You can submit these to his cannon by simply pressing the buttons A, B, and Right in order, but why not use them on he other enemy?" He ignored Tem's voice, which sank deep into him. Why wasn't he using them on the foe? Why not? —Because... Because... He had to help. He wouldn't do anything by simply standing there. He couldn't fight, everything would fall against him, he had to help the others fight, he would be- ... The hero he should be. The... Protagonist.

"You don't need to do this, Seraphim! We can just leave, just let me jack you out!" Erin clapped a hand over her mouth at that, her eyes growing wet as she struggled not to cry. Seraphim seemed to have not heard anything, other than the first sentence. His response mirrored his previous one as he kept his gaze on Erin, dull and dead.

"I need power to help them."

"Yes! Power, More power! Death to rain on the enemy in a final strike!" The voice rang in Seraphim's head, but the navi ignored it. Last time he had listened to anything, anyone, he had become nothing more than a simple puppet, falling to his emotions, to his memories. He had to keep moving on. Why wouldn't she help him?

"Seraphim!" The girl pounded a hand down on her bed, the springs creaking slightly and then rebounding as she shut her eyes tightly, tears dripping down her face. She wiped them away angrily as she looked at her navi. She had a premonition he was going to do something stupid, dangerous, what was he going to do?
"Alright. Alright! Just don't do anything stupid!" She sobbed out, pushing a hand into her half-packed chips, pulling out some of the best, the most powerful she had. She would help her net-navigator, not because she wanted to, but because he wanted to. He would do this and then listen to her and get out, right? Right?

"I have one thing to say. You're worse than all of us together for doing this to her."

The lost navi raised a fist slowly, power emerging into creation as a prick of light and swirling into an electric fury, rattling with static noises as Seraphim slowly nodded, opening his hand up and letting that go into the void, recreating it over Broadside, crashing it down and loading it into him as well. The final chip swirled about above his hand, a slowly growing sapling, which he crushed and reduced to raw data, then also placed into Broadside's "hands", or at least that of the weapon. He would need help getting to Twi, looking at the other's attack with a hammer. It had failed. He needed more speed. More power.

"ARE YOU SURE YOU WISH TO GO THROUGH WITH THIS."

"The angel..." He trailed off, looking at the now changed character as he nodded his head. Could she carry him to Twi? He had to have faith in his allies. He would ask her to ferry him to Twi, then he could execute his plan. But no angel would carry him if he placed that knowledge that he would be placing himself in direct danger...

He paused.

"Angel. Would you carry me to Twi? There's an attack I can only do to him if I'm close which may help end this battle. Would you help me?" It wasn't the most eloquent request, but if she did it, it would be far better than running there himself. And possibly help him survive. He stared at her for a long moment, and waited for her reply.
