Public Neo-Shogun Camp.

"Sake? How would Sake cover a retreat? She doesn't seem like she can stand half the time, lest have any marketable skills at distraction. Besides maybe falling on people," Aya questioned Yasu's statement. Clearly she needed to look at Sake in more detail later. She was a subordinate for a reason. Perhaps she was actually more competent than Aya thought. Sake was probably laying low, masking herself behind an idiot drunk persona.

Aya, however, did not continue that line of questioning and instead listened with the others as Yasu outlined her plan. What was with the NET and having everything come down to something perverted? It seemed that the NetMafia, NetPolice, and Neo-Shogunate had nothing else on their mind. Clearly Aya was in the wrong outfit. Her knowledge was on how to delete things, not flaunt herself for their amusement. Although, it wasn't as if her master was any better than these peddlers in streetwalkers. Her own outfit under her armor showed a lot of skin and could be considered scandalous.

The only question that Aya could think of was, "How are we supposed to make Cabal talk anyways? It isn't like we can trap her with a barrier or anything."

---------------------------------------

DragonierMan seemed to not have noticed the summons as he was left alone with Arch and Sake. "So," he began as he looked at Sake. "I've seen you around Sake. Even shared a drink with you once or twice now. But I don't know anything about you. Where did you come from? How did you end up working for the Neo-Shogunate? I know that Arch here came because General Dee asked. Did she recruit you as well?"

He then turned to Arch. "Haven't seen you for a while. Anything happening with you since we last met at the cabin? Learn any new recipes?" He moved a little closer to her so that he was only a foot away. "It has been a while since I sampled..." he leaned in and inhaled a big whiff of her hair scent, "... Any of your... cooking."
Mach showed some relief in seeing Yasu's favorable reaction to his suggestion of including Escort in the mission, while Aera simply had a small grin on her face. Soon afterwards Vector's questions were answered, in the form of a five-fingered edict regarding the nature of the "incident" they should stage to lure out Cabal.

[Hm...] Mach thought to himself as the general explained. There seemed to be a lot of moving parts with some clear outlines, but ultimately General Yasu left the specific details of this 'trap' up to the group. He tried to run some potential scenarios through his head, but he didn't seem too sure of his ideas, like he was grasping at straws. [Panty heist? Bachelorette party gone wrong? Wet undershirt contest? Ugh, I'd rather plan a simple "smash-and-grab" or S.O.D. (search and destroy) mission.]

While Mach continued to devote an unnecessary amount of processing power towards formulating a possible plan, Aera and Vector didn't particularly have any ideas in mind either. Though the idea of rather cliche "innocent girls vs gang of villainous perverts" story started to take shape in Aera's head, it wasn't exactly noteworthy; Vector hadn't a clue what to do. The fractal SP's only 'intimate' interaction with another program was with Muse, and the encounter about as raunchy as a church service.

The three hoped some additional information from Aya's question, along with the suggestions of the other teammates, might help get the ball rolling in regards to an actual mission plan.
Yasu's eye twitched as Aya doubted the wisdom of her earlier critique. "Sake's alcohol is quite potent, even when not consumed, at addling and disorienting others. She could easily use it to throw off any pursuers or to create a great confusion, during which you could escape!" she snapped, looking extremely annoyed. That might work, but one could ordinarily be forgiven for thinking that Dee's fog or illusions would make escaping much easier, comparatively. Clearly, the First General was not in a forgiving mode. "And have you forgotten what I said already? She is quite eager to speak with anyone about her conspiracies, from what I've heard, and has no reservations speaking even against the NetPolice. There should not be any reason to have to physically trap her," she continued. "Rather, she should willingly give us the information. If not... then will come the time for you to think on your feet and come up with another way. Regardless, we do not have the jack-out prevention technology of the Mafia- or apparently, the NP- and cannot prevent a jack-out. Unless you happen to get your hands on a pair of the NetPolice handcuff technology while you're near their base, but using that kind of technology against them would certainly give them further reason to be hostile against us."

She looked back and forth between the group, already understanding that they weren't exactly overflowing with ideas on how to guide the mission to its intended goal. "Bah! If DragonierMan were here, he'd already be wiggling his grimy fingers, thinking of all of the grotesque things he could do to his fellow officers in the name of supposedly aiding the mission!" she muttered, her good eye scanning back and forth as she watched for his approach. She shifted the cross of her arms anxiously and sent a message to her other generals as they approached, informing them of some of the particulars she'd just explained to the others.

Dee and Escort showed up in unison, apparently having encountered one another on the way over. Each was dressed in their standard garb, Dee's being her strapless, feathered dress and Escort's being her horned mask and monk robes, rather than her suit. "Well, well! What a gathering we have here! I heard the details of the mission on the way over and, first of all, I am flattered that you all sought my help with it. If anyone can think up how to make this sexy nonsense work, it is moi!" she boasted, closing her fan and tapping it against her bosom. While the gesture was probably intended to indicate herself, it seemed to equally gesture towards her eye-catching cleavage. "Escort here is no slouch herself!"

"Although, as I mentioned in our mission before, creativity is not my strong suit," the ludicrously tall and strongly built female murmured. "I don't believe I've been introduced to the two of you," she paused, extending a hand to each of the ninjas in turn. "My name is Escort. I heard you were SPs who served another... where is he?"

The sorceress slapped her forehead with one gloved hand and groaned. "He's still flirting with Archie, I bet," she correctly guessed. "Did he really summon me here, then blow me off for my gal pal? How very rude," she scoffed, although she was laughing as she said it. She smirked at Yasu and shrugged, then covered her wide smile with her unfolded fan.

The First General was beginning to look as though a vein was going to burst in her forehead. "Someone, anyone! Go grab DragonierMan and drag him here if you have to, so that we can begin to properly strategize for this mission!" she commanded, pointing towards Aya and Suzume to indicate they should do it themselves. "Now Dee, you're a woman of questionable ethics and less than saintly behavior. I trust that you've already begun to devise a plan for what sort of ruse would be best to draw out Cabal?"

"Of course! Escort and I spoke of it on the way over," Dee reassured the others, winking over the edge of her fan. "However, it's a bit silly to begin explaining it before DragonierMan arrives, is it not?" This set Yasu into another fit of thinly veiled anger and cursing.

