"Ooo, RollArrow1. Cool. Others could've been better though..." Zanzo said. shuffling through his folder, he pulled out another trio. "One more try..."

A tornado erupts from the chip trader, swallowing Zanzo's chips and splashing him in the face, one swirly looking chip landing on the receptacle.

"Heh, cool. Guess I ought to be on my way now..." Zanzo said, making his way out the door...

Slowly approaching the chip trader, Marius' pocket rustled with chips he was about to trade in. Swallowing a mouthful of anxiety down his throat, the operator began to put his chips inside the trader and twisted the dial...

People give Marius funny looks as he loads an ungodly number of chips into the machine, what would be half a folder for the average person.

Seeing the five chips come out, Marius was dissatisfied with three extremely common chips coming out. However, the other two was decent enough for later use. Taking the three common chip, Marius decided to test his luck once more.

Chip Trades:

People dance around, getting antsy as they wait to use the chip trader. In the mean time, Marius pulls the lever yet again.

At least this had a happy end, thought Marius. He stood up, finding himself surrounded by number of people. "...Well...I'm off." Finding himself out of the crowd, Marius began walking back to his apartment...

Walking up to the trader machine, Harke looked at it with slight anticipation. Quickly, he took out three of his useless chips and inserted them into the input slot.

[Guard1] [RageClaw1] [Recover10]

Please be good...

And with a flick of the lever, a chip entirely unlike the three inserted appeared at the bottom.

Harke GET: ZapRing1

Harke looked at the chip in the output, with slight disdain. Now he understood why people loathed (and loved) this machine. He walked out the store, stuffing the obtained chip into his pocket.

Aha! Time to continue her eternal battle. Whipping out a couple of chips she never used to go with her new MiniBomb, Sabrina silently placed them into the machine, pulled the lever, and started thinking positive thoughts.

"...You win again, chip trader..." Grumbling over her latest defeat, Sabrina stormed out of the shop, never to be seen again...until the next time she entered the shop, in which case she would.

Approaching her mortal enemy once more, Sabrina whipped out three spare chips, slammed them into the chip machine, and pulled the lever. "C'mon, something not terrible!"

*Clank*

In exchange for Sabrina's three chips, a Recov10 plopped down in the return slot.

"Grr!!" Sabrina looked at her new chip with great scorn, before deciding to see if the machine was expecting Round 2: placing the new Recover10 in the device, alongside two other chips. Let's see if it can handle things AGAIN.
