Yes, you do say that... But why, if there are so many Moderators and stuff, did I have to RP as an NPC when 3 people were waiting for their purchased thingies? I'm not even a Moderator. Do you have a Moderator that does NPCs?

I do when I'm around, as I don't like to leave people hanging at the counters. The problem is... I haven't been around for almost a week straight. I also know I'm not the only Mod that handles NPC's.

I did as NPCs and sometimes as Battle Mod. And it's not like anyone is going to stop me from doing it as they're too lazy themselves.

Battle Modding always seems to go well, but the NPCs are sometimes forgotten completely. I'll just 'secretly' do it whenever I see NPC modding needs doing...

No, it wasn't my idea. It was Eon's idea. Credit where it's due. 
So far only the Test Arena and the events held in it are my ideas.

Go to the Colloseum, just like you would any other real-world locale, read the info boards, jack in and register. Use the link to bounce to the desired registration topic. It's that easy.

Hmm, question. Shopping at Sci-Labs or ACDC requires your character to actually be there. However, my character lives clear over in Netopia, which, if I'm not mistaken, is on a different continent. Realistically, would any person be able to go across the seas, and be willing to, just to get ahold of a few items?
Basically, I'm asking if I can set up a sort of internet or shipping account with the shopkeepers ingame. Fluffy goodness. I would've simply done it ingame, starting some kind of account through PMs, but then I remembered that multiple mods control the NPC characters. So, bam. Figured I get the a-ok before I tried doing something. Besides, it'll be helpful for the other characters located in weird locations, like NetFrica, Sharo, and Yumland, or I hope it'll be at any rate.
Or I could be completely wrong about the location of Netopia. Which would be very embarassing.

Eh... uh, in the games, it seems like you get a free ride on the plane all the time. XD Just RP that little bit or the Metroline for travelling, I suppose.

All NPCs have an e-mail address. I guess you could it with that, but you'd need approval of the Moderators. The reason they want you to come to the shop is to have some activity with your operator, otherwise you'd do nothing with him.

Are we allowed to have a Signature Attack that changes mechanical when equipping certain GMOs? Like...
No GMO: 200 damage.
Music.GMO: 100 damage, removes barriers.
This is an example using Divinity, but are we allowed to do something like this?

Well, I would say it would be fine if you applied the normal drawbacks that come from multi-functions to the sig attack: that way, it mostly becomes fluff. Otherwise, though, you would essentially be getting a second function of your sig attack from the start of the character.

Ummmm....
I did it again, I really should relize that I can't rp 'good' chars, so I have a couple of questions...
1) are we allowed to do the 'keep one of these two' option that we did when we swapped forums? I'm not quite clean on that...
2) I sux at making humans, is it possible to just have a navi on it's own(say it's owner died or somthing)? and not a rouge navi... although this it the rouge network...
3) are we allowed to summon somthing if it replaces us, it shares the hp, speed, and other traits that we have, and we remove ourselves as fighters...
4) I remember someone had a dark chip as fluff one time on the last site, and wasn't alloed to use it otherwise, can we do somthing simmiler with say, a copy-riod...
I may only do one or two of these things, depending on who I use, I'm just curios...
also to those who say I rp'd okay with AniMay, I need a special spark to keep using the navi well. I'll lose the ability to use her in about 2 weeks if this keeps up...