--------------------------------------------

Meanwhile, DragonierMan chatted up Dee's friends, starting with Sake. The little girl gave another loud hiccup, then beamed, putting her cheek down against a pile of folded clothes and enjoying the downy softness. "I'm Dee's buddy! Well, a long, long, loooong time ago, I was abandoned by my operator, until Dee invited me and Archie and Escort all to live with her. Then later, we all joined the Neo-Shogun Empire! I'm mostly just here because she's here, although I have other friends too. We're drinking buddies now, right?" she reaffirmed, then buried her face down into the clothes. She seemed to be fighting with drowsiness and losing.

Arch, on the other hand, continued to diligently fold clothes and move them into stacks. "Well, there was the whole terrorist incident, where the plane came down over the base and all. That was quite a scare for a lot of us, especially me being one of the only ones who was not hit with one of those disabling bombs. Other than that, my duties have been pretty basic," she answered, seeming to deflect any memory of her meeting him at the cabin, where she'd been dressed in only an apron. Red had begun creeping across her face again; she wasn't hard to embarrass. Once he began encroaching upon her space, she shifted to the side, knocking over one of her piles of clothing. "Won't you behave? At least while Sake's watching...?" she murmured, giving a glance down towards her friend.

Sake was, clearly, not watching, as she'd fallen asleep face-down in a mountain of folded robes.

"S-Still!" Arch defended, pressing one hand to her mouth and adopting a bashful expression, failing to meet his eyes with her own. Her bare thighs twitched nervously beneath the hem of her armored miniskirt uniform.
Aya barely blinked as Yasu explained why she thought Sake was the better choice. To Aya, the reasons were weak and short-sighted. Then Yasu explained that Cabal would just hand out the information like party favors. Again, Aya found that hard to believe. Then Dee and Escort showed up.

The twins shook Escort's hand in turn. "Nice to meet you," Suzume said. "So you are this Escort that people are talking about," Aya stated. Then Escort asked about DragonierMan. "Oh he is off doing his own thing," Suzume replied as Aya looked at Dee. "Technically I summoned you here," she stated matter-of-factly. She then rolled her eyes at Yasu's desperation to have Drago attend the meeting when he could be informed later. "Ugh, fine. Suzume, will you be a dear and get our master." Suzume nodded and then vanished in a flash of light.

Suzume appeared in Drago's shadow, oozing up from the ground behind him. Drago was suddenly pulled away by his ear just as his lips were mere inches from Arch's face. "Sorry lover-girl, gotta borrow him for another mission briefing. I'll return him later,~" she said with a smile and wink before dragging Drago away.

Drago was not happy as he was dragged back and tossed at the feet of Yasu. But he got over it when he saw that another, unknown person had joined the party. He stood up and straightened his clothes as Suzume introduced the tall navis to each other, pointing from one to another. "DragonierMan, this is Escort. Escort, DragonierMan." Drago shook Escort's hand. "I have heard about you, but never seen you before. Are you as strong as they say you are?" As he asked the question, his hand tightened to a crushing grip on Escort's.

Suzume whacked his face with a paper fan, causing him to release Escort's hand. "No time for that now. We are in the middle of a mission briefing." Aya walked up to Drago. "Long-story short, we need to lure out a NetPolice Officer named Cabal with something 'unexplained and perverse' but not something that would further military action. Apparently, Cabal is loose-lipped and will possibly give us the location of Roc's sister if we are successful in luring her out."

Drago listened to Aya until she was done, then noticed that Dee was there. He slipped up beside her. "Well hello again. Fancy meeting you here. It has been a while General since we have seen each other, how have you been?" he lied. They had met before and after the latest mission alone, but most wouldn't have seen it as Dee was in another form before that mission. And no one followed Drago to the laundry tent, that Dee was at, after the mission. "So, have any ideas on how 'unexplained and perverse' we can get?" he flirted.
Mach approached Dee and Escort shortly after they arrived, with Vector and Aera in tow. Though they recognized the glamorous General from previous encounters in the NS camp, they hadn't been formally introduced. Since there was a slight bit of downtime while Suzume went to fetch DragonierMan, Mach decided to take the time to introduce himself.

Guessing from Dee's appearance and attitude, she seemed to be much more casual and unconventional compared to Yasu and Escort. Though it seemed she likely wouldn't care if Mach acted in an equally casual way, he still remained polite as he bowed his head slightly before extending a hand shake if she appeared open to introductions. "I don't believe we've formally met; I'm Subordinate MachMan, and these are my SPs: Aera, and Vector." Vector and Aera both bowed their heads in a similar fashion as they spoke in turn. "A pleasure, General." "Nice to meet you."

If the introduction went well, Mach would then shift his focus towards the much more familiar Escort. "Nice to see you again, Escort; we appreciate you coming to help us out." The feeling wasn't limited just to Mach, as Aera gave Escort a kind smile while Vector nodded in agreement. If there was still some downtime as they waited for DragonierMan to show up, he'd address both Dee and Escort. "I have a couple ideas, but I'm not exactly skilled at drumming up perverse situations. We'll put our collective ideas on the table once we're all here."

DragonierMan was finally dragged in by his SP, a scene that was more or less entertaining, considering the large Navi was being dragged along by the ear by a significantly smaller program. They introduced themselves to Escort, and though it appeared DragonierMan tried to "feel out" Escort by challenging her strength (similarly to how he challenged Mach not long ago), Suzume knocked some sense back into him and he shifted his focus to Dee. It wasn't certain he had any ideas either, or maybe he was just curious what Dee had in mind.

Since they were all gathered up, Mach would speak up if Dee and/or Escort didn't start off with their own ideas. "Not sure if this is too cliche, but I have a potential scenario we could use. It would involve a perpetrator armed with a 'weapon,' " he started, saying weapon with "finger quotes," "... that had the effect of causing a target's outerwear to disappear or become transparent, exposing their undergarments. Of course the "victims" would be in on this, and could use .GMOs or other appearance edits to fake the effects of the 'weapon' in the hands of the perp. What do you all think? Too tame?"
DragonierMan nodded at MachMan's suggestion. "No, it is a good plan. Not only does it fulfill the 'perverse and unexpected but not dangerous' angle we are going for, but it also has the benefit of seeing everyone in their underwear." Suzume and Aya blushed a little but seemed to be ok with the plan. They were professionals after all, and had to deal with wearing skimpy outfits before. "The question though is to what this 'weapon' will look like. It has to be comical. Otherwise they might think it is a dangerous weapon."
Arch was plenty thankful to Suzume for breaking up the increasingly awkward moment between herself and the ninja's master; she pressed her hand to the chest of her armor and exhaled deeply as the two left her to the laundry folding. Still sleeping, Sake snored deeply from the pile where she'd put her head down. Someone would probably be wearing an alcohol-scented robe during their next medical examination.

