@Zolem: I'm not entirely sure, I believe your damage is still capped at whatever it is for your level, and that the nerfs are there to simply lower cooldown. You' really need to ask Demon or Pally, as I'm not entirely sure with the new system if anything like that changed or not.
@Zane: For the current battle, your sigs will remain unaffected. After this battle is over, I would remake your sigs under the new system. You can adapt you current sigs or make new ones altogether, up to you.

For the Nerfs, it says that it minuses costs, so does that mean that if I spend 20 points and take an 80 nerf, I could do 100 points of damage with my attack?
Yes, but they still add cooldown.

Do we scrap our old signatures and make new ones for the new system starting now?
You may attempt to convert them into the new caps. But yes, starting now the old system is history.

Plus since I'm using my old sig and attacks, does that mean I should apply the new sig pool rules and such, or should I just end it altogether?
That's your call. You have to use the new Pool rules no matter what though... How you get there is your decision, though. You're free to make your own sigs.

I'm in the middle of a battle that I'm stuck in until I'm done, so I was just trying to see what I should do in this situation, because I've been confused every since the changes.
Your current signatures are good until the end of your current battle, at which point they will stop functioning. That's when you go see Suitachi for a refund, then use that refund to buy PU's, and more levels so you can buy yet more PU's.... Unless you'd rather not use signatures, that is. The money will be yours to spend as you please.

During a sub-plot, is it possible to use a different Navi with the same upgrades, etc? For example, my normal Navi is Shinokami. For whatever reason during the sub-plot, Shinokami is unavailable, and Marie's brother Matt steps in and uses Firewolf to go help/rescue/whatever Shinokami. Firewolf would have the same HP, stats, chips, etc as Shinokami, but his Element, Type and Sigs would be different. Would that be okay?

You re-register your sig, with a 60 damage cap.
Or create several new sigs. With a 60 cap.

I want to know this, but call me ignorant if you will because I jsut don't understand, and I need a full fledged break down since I have a sig in mind. What are we saying when we're talking about the term 'stacking" and what exactly is it? In other words, define and give an example, please, if you don't mind.

I mean IC...
it would be pointless to go and say, "oh, you got nothing? well I'll just leave then..."

Nothing. Since you are lvl 0 and have only 1 sig, you don't get either refound, nor sig upgraders. You do have to reregister your sig and change it (which will come into effect at your next battle).
Well, thats what I think at least.

Ok, really quick fluff question. Can you activate a GMO without taking an action? I have fluf reasons for doing so at certain points, but I wanted to know if this was acceptable, or if it took an action for some retarded monkey reason.

I don't think you need to use an action.

Oi, I've got a questions.
MagicCereal and I had been busting viruses before the Friendship System came out. This means we had 5 FXP when it did come out, right?
Also, we've been busting viruses since then, and killing them, but we haven't been getting FXP from our battles. Eh?

If you haven't been announced, FXP-wise, calculate it yourself (the FXP calculation table got released to the general public, right?). Also, it's 5 FXP a battle, I think, from before the system came out.

5 for every battle you've busted together before the system came out.
As for that last part...
PM me how many viruses you've killed in your thread since it came out, counting the battle you were on when it came out, so I can calculate it for you guys.

Take a good look at the forum. Announcements. Registration, Rules and Randomness. PET Functions. Real World.
Wait a second.
PET Functions. What's in this section?
Operator Profiles. Navi Profiles.
I may be wrong here, but can't Operators use this information to find out about ALL Navis/Operators in existance? Without being OOC with their information?

That's what it seemed like when I got here. That's also been assumed for Don's articles.
I think it makes sense for Navis, but as for physical descriptions of their operators...? That may be TMI to be available at a click IC.

Didn't you know? The world is a totalitarian state, keeping a complete profile of every person in existence so that can easily be identified. [/randombs]
Anyways, I everything in the Reg, Rules, Randomness category is OOC. As for everything else, it SHOULD be IC. So yeah...
