A raven-haired little girl, with obsession for fancy hair accessories and hats. One will randomly see her with frilly fedoras (yes, those are possible), or a hairband with a giant ribbon, so on so forth. It is crucial to note that her accessories do not reflect her mood. Rini likes to wear dresses, but one thing that's fixed would be her thigh-high socks and a pair of mary janes. Her normal attire could be referenced to here. Her brown hair is short-cropped, neatly combed so that two tidy bangs come down from each side of her face. Three simple clips keep the hair from falling unnecessarily down to her face.

Personality:
Rini has a bubbly personality, always eager to show and teach others wisdom of childhood. She's also endlessly enthusiastic, and may be seen as reckless when NetBattling; she only shouts for the offensive. Shisho is her imaginary friend, and all her teachings go through her Navigator. However, thanks to her optimism, she's the kind that cannot afford to lose; she must win.

PET Modifications:
Rini's PET possess numerous stickers of the latest fandom, laminated by a thin strip of plastic to prevent wear and tear... on the stickers. The PET's body itself is black, with beige trim and buttons.

Sharing the same age group as his Operator, Shisho does not walk-- he floats. He sports a simple robe of brown, and a pair of dark-brown pants and shoe. A strip of light-blue cloth runs down the front of the robe, secured by a sash of similar color, and a yellow-metallic shoulder frame. The said frame is malleable, and also serves to keep his oversized shoulder gloves(?) from falling. Almost like another failsafe measure, another cord runs from the frame to the edge of each of the glove-sleeves he is wearing. His emblem is secured to the left of his robe, clipped to the cloth by the frame like a badge on display. A simple square with all four corners touching the circle finishes the boring representation that is Shisho's emblem. The emblem's color is similar to the metallic quality of the frame supporting it, thus blending it onto his outfit.

Perhaps the most peculiar description of Shisho is not the fact that he's floating-- but of the two cables that seem to sink themselves into the ground beneath him. Also of metallic quality, this is the source of Shisho's conjuration powers-- one as input, the other as output. Much like other Navigators, Shisho has a pair of receivers
on each side of his head, replacing where human ears would be. The receivers are, however, not circular; they serve as power generators for the two pairs of wing-like extensions. Shisho himself has blue-greyish hair that seems to absorb light source, and has azure eyes.

Personality:
Shisho enjoys fun-loving, especially with an enthusiastic Operator like Rini(?). He is supposed to serve as Rini's mentor, entrusted by Rini's parents but found himself being the only ears to Rini's thoughts and rants instead; thus, he possess endless patience and is rarely annoyed. And when it is entirely necessary, he will throw in words of encouragement and a smile that only rare few could see.

When speaking to fellow Navigators and other programs, he is respectful, polite, and very sociable (to the most polite extent). He bows with his hands folded in front of him very often, be it as a sign of thanks, apology, or whatnot. If others can find a chance to compare between the conversations of Shisho with Rini and Shisho with others, they'll realize that they're on two different intellectual levels.

He turns slightly sensitive on the topic of the wing-like extensions from his ear covers, but the reason will forever remain unknown.

Combat Style:
In battle, Shisho does not move, or rarely moves; His heavy reliance on projectiles is evident when he almost entirely drops melee-ranged chips. Much like a magician from fantasy stories, he conjures magic out of thin air by drawing a circle in front of him, before sending the object or weapon flying at the enemy.

That is not his main specialty, however; converting the Earth beneath him is (his own words). He is, in short, a terraformer.

Shisho randomly gathers the air about him into a tiny ball of propulsion, sending it flying at the enemy.

Initiating a more graceful style of her offensive, Rhea begins to take measured, steps of rhythm. Given the opportunity, Rhea will counter and attack with quick slash bursts of fire until the flames surrounding her blade dies out.
SPECIAL:
- Requires one action to activate, like a normal signature attack.
- Once activated, Flamesurge Rhythm will contain 4 charges of 20 FIRE Slashing damage, which Rhea may use to combine with her normal attacks. (Delayed effect)