----------------------------------

Yasu's company proved as pleasant as ever once DragonierMan was thrown down in front of her; she looked like she dearly wanted to stomp on him for his impudence, but the presence of a large crowd of heer peers was making her less prone to acting out. "Welcome back; please exchange your greetings quickly so we can move on," she murmured, keeping her unpatched eye shut in an expression that made it clear she was holding back a more violent outburst.

Apparently, Dee had to be reminded that this was her first time meeting MachMan and crew; finally, she accepted the round of handshakes, keeping a fan in front of her face as she did. "No need to be so formal! Please, call me Dee, and I'll be pleased not to refer to each of you as 'Subordinate,'" she chuckled. "But it's nice to see that Drago isn't the only strong man in the Neo-Shogun Empire! After all, you know what they say: competition breeds innovation. With other men around, he'll have to keep stepping up his alpha male game!" This brought about a more genuine laugh from her, which lasted longer than perhaps it should for someone reacting to their own joke.

In the mean time, Escort accepted DragonierMan's hand politely, but with almost awkward gentleness. It certainly didn't seem like a handshake befitting one who may be even more physically gifted than Yasu. "And I you. It's nice to finally put a face to the name," she agreed, her eyes glancing down as she noticed the strength of DragonierMan's grip. "Oh. I apologize if my shake seems a bit unprofessional. I'm working on controlling my strength, you see, and right now I'm ending up on the lower end of the spectrum most of the time," the black-dressed woman continued, not strengthening her hold but making no motion to free her hand either. The lack of a reaction was noteworthy in and of itself. "This upcoming mission probably won't rely on our strength much, but I hope I can still live up to your expectations."

Once that was done, and following a brief explanation from Aya, DragonierMan slinked back over to greet Dee (again). The general gave another long laugh, then waved her fan dismissively. "Very funny, silly, but I've already spilled the beans in that regard. Sorry!" she apologized, having already revealed that she'd seen DragonierMan with Arch earlier. At least their nap together in the storage shed was still hidden. Her eyes lit up as DragonierMan talked about unexplainable and perverse happenings. "You're curious? Oh, I have all kinds of ideas! The only question is whether or not we're going to be able to get them approved or not with the First General listening," she giggled, teasing Yasu again.

Yasu crossed her arms and dug her fingers into her biceps irritably, perhaps feeling outnumbered again. "I don't trust anything that you come up with all on your own, Sorceress. Let's hear if the others have ideas first. Anything at all?" she requested, keeping her head turned forward but allowing her eye to dart from side to side.

Surprisingly, MachMan was the first of the others to speak up, offering a textbook net-perversion scenario... "Classic," Dee remarked, nodding approvingly. "Well, well! I like you more already!" Dee laughed, perhaps letting slip that he'd come off a bit stuffy before. Escort nodded, though it wasn't clear whether she was saying it was a good idea or whether she was agreeing that she liked MachMan. "So!" the sorceress continued, fanning herself lightly as she spoke, "you all should know that a simple trick like that is child's play for me! I'll simply whip up illusory clothing that can be gradually faded off. Of course, in that case, you'd need to be careful who you touched or were touched by... since you'll have to walk around in your underwear, essentially."

"Vulgar," Yasu condemned the plan, looking upset. "But I suppose it's appropriate given the circumstances."

"I've no objection," Escort added, nodding along. At some point, she'd whipped out her small black notebook and began furiously scribbling notes.

Dee shrugged at DragonierMan's question, seemingly distracted now by the chance to upset Yasu. "I don't think it matters much. For something like this, we could grab any random spear from any random soldier! If you're looking for comical, however, why not use that folding fan your ninja girl just wielded, hm? It's an obvious comic symbol and couldn't be interpreted as dangerous," she offered. "Then again... if you want it to be sexier, why use a weapon at all? Why not do it with a touch? After all, the sexier it is, the better a chance we have to lure the NetPolice dirt collector out!"

"Bah! Figure that out yourselves," Yasu finished, throwing out three data packets: one to MachMan and his team, one to DragonierMan and his girls, and the final to Dee and Arch, before turning her back to all of them. "It sounds like you all have the mission well in hand, so I will take my leave. Those coordinates will lead you to the area best suited for staging this trap," she informed them, before sprinting away.

*Coordinates.DAT received*

"Good riddance! Though I almost wish she'd come along on the mission... It's fun to watch her squirm," Dee snickered. "I'd say the only thing left to divide up is roles. Practically, we should consider this: NetPolice presence in the area is strong and even before we begin our act, they may react suspiciously if they see Neo-Shogun officers. I believe that Drago, his ninjas, Escort, and myself have all been involved in many public appearances for our empire so far, and as such, it may be best if we all disguise ourselves to some extent. That could be as simple as me choosing something inconspicuous for my disguising spell. After all, it's all coming off anyway!" she giggled. "Oh ho ho ho! Ahem! With that in mind, I will make some inconspicuous, but visually appealing, disguises for all of the girls. MachMan, since you are least recognized at the moment, you and your armor SP should be the ones to be the instigators. As for DragonierMan... er... I suppose I failed to think that part out. What are we going to do with you?" she murmured, tapping her foot impatiently as she struggled to think something up. "They'd definitely recognize you right away, at this point. I don't suppose you could become a girl, could you? Ho ho ho... Only kidding," she joked.

"... Wouldn't it be easiest if he simply put on a GMO that hides most of his appearance? Then he could simply act as one of the perpetrators," Escort offered in a dull whisper, almost too quiet to be heard. In fact, Dee didn't seem to hear it at all.

Perhaps she was just too focused on the next part of her strategy. "So, before we head to the coordinates, that means that we girls all need to strip down to our underwear, so that my illusion spell will be effective later! We'd better hop to it!" she encouraged everyone, clapping her hands to fire them up. Escort frowned, looking mildly hesitant. They were still all out in the open, after all; it might be more proper to get into some tents or something first... or to suggest that GMOs or something more modest be used for this.

((Topic opening soon in NetPolice HQ))
DragonierMan made a mental note on Escort's lack of reaction to the squeeze. Perhaps her strength was not exaggerated. When he sidled up to Dee and made his remark, her reply was as expected. Although he felt silly when Dee explained that she already told them that he was with her. "I bet you do," Drago said back to her remark that she had plenty of ideas on perverse situations.

