Inside the shop

Leo had long finished his cigarette before he walked into the shop. He had his headset in to talk to Bard and they were talking about how the process upgrades should be programmed, and about when they could be done. "But I don't want to do all of this on the plane! Thats a lot of work!" "Fine, I guess I can do most of it." He walked up to the counter and pulled out his PET. He checked a few things before saying, "Can I get um...process upgrades 4, 5, 6, and 7 please?" He slid his card unto the counter and waited for the responce. He never made eye contact with the shop keeper and put his PET back in his pocket while waiting. "That should be 2,200 zenny right?"

Suitachi responded fairly normally, swiping the card and digging out the upgrades before returning them.

"Sure thing, and that's correct." He replied to both posed questions, in that order.

He gave a short wave and wished the customer a good day before returning to whatever it was he had been doing before the customer had entered.

Leo quickly took the upgrades and said, "Thank you," To the shop keeper. He ran out of the shop and headed back home, talking with Bard on how to use the upgrades the whole way.

"So we lost..." Na'im muttered as he entered the store, then looked up at the ceiling as he rubbed the back of his neck, "...How did I end up here? Apparently my old tricks are still clear." Looking at his own hand after raising it to eye level, he walked over to the counter and looked around for Suitachi. "Hey, one NaviCust Upgrade." Na'im said, lowering his hand again and taking his PET out for the money.

"Tough luck, eh? Oh well, nothing more virus busting can't handle," Suitachi commented, processing Na'im's order and handing him the Navicust Upgrade.

"Virus busting will have to wait," Na'im said, followed with soft laughter as he turned around and left out of the door. "Time to look at that Netball tournament," he continued and looked down at his PET to see if Djinni's maintenance had completed yet.

Kedamono walked calmly into the shop, looking about at the wares that the shopkeeper had before walking up to the front desk and placing down a bank card. "Uhm. Could I get a speed upgrade, a level 4 process upgrade and two process edits? I believe that with the speed upgrade increasing my navi's level, it should be 5600z." Kedamono said, awaiting her upgrades patiently.

Tsujsa walked into the shop, a chime sounded as he entered it. He looked around at all the upgrades. Memory upgrades, Customizer programs, more upgrades, etc etc... All of them were neatly stacked around the shelves. "Well, we're here. And what should we get..." Tsujsa muttered to himself. He looked at a diamond like image on a nearby poster with a price tag that said "1000 Zennies, price is variable."

"That is probably a HP Memory upgrade. The price varies due to it requiring more data to increase my durability."
"Well, I think it's something that's worth getting for your fragile frame, isn't it?" Tsujsa said with a grin in his face. Validus merely looked away and muttered a silent "Shut up."

Another program caught his attention. A process upgrade. Something that was important to customizing a powerful attack for navis. The price for it was cheap, but it also mentioned something about variability depending on the Navi. Perhaps it was like the HP memory?

Either way, standing around here doing nothing was wasting Tsujsa's time. He brought his PET to the counter.

"Excuse me, I'd like to purchase a HP memory upgrade and 2 Process Upgrade for my PET."

"A Speed Upgrade, a Process Upgrade, and two Process Edits... Yeah, one second." muttered Suitachi as he memorized the order before walking back to his seemingly never-ending shelf of stock. He picked out the correct items, which he probably could've done just as well blindfolded, before returning back, making the exchange of upgrades and zenny, and bidding Kedamono a good day. "Please come again soon!" Suitachi shouted before turning his attention to the next customer.

"Now... An HP Memory and 2 Process Upgrades? Sure thing, lemme just see your PET for a moment..." said Suitachi as he linked Validus's PET up to the register to transfer the funds properly. Having done this thousands upon thousands of times before, this didn't take but a moment and the PET was back in Tsujsa's hand. Along with that came a plastic bag with the sold items safely pack away. "Thanks for shopping at Suitachi's, and have a nice day." said Suitachi has he gave the bag to Tsujsa.

"Thanks. Good day to you too!" Tsujsa said as he left the shop with his Purchases and his PET. "So I take it you'll be fiddling around with the PET again today?"

"You know me so well, Validus." Tsujsa said chuckling as he walked towards the subway station back to ACDC town.

"Th-Thank you." Kedamono said as she dashed out of the shop and made a dash for the airport and her next destination, Netvagas.

Steve burst into the shop, bursting with excitement with a huge ass grin on his face.

"Suitiachi." He said seriously. "I require..." he paused for dramatic effect. "ONE HP+200 NAVICUST PART." he said with a flourish.

"Oh dear...You sure you don't want another shiny Speed Upgrade?!" Suitachi claimed, as if he didn't want him to sell the the navicust. The shop owner sighed and sluggishly moved towards one of his fancy showcase on the wall and prepared a key. He slowly slid out the glass to take out a small, but very valuable looking chip and harshly closed the glass back again.

Suitachi had a sulking expression on his face as he slowly walked to the cash register. He placed the chip on the table and took the money. "...He...Here you go...Have a nice... ...day..."

"You sir..." Steve said with the kind of cheesy fake drama that made children cry, "Are a GOD among MEN. Have a pleasant day, good sir!"

And with that, Steve literally skipped from the store, installing the new NCP.

Damian quickly sidestepped the happy netOp, letting him skip by as he entered the shop. Still watching the eccentric owner prance off, Damian asked the shop keep, "Hey, can I get a process upgrade from you? It's 700 hundred for a level 7 right?

Marius calmly walked into the shop, already preparing the money needed for the upgrades he was about to buy. Setting them down on the counter, he let out a welcoming smile at Suitachi. "Could I get two process upgrades and an process edit as well?"

"Let's see, you have enough cash for a quick upgrade, while you need several things at once." Slightly distracted, Suitachi wandered over and unlocked the counter, taking out the necessary upgrades and handing them over, then taking Marius and Damian's PETs and scanning them to remove the necessary zenny.

Giving a quick nod, Damian turned and walked out of the shop.

Taking the upgrades, Marius thanked the shopkeeper with another smile and walked out the shop. "Finally, I can go home."

Desmond walked into the store and went up to the counter trying to figure out the pricing guide.

"Hey," Desmond said, "I need some upgrades for my navi. I have... This much."

Desmond swiped his card across the machine to display his account information. His current zenny balance read "28425z" in a digital green font.

"OH SHI-" Desmond said before covering his mouth, "How long were we online?? Uhh... Yeah, I'ma take some of these and some of those and one of whatever that is."
