this guy has dreams of one day relocating his band to norway, but in the meantime settles for his mom's basement. he tries to make ends meet by working at the local comic book store, where he passes the time playing d&d and world of warcraft. with his career choice being unprofitable, he has suffered a series of financial setbacks that relate back to the upkeep of his image. two months worth of paychecks have gone towards having a frank frazetta clone paint his band's cd cover. in addition, his stage getup has put him well over $800 in debt to the home depot and various bondage stores. if that wasn't enough, medical bills have been piling up- the fearless knight suffered from a severe case of frostbite while filming a music video during a blizzard. regrettably, the aforementioned music video has enjoyed but 33 views on youtube to date.

the black metal knight recently suffered from perhaps the greatest embarrassment of all while onstage at the local dive bar. drunk past the point where he could comprehend his actions, the "kvlt" one accidentally applied his corpse makeup in a manner reminiscent of wcw's sting. fortunately for him, his drummer was also inebriated and emerged as a passable gene simmons.

Good Lord... if you people think that card is hax... I mean, it is a 6 mana situational healing. By the time you play it, there is a good chance that a quick deck raped you, a combo deck drew his infinite, or a controll deck only lets you play it because it is not worth the counterspell. Maybe I am out of the loop, but that card hardly seems to have any use.

I would like to see a deck that actually finds a use for it and would manage in a competitive scene...

Dude, our friend has this one White deck that's STUFFED with healing cards and things that let him play lots of mana quickly. It'd be amazing in a deck like his.

All his deck is is motherfucking ANNOYING.
He has all of the one-mana-cost artifacts that let you gain 1 life whenever a spell of a certain color is played.
AKA. Angel's feather: whenever he plays ANYTHING, he gains 1 life. Et cetera.

His is an artefact and white deck, and it's just not fun to play against.

That strategy is more fun with Yu-Gi-Oh.

Life gain decks and strategies are among the absolute weakest in the game.

Likewise, all of the Beacons are incredibly weak, save for the green and maybe the black ones. The cost isn't justified for the effect. They are just flashy rares at best.

Knight's right, if you think that card is hax, you have a very narrow view of the game as a whole. I could name three or four life gain cards from memory that are better than that one. I could tell you a dozen better white cards in general.