Then MachMan made a suggestion on how to proceed. It was a good suggestion and the rest of the group readily accepted it. Then Yasu stormed off after giving the group the coordinates for the mission.

Drago pointed to one of the sheds after Escort made her opinions clear on her face. "I suggest we move into one of the storage sheds. If people see us changing into our new outfits in public, we might lose the element of surprise." Suzume and Aya walked over to the storage shed, attempting to pull/push Dee, Escort, and Aera along. "C'mon girls. Time to get changed."

"As for me..." Drago looked over at Mach and Vector. "What do you think I should go as? Although I guess I could always just hide and let you guys do the work. Maybe act as a spotter to make sure you guys don't get ambushed."

Inside the storage shed, Suzume and Aya began disrobing and setting their armor against the wall. They both wore two-piece, swimsuit-style underwear. Suzume's were colored white, while Aya's were colored a dark red. They both hesitated a moment before spreading their arms and legs out from their body so they were on full display to Dee and any of the other girls in the shed. Giving Dee as much room as needed on their bodies to let her paint her next magical masterpiece. "Ok. We're ready. Let's get this over with."
As Mach suspected, Dee wasn't one for formalities, but it didn't seem he made a bad first impression. She welcomed the aspect of another strong male in the NS, citing the positive aspects of competition. Mach personally didn't see much merit in competing for "alpha male," considering DragonierMan seemed to have that personality archetype down to a science. That said, he didn't doubt he could hold his own in one-on-one combat with him... that's not important at the moment.

What Mach didn't suspect was the overall positive response to his scenario idea. DragonierMan thought it was a good idea, and his SPs seemed to be okay with it, while Dee approved with no lack of amusement, and even Escort had no objections. Mach's eyebrows raised in surprise as he gave himself a mental pat on the back, before realizing he'd just impressed a group of... unconventional programs with his perverse idea. Maybe that wasn't exactly something to be proud of. Mazer and Aera were also taken a bit off-guard by his idea, it seemed very viable, but they both wondered where he got the idea.

Dee offered up her services to develop the effect of the weapon, and made a suggestion to what form it would take to answer DragonierMan's question. Her ideas were valid, but her warning about getting touched made the idea seem a bit unpredictable. Mach wanted something more controllable, so they don't accidentally blow their cover and clue them in to the incident being a ruse, and something with a visible "trigger" while not looking dangerous. A flashlight or a harmless laser pointer came to mind, but there wasn't anything that immediately told the target they were "hit," if they weren't paying attention. His next idea was a toy squirt gun, something that obviously isn't dangerous, but could easily be set to trigger Dee's illusion.

His contemplation nearly caused him to miss the data packet tossed towards him by Yasu, but he managed to snatch it out of the air and quickly download the coordinates to the PET before he spoke up. "Understood, General." After Yasu dashed off, he gave his suggestion. "What about a toy gun, like a squirt gun? It wouldn't look immediately dangerous, and could prevent the effect from being accidentally set off by an errant touch. Then the question would be how to get one, I doubt the camp has a warehouse filled with UberSoakers, eh?"

Dee spun up a game plan, with the female members obviously acting as the "unsuspecting victims," while Mach and Vector acted as the perpetrators. It made sense, as Mach was easily the fastest in the group and able to flee if able, plus he may not be immediately recognizable due to his lack of public interaction with the NS. However, he was again surprised that he was immediately put in the place of the pervert. [What did I get myself into...] he thought while trying not to audible groan. "Makes sense, I guess..."

As Dee prompted the girls to begin stripping down so she could cast her illusion spell, Mach received an audio only message from Mazer. ["So, the real Mach comes out eh?"] the NetOp prodded jokingly. Aera walked behind Suzume and Aya to the storage shed to change, glancing back at Mach briefly before following them inside. Mach nodded to her before she disappeared inside, then answered his NetOp.

["I'd say it wasn't my idea, but..."] he replied, admitting he fully walked face-first into this situation. ["Yup, can't help you out there, buddy. However, I can see if I can find some simple squirt gun program. Nice idea by the way, going for a 'wet t-shirt contest' vibe?"] Mazer continued with playful jab. ["The hell is a wet t-shirt conte- nevermind, I'll look it up...] A brief moment later: ["Oh come on... really?"] Mazer couldn't help but laugh at his Navi's exasperated interjection, though they'd known each other for years now, these subjects never really came up in conversation. ["You have to admit, it's pretty funny. Regardless, I'll see what I can do."] ["Thanks..."] he replied with an audible sigh.

He didn't have to dwell on the fact he just made himself look more perverted than usual, thanks to DragonierMan asking Mach's opinion on where he should go during the operation. "Acting as a spotter isn't a bad idea, in case things go sideways and we need to bolt. My main concern is the NP responding with enough units to surround us; we could use you to swoop in to help secure our allies if we need to fall back. If Dee can disguise you as a "plainclothes civilian," you could still have a good eye on the situation while blending into the background."

Back in the shed, Aera walked in and moved to one of the walls as Suzume and Aya disrobed. She politely kept her eyes from wandering as she began to disrobe as well, but was quickly reminded her armor wasn't designed to be removed. "Um... Mazer? My armor..." she said quietly, tapping her breastplate. ["...Right, I keep forgetting that. I guess I should redesign it so you can remove it yourself..."] he replied as he pulled up a status screen on his PET. Moments later, the armor over her upper body, ears, forearms, and feet disappeared, leaving her in a skin-tight orange body suit. She ran her finger down the side, causing the suit to split and allow her to pull it off before leaving it folded on the floor. This left her wearing just a set of matching sky blue bra and tanga style panties, and a slight flush of red on her face. "M-Me too." she said quietly, ready to adopt a similarly exposing stance as Suzume and Aya once Dee was ready for her.
Dee and Aera both moved to the shed on their own, but Escort remained slow, still writing in her little book while glancing nervously up from its pages at regular intervals. Aya and Suzume had to pull her along, which proved to be quite a feat, given that she was heavier even than her size suggested. Close up now, they could almost see steam coming out of her ears, as she contemplated the situation she was about to be thrust into.

