"Oh, this damn machine!" Marius kicked the machine with his feet, instantly catching the shopkeeper's undivided attention, but managed to get the stuck chip out from the machine. "...This isn't half bad." said the operator as he lowered his head to avoid Soryu's laser beam stares. He then walked out from the store and headed back to his apartment.

Shin passed by the Chip Shop on his jog and spotted the chip trader machine. He had always noticed it, but really couldn't find the chance to give it a whirl. Now was good a time as any.
"Let's take this for a spin, shall we?" Shin suggested to Red.
"No problem! We can use those two Cannons and a Rageclaw for starters!" Red piped up.
"Alright then... now where's.... ah, I think I insert them here," Shin pondered, sending his two Cannons and a Rageclaw1 chip in.
[Insert: Cannonx2, Rageclaw1]
"Let's take this for a spin, shall we?" Shin suggested to Red.

Shin let out a low whistle as he lowered his glasses and picked up the chip. "Lucky~" he commented, depositing the reward in his cache.

Returning back from SciLabs on the metroline, Shin came up to the trader again and sighed as he deposited two zaprings and a firehit.
"Let's pray for something decent," Shin suggested, clapping his hands together as he started the roulette. Red and Myun followed suit.

Jack quickly strolled into the shop as he pulled out three Heatshot chips and quickly inserted them into the receptor. He then pulled down the handle and prepared to pull an F-bomb out of his head and readied himself for disappointment.

Mark approached the machine, holding the various chips he wanted to put into the machine. He had heard terror stories of this machine, but also tales of great chips being received. With a deep breath, he inserted the first set of chip, and pulled down the handle. He reloaded the machine and pulled the lever for a second time.

Mark gathered the two chips, and researched them both while heading out of the chip trader section. A smile cross his face, and Trent's, as the wavearm1 description was pulled up on the PET. He turned a sharp corner after exiting the shop, and headed towards the metro, to grab a lift to the Shop before going to the airport.

Rei had always heard talk about the chip trader before, but he had never really given it much of a shot. While he had begun preparing for the shop which was left to him, he had a few left over products he felt wouldn't do so well in selling.
"May as well hope to get something better out of them" He muttered, as he stared at the three chips in question, as they rested in the palm of his hand. Slowly placing them into the machine, he let out a sigh as he wondered just what he would receive in return.
