Soryu's Custom Chip Trader

Destin took the chips, somewhat satisfied with his haul, and left.
Adrian sauntered into the shop with a bit of hesitation for a transaction of chance. She was always a little unsure about using the chip trader, because with her luck the opportunity to get junk was high. She couldn't rely on her Navi's usually lucky streak here either, so that was out of the question.

She fidgeted with a few chips, before drawing out the three she would relinquish. Nothing major at least, so no huge loss. She couldn't remember the last time they had been used.

The trader machine rumbled for a few seconds as it processed the chips, before spitting out a brand new one.

Adrian pulls the chip from the machine with a frown. It wasn't a bad chip but she had been hoping for something a little rarer. She started playing with the idea of getting rid of a few other chips she had no use for, since they were being used anyways. She took one more chance and went again.

The chips were consumed by the belly of the beast, and a few lights flashed before one was ejected again. Looks like she was a bit more lucky this time around.

With a grin of triumph, Adrian pockets the new chip and heads on out of the store. It's wasn't an amazing haul, but at least she had felt better about it.
Walking into the store from the nearby Metroline, Harke whistled as he saw the various promotional posters. "They've got some new stuff in, huh," he muttered. Browsing about for a bit, he decided that he wasn't interested in much else before heading towards the "main"(?) attraction of the store, which was the shiny chip trader. "Right, let's see what we can get..." he said, pulling out a stack of extra chips from his pack before sorting out three to sacrifice into the trader.

Satisfied with the haul, Harke nodded to the next person that had come in with him before leaving for his next destination.

Stephine, with a sigh as she reached into her chip pouch, pulled out the HeatBalloon that she earned yesterday and two other chips. A Mine1 and the IronShell1 that she had, pushed them into the trader and with a pull of the handle, dreaded that she might wind up with a downgraded chip in return.

Plucking the chip out of the trader, Stephine took a moment to look up it's effects for a brief moment before nodding her head, taking off towards the SciLabs to buy a thing or two.
"Hee hee hee," giggled Scarlet, coming back to the fantastical machine that was the Chip Trader. She'd gotten a fairly good haul of new chips to try and sacrifice to the generous machine, and pulled out a whole rack of them as she deposited them into the machine.