-------------------------

The girls each moved into the dark space of a storage cabin, with only a tiny bit of light penetrating in to illuminate the area and allow them all to see what they were doing. This was good for those who were bashful... and also for those who wanted to keep the fact that they were not politely averting their eyes from the others hidden. As the three SPs undressed, Escort did her best to join them in that action, shedding off pieces of her monk's gear manually, one after another and placing them into neat piles. She was losing the battle, however, and every now and then, her eyes would shoot up towards the others as she stripped. In the silence of the room, her gulp was audible; sweat was trailing down her cheek, where the outfit didn't cover.

Dee noticed this and giggled, undressing as she watched her partners in crime. Her outfit, predictably, took almost no time to remove, as it consisted only of gloves and a strapless dress, and furthermore, considering that she had no care to do anything with it other than drop it to the floor. Given that lack of consideration, she was in her underwear almost as quickly as though the dress had simply been magicked away for her. Her own set of underwear was a deep blue color, with white embroidery and a scandalous V shape to the lower half, with the top being strapless. It was definitely a set for someone hoping to show off. Between Aya, Suzume, and Aera, she had the largest breasts and widest hips, but at the same time, the least definition in her arms, legs, and abdomen. This, perhaps, made sense, given that she was designed for sorcery rather than physical combat. "Ho ho ho! I feel like we're all bonding, like sisters! Speaking of which, you girls really match on everything, hm? That DragonierMan... he's a lucky bastard, isn't he?" she joked. "And as for you, Aera... Ooo la la! Look at you, showing off that cute tooshie! I guess neither you nor MachMan are all business, hm?" she teased, making it quite clear that she wasn't averting her eyes from any of her comrades.

At the comments on Aera, Escort had suddenly developed a nosebleed; she paused and discretely wiped it on the sleeve of her monk's garb before removing it, hoping that no one had noticed. "Please, don't stare at them," Escort urged her, perhaps just as much for her sake given her reaction to the narration as out of politeness. "That's quite rude."

"Oh, but I have to size them up, to know how to create the illusions!" Dee pouted briefly, before giving a smile that made it clear her intentions were, as thought, mischievous rather than professional. She approached to get a better look, her eyes and face sparkling at the fun situation in which she found herself. "Let's see..." she murmured, her eyes tracing lines around the bodies of each of the SPs. "Hm... Yes..." she murmured, now drawing in the space around them with her fingers. She stopped to run one finger up Suzume's waist, biting her lip with a playful smirk. "Ah! So hip size is..." she murmured, staring to touch Aya in the same way... before noting that the girl had a reputed no-nonsense demeanor and forgetting about it. "And Aera's bust size iiiiis..." she cackled, wiggling her fingers.

Escort reached out and yanked Dee away by her shoulder at the last second, nearly flinging her into the opposite wall. "You don't need to know any of that. Because your illusion will be based on sight rather than tailoring, all you have to do is try to make it look good on them," the big lady sighed. At this point, she was dressed only in her pitch black navisuit, which had been pulled away from her short, similarly black hair. When Aera had seen it before, it had been combed down, but now, it had a bit of a case of hood-hair from the hood and skinsuit she normally wore.

"Phooey! Talking about me wasting time, and you haven't even finished taking your own clothes off yet!" Dee responded, straightening herself up as she rose from the floor.

"... I was getting to that," Escort murmured, backing away from the others. Her skinsuit peeled off slowly, revealing a muscular, pale frame, yet one with equally impossibly large breasts and buttocks. Her underwear consisted of a black fundoshi, which looked a bit immodest, despite having a practical design. No cloth was over the front or back, just the taut fabric of the fundoshi towel. Her chest was still wrapped in white bandages, binding their massive load in a way that looked uncomfortable. She slowly undid them, then set them aside, revealing another binding composed of a single black cloth towel, tied in the back. Once the restraint had come off, however, it became apparent why it was there; the breasts, now out to their full size and mostly unrestricted, bounced in an almost hypnotic fashion. "I'm finished," she spoke, from the corner to which she'd retreated. As soon as she spoke the words, she grabbed back up her pad and pen, writing in them with such speed and fervor that it seemed hard to imagine she was writing real sentences.

"Oh, that's no good, you goof! I wanted to see you in your sexy limo-lady underwear, not your Yasu-like ninja whatever underwear! Ugh!" Dee groaned. "Oh well, I'm getting to work now... Everyone just hold still." Pausing and focusing her magic, Dee summoned new clothes onto each of them... they all looked so real that it would be impossible for anyone to tell the difference. Of course, they'd all be wise to remember that the clothing was only an illusion, in the end, so if anyone touched them, they'd most likely feel flesh and not cloth. On the bright side, they all saw each other as clothed for now too, so it wasn't quite as embarrassing as thinking one was walking half-naked.

For Aya and Suzume, Dee had summoned alternate white and red turtleneck sweaters, along with matching black miniskirts. She'd give Aya tights beneath and let Suzume go bare legged, giving each of them fashionable black, strapped sandles. Black choker accessories and bracelets, for the Aya's right arm and Suzume's left, would complete the look. The outfits looked attractive but perhaps not as flashy as one might expect.

Aera received a robin's egg blue sun dress, reaching to about the knees with a white belt at the waist, complete with a little orange buckle at the center. Her accessories included orange ear rings in diamond shapes, and her feet were clad in white sandals. A sun hat might look natural with this sort of outfit, but Dee had not included one, since the inability for Aera to take it off, given that it was an illusion, might be a bit awkward. Escort's eyebrow twitched as she observed it; she wrote a quick note in her book about how it looked as though Dee had specifically given her an outfit that would show off her underwear if a strong wind picked up... then reminded herself that the illusion might not react perfectly to win in the first place.

Dee had given herself a white, collared, sleeveless button-up top, unbuttoned just a few too far to show a hint of cleavage. Her lower body was clad in a blue pencil skirt with a slit up one leg, but she'd elected not to go with tights or pantyhoes, so a large portion of her legs was still on display, despite the length of the skirt. She wore white short-boots instead of sandals and accessorized with a dazzling blue gemstone necklace.

The most surprising outfit would probably be Escort's, which had made to look like a black cheong-sam with loose, white pants beneath. The outfit also came with black, close-toed shoes and arm-warmers that matched the color. Escort immediately looked disappointed, unable to hide the expression. "Um... Dee... Why am I the only one without cute western clothes?" she asked, seeming hurt.

