No, just no. Not even the people who like South Park would watch that.
The makers behind SP have admitted on various accounts that the series is based off of the generic children's show format (no, not Power Rangers or Spongebob, we're talking Barney, Sesame Street, etc) as an homage to how their careers began, and give off subtle humor by use of the juxiposition of the show-style and the often mature moral lessons they recap on at the end. Just saying that if you meant people that watch SP are retarded or otherwise foolish for doing so, that the statement isn't entirely true.
...Anywho, that said, I fail to see the hook this would offer as a show, and rather than bother with reasoning with any of this, I'll simply say that, were this made onto television, the legal disputes it would bring about would be very entertaining, and at least then the fifteen minutes of fame are met. Moving on, if Feuxnix ( ) can make this into something worth any true use, I'll cut a lock of my hair and send it to him.
...I really don't think there's any more to say other than that arrogance typically comes from but two kinds of people: those attempting to hide their faults, and those locked in a perpetual state of delusion of grandeur, and I feel sorry for those under either demographic. Thank you, and good day...