"Because, you chose to wear the underwear of an old, Electopian guy! That kind of clothing wouldn't match at all. It's the best I can do without dressing you like a ninja or a monk," Dee sighed. With that, she turned her attention back to the SPs. "If you're worried about dressing in a human way on the net, don't be; a lot of people do it these days," she informed the girls, although presumably they already knew. "The important part is to look sexy without looking like we walked onto the net just to be stripped! Or like we're part of the Neo-Shogun Empire, for that matter. Now that we're all 'dressed,' let's go see if MachMan and Drago have their magic squirt gun ready yet~"

Escort nodded, then began to stare at the floor. After some tense thought, she spoke up quietly, in a muttering only Aera could hear. "... I just realized that you could have been one of the perverts instead of one of the targets, given that the NP won't recognize you. Sorry," she apologized, looking aside in a guilty way.

---------------------

In the mean time, DragonierMan and MachMan had been conversing outside, trying to come up with the right role for DragonierMan. Surely he would have been the more natural choice to play the part of the pervert, but the die were cast. DragonierMan had a suggestion for what he could do instead and it seemed to work for Machman, so the two were left outside while the girls changed. A few seconds in, they would come to a startling realization: they could hear everything that was being said inside the cabin, even though they couldn't see it. The tantalization would continue for quite a while before the girls emerged again.

Now robed in their illusory clothes, the girls certainly looked different; it was hard to imagine that they were all really standing around in their underwear. Dee spoke up, pointing an accusatory finger between the two guys. "Really? Still no water gun? I'll take care of this," she chuckled. "Simply bring one of your own guns... I'm sure you have one... and come up with a 'sign' that will tell me when you want to fire. Like a gesture or call-word, you know. Then, I can produce the water in the air myself, soak one of the girls, and at the same time dispel the illusion that surrounds them," she explained, pointing one finger in a "how's that" gesture.
Aya and Suzume endured the lecherous advances of Dee like true professionals, seemingly ignoring the others in the room. Though they approved the designs of their outfits when they were done being disguised. "It's cute and sexy and I love it," Suzume said. "It's not bad. Perhaps I should look into more clothing options later," Aya commented. They admired the detail of the illusions on the others as well. Aya seemed to be looking at Aera more than anyone else. Then they followed the girls outside when they left.

DragonierMan whistled when he saw the girls, giving MachMan a little push with his elbow. "Look at you girls. Rrowww," he cat-calls/growls. Then Dee berated them for not having their 'gun' out yet, Drago distanced himself from Mach. "Hey, he's the one who uses guns, not me... Although maybe I should start," he muses. "Anyways, he is going to play the villain today and I'm going to be the spotter, hiding in the shadows, and ready to swoop down to save the day if you all get in over your heads. Think of me as your aerial extraction from a hot zone."
Unlike Aya and Suzume, wasn't as stoic in her reaction to Dee's teasing, as the faint crimson flush over her face started to deepen in color. Thankfully Escort stepped in to halt Dee's lecherous comments, and again stopped the sorceress before she attempted to "measure" Aera's bust size with her all-too-eager hands. Aera let out a relieved sigh, as she wasn't exactly thrilled to get fondled by a Navi she'd just met mere minutes before.

After chastising Dee, Escort continued to shed her clothing, revealing features much more familiar to Aera; the majority of their time together was spent on the Hera's Fortune mission, with Escort looking the part of the voluptuous "Mrs. Lucky." She'd nearly forgotten her tremendous bust though, since she'd been so effective at binding them down... she imagined that couldn't be comfortable at all... Aera couldn't help but glance down at her fundoshi, she'd never really seen one before but she didn't ask about it, which was probably a good thing.

Thankfully she didn't have to stay exposed for long, and the disguise conjured up by Dee seemed fairly tame. In fact, she appeared to warm up quickly to the outfit, checking it over while twisting her lower torso from side to side. It looked like a pretty convincing illusion, but she wondered how naturally it would correspond to movement. She made a mental note about possibly adding the sundress style to her own wardrobe ideas, and looked at the others' outfits. Aera noticed Aya eyeing her as she gave the twin SPs a brief once-over, liking the overall style of near symmetry. "They are cute, you two look adorable together!" Aera added to Suzume's comment. Aya continued to look at her, causing her to think something was odd or out of place. She touched her hair to confirm it was in place, then looked back down at the dress before saying quietly "Is... something wrong? Don't tell me the back is open or something..." before touching her hands to her back. She only felt her own skin and the back of her bra, causing a minor panic before noticing she had no haptic feedback from the disguise, even after touching her side, which was clearly covered.

Calmed down, she focused back on the group. Though Escort didn't seem pleased with her outfit, the style was interesting to Aera. She'd seen the tall NS Subordinate in a cocktail dress and boa, which she pulled off well, but this more covered style also fit surprisingly well. "I think it's fitting, Escort. It's unique and stylish, like you! she chimed in with a smile, trying to cheer up the visibly disappointed Navi.

All dressed, Aera moved with the group out of the shed. She listened to Escort's apology, and responded in an equally hushed tone. "It's no problem, I don't think I'd make a good pervert anyway, I seem to work better with the rest of the ladies," Her subtle wink attempted to reference her tag-team performance with Sylk, and the relatively good synergy with Escort during their last mission. The group quickly came into view to Mach, Vector and Drago, the latter already making cat-calls.

Mach, Vector, and Mazer were pleasantly surprised by Dee's choice of wardrobe for Aera, Mach and Mazer feared she'd pick something more fetishised. In retrospect, Dee had some significant style, and probably had the creativity to go beyond the cliche, and a bunch of schoolgirls, nurses, or maids in the street would be pretty suspicious. Mach smiled under his mask as Aera approached, answering the look on her face that seemed to ask, "what do you think?" "It really suits you, Aera. I really like the earrings too." Aera smiled, then realized she had no idea she was wearing earrings, and couldn't touch them to figure out what they looked like...

Upon being accused of not yet producing the weapon for the plan, Mazer's search had come up empty. ["I got nothin', sorry guys."] Mach's right hand changed to his cylindrical MachBuster after Dee suggested they use their standard weaponry, with the payload being supplied by Dee herself. "Maybe I can be of assistance? A standard weapon might bring hostilities from the NetPolice." Mach looked back at Vector as the SP raised his hands, and seemed to focus in the space between them. The slat-like pads over his shoulders started to flake and fall away like leaves in a light breeze, and break down into even smaller pieces as they started to stream between his hands. They started to form into a cylinder no thicker than Mach's forearm, capped on one side with the either stepped down to a small nozzle. "I assume a simple plunger mechanism would suffice, sire?" Mach couldn't help but stare as a circular plate materialized near the back wall of the cylinder, which slid back and forth to demonstrate how it would work: the plunger would pressurize the water in the cylinder, then a trigger would release it to produce a small stream. "... yeah, that would work just fine... how did you...?"

The weapon formed into its final shape, with a simple handle trigger mechanism just below the nozzle, so the cylindrical reservoir would naturally extend over one's forearm when the handle and trigger were held in the user's hand. Vector's head canted upwards to look Mach in the eye as he explained. "I made a few searches while we were waiting for the Ladies to change, and found a simple design." Vector wasn't entirely sure if he did something out of line, but an approving smack on the shoulder from the noticeably smiling Mach clued him in. "Resourceful! Great work, Vector! Do you think you can control it without much effort?" The weapon sealed up save for a single hole for filling, and the SP grasped it in his own hands before handing it off to Mach. "Shouldn't be a problem, sire. I'm glad to help."

Aera gave Vector an approving nod as well as Mach inspected the simple squirt gun, then gestured it towards Dee. "Think you can fill this up? It may be easier than having you control the water, especially if I'm not in sight of you."
Before leaving the dark room, Dee took a moment to soak in the praise from the others. "Oh ho ho! I'm glad you're all pleased. No friends of mine are going to be seen in anything less than the most fashionable, trendy intangible, fleeting illusions," she joked, hiding her smile behind her fan and seeming happy with the compliments. "Oh, but let's try to avoid too much movement in these, my dears. I can manipulate the illusion accordingly, of course, but... well, even a genius like me can get distracted! There's a chance I might not do it quite right and then there will be a chance that someone catches on to my trick. Of course, we don't have to keep this up long, so there shouldn't be much of a chance of that coming in to play."

As Dee went on about the specifics one ought to keep in mind while wearing sorcery-conjured illusions, Escort blushed and gave a small, intensely bashful smile at Aera's compliments. "You think so?" she asked, turning her eyes back down to start scribbling in her book again. "I suppose you're right, you would look a little out of place attacking people... And I also enjoy working with you! And the rest of the ladies, of course... I always enjoy working with them," Escort reiterated stumbling over her words and acting guilty once again. It appeared to be true; she did appear to harbor a distinct appreciation for ladies. Then again, one couldn't work in the Neo-Shogun Empire if one hated being around women.

Once the girls were back outside, MachMan and DragonierMan each shared their approval of the new costumes, in their own ways. Dee rolled her eyes as MachMan and Vector went to work detailing an innovative plan to arm MachMan with a squirt gun. "How many navis does it take to fire a squirt gun?" she joked, although Vector was, of course, an SP. "No, I, the great sorceress, with all of my aqua-based, mystic capabilities, am unable to fill a simple toy with water!" she further quipped, dripping with sarcasm. MachMan might be beginning to see why Yasu thought Dee unpleasant, or he might appreciate a little bit of ribbing. Whatever the case, Dee demonstrated her ability to summon water and created a steady trickle that penetrated the hole Vector had left in the piece. "Voila! Like magic!" she finished, puffing out her chest as though she'd done something outstanding.

"We should head out now, if everyone's ready. We're headed to a market nearby the NetPolice Headquarters. The initial scouting showed it not to hold any danger, but who knows how the situation might change if we wait too long," Escort offered. "It's a shopping district, although most of the stores won't be open given the off day. Some will, however; we should probably pretend to be shoppers. And DragonierMan, MachMan, Vector: the three of you should make certain to delay your jacking in, so that you men are not seen entering the net at the same time as us women. Not that I have any reason to suspect that anyone will be watching closely..."
"Nothing is wrong," Aya stated before leaving, keeping Aera guessing as to what Aya was seeing. Aya was just messing with her though, there really wasn't anything wrong with the outfit she was 'wearing'. Though Aya did end up sizing the sun dress as a matter of curiosity, envisioning herself wearing it and debating with herself if it was something she was interested in wearing in the future.

-----------------------------------------------------------

"We'll go first," Suzume stated as he grabbed Aya and teleported away. DragonierMan crossed his arms. "I'm the spotter, I'll come last. After you draw attention to yourselves that is," he stated. "Oh, but before you go," he said as he turned to Dee. "Perhaps you have a basic illusion to disguise me as a random civilian? It will help me blend in."

Drago waited around for a few more to leave before disappearing in a flash of light.
Vector sealed up the water gun after Dee filled its reservoir, though she probably could've filled it with the amount of sarcasm dripping from her words. In Mach's hands, he pointed it towards the ground a few yards away from the group, and briefly pulled the trigger to see if it worked correctly, as well as get an idea of its accuracy and range.

After hopefully a good test, he turned back to Dee as she gave a rough plan of action for the girls. "Right, we'll give you all time to get established before I roll in. I assume I should "hit" just one or two of your first to initially draw suspicion, then then start systematically hunting the rest of you? Or should I go at a more gradual pace? I'm not a creeper by trade, so I'm open for suggestions." His eyes glanced around the group as Aya and Suzume already departed; though their input may have been important, spacing out deployment was crucial to maintain a level of anonymity.

["Maybe just act casual like any other shopper, then spritzing one of the girls nonchalantly, possibly making it seem like someone else did it? That could bring a bit of confusion and chaos into the mix, so it wouldn't feel like some sort of flash mob or prank."] Mazer suggested. Mach nodded with a shrug, indirectly answering while relaying the idea so the others would be aware. "I could just blend in, and make it at first seem the "attacks" are mysteriously happening. Even better if I can make it look like it was perpetrated by some civilian, to bring some chaos before I make my appearance as the "pervert." "

After a minute or two for the others to make their suggestions, Aera spoke up to announce she'd be departing. "I'll go in next and blend in. I'll act like I don't know any of you, but I'll still have a comm line open if you need to communicate with me. Good luck, everyone!" Aera waved as Mazer commanded the SP's teleport to the provided coordinates, causing the SP to quickly disappear in a flash of cyan light that beamed up and out of the network.

((Aera relocated))
Dee raised her eyebrows, then crossed her arms and put on a thoughtful frown. "I suppose I could... the only problem is that I have to be able to focus on you to maintain the illusion. If you're going to be in hiding or I'm not supposed to look at you, especially if you're far off, it will be difficult to keep up. I'd advise you simply to stay far off instead," she finished, shrugging her shoulders. "Sorry, Drago! We'll play dress up another time. I know you were just dying to see how I was going to help you accessorize your purse with your bracelet!" DragonierMan probably wouldn't appreciate the joke, but, well, that sort of thing was part of Dee one just had to accept when working with her. "On that note, girls, don't split up too much! If I can't see where you are, it's going to become very difficult to put a convincing illusion on you. Wander too far and you'll end up in your intimate apparel before the time is right!" Hopefully they got the message before heading out.

MachMan tested his gun, but he had further questions for the sorceress once he confirmed it worked. "Yes, that sounds plenty good. Nothing worse than a man who finishes too early!" she joked shamelessly. "Oh, listen to you! Not a creeper by trade! Are you saying Drago is, hm? Know something that I don't?" Dee continued, chuckling to herself. As a matter of fact, MachMan did know something she didn't in that regard, but now might not be the time to get into it. "Listen to you, being so crafty! I'd say you're a natural at this after all. Be careful involving civilians, though! We don't want anything that will give them an actual reason to arrest us... Assuming that they're pretty lenient on our 'creeper' act to begin with. Hopefully they will be!"

The girls had begun relocating, so Dee turned to get on her way as well. "Be careful, everyone! I hear there's a creepy guy with a water gun around there!" she called out, punctuating her joke with a lengthy fit of laughter, before vanishing from the net.

"... I apologize for her," Escort murmured, giving MachMan a small bow, tucking one arm in front of herself as she dipped in a way that made her seem a bit like a chauffeur again. Escort disappeared behind her friend; DragonierMan had taken off a bit early himself, so that left just MachMan and Vector on this side.
"Hm, good point. I'll try not to get them too involved, Mach said with a thoughtful nod, responding to Dee's warning regarding utilizing the civilians to further sow confusion and chaos. A shady character shooting a "weapon" at hapless Navis was already concerning enough. Another joke later, Dee departed as well. Escort made a quiet apology for the General's comments and jokes, to which Mach responded with a smile, "No worries, good luck." before she too beamed away.

With Mach and Vector the only ones left, the speed Navi made a quick plan with his fractal SP. "Alright, we'll wait a minute or two before we warp back in. In the meantime, go ahead and revert to your default .GMO. I'll do so as well, but keep my wings deactivated for now. I'll have you act as my armor, with two major focus areas: my head should be mostly covered, I don't want my hair and eyes to somehow give away I'm anyway associated with Aera, and some sort of 'holster' for the squirt gun so I can have it out of sight until I need it. Oh, and don't make it look too intimidating, less pointy things." Vector bowed dutifully as his body swarmed with activity, reconfiguring like a rubik's cube from hell.

As he straightened back up and looked Mach back in the eye, his body had reverted to its default configuration. He saw Mach had reverted to his default appearance as well (save for his now absent wings), but in a much less unique standard data refresh animation. Still holding the squirt gun in hand, Mach nodded to signal he was ready to be armored up, which prompted the fractal SP to split and stream towards the SP as he quickly built himself up over Mach's form. A few moments later, the transformation was complete. Mach's head was encompassed in a smoothly angled visor and helmet, which covered everything save for his nose, mouth, and jaw (which were still covered by his default mask). The rest of the armor mostly covered his lightly armored forearms, lower torso, and thighs, to give him extra protection as well as mostly covering the orange areas of his body while the Navi's naturally blue armor was still exposed. The only other change was in the form of a trapezoidal "blister" pointing laterally across his lower back.

Once Vector's eye materialized over the visor covering Mach's eyes, the SP spoke up. "Sire, I've added a covered weapon canister on your lower back. You need not exert much effort, as long as you get it close, I shall do the rest." Mach moved his right arm and hand behind his back, and pointed the water gun across his lower back before touching it to the outer face of the canister. It opened in a muted set of clicks, then a couple of "arms" grasped the weapon and pulled it inside before the doors closed back up. "Very nice, good work Vector. Guess it's time to go, we'll be under secure comms from this point on, keep an eye open for any threats." ["Understood, sire,"] Vector's voice responded via internal voice chat.

With that, Mach and his SP armor were quickly wreathed in cyan light before beaming up and out of the network.
A lone figure materialized on the floor of the encampment near the shed; as the cyan glow disappeared it was revealed Vector had been sent back alone. He was in his default angular configuration, a fact that he quickly realized could render him unrecognizable. By his recollection, only Escort has seen him in his default appearance, while everyone else in the NS has only seen him in his proper "uniform." To fix that, he activated the appropriate .GMO as he took a page out of Mach's playbook and rocketed skyward to get a better view of the area and hopefully spot General Yasu.

His fractal body adopted the Yokan armor shape moments before he paused in the air and looked around with glowing red eyes behind his metal mask. If General Yasu nor a familiar face could be spotted, he made the decision to begin moving towards the subordinate & generals' areas of the camp. Carried by the faint blue glow and light wisps of inky white mist circulating amongst the slatted "thrusters" on his calf and shoulder armor, he quietly made his way towards where he desired to go.
Vector re-entered the camp and took to the air, hoping to find General Yasu or someone else to report in with. Surprisingly, most of the generals and subordinates were not present; the soldiers were all still on one side of the camp, putting the finishing touches on repairing the giant log fence. For a dark moment, it seemed as though he was going to have to give his report to Sake, who was drunk off her butt and currently laying around, trying to encourage other soldiers to drink with her. Finally, he spotted Yasu... but it looked like she was on the other side of the camp, in the restricted area, preparing to head into the bath. Another unfortunate aspect of the Empire's lack of forethought regarding air combat was that there were few roofs to be found anywhere in the camp, including the bathing area, into which Vector would have a great line of sight from above to the First General dropping her towel... Which would probably mean more to Mazer than Vector, really.

At any rate, Vector would need to use his own reasoning to decide whether it would be better to take the report straight to Yasu, ignoring the fact that she was in the restricted area, or to take the report to Sake. Then again, it might be better off with a random soldier, at this rate...
Thankfully Vector was quickly able to get "eyes" on several programs, including General Yasu herself. However, it appeared she was in a roofless bath house, and upon closer inspection, it more details were revealed (in more ways than one). Vector found himself to be an accidental "peeping tom," to which he responded by averting his gaze and dropping altitude considerably to the viewpoint where Yasu would be concealed by the wooden walls of the bathhouse. ["Sir Mazer, I've located General Yasu, but she appears... preoccupied at the moment,"] he reported dutifully to his Operator.

["Hm?"] Mazer responded as he changed his view screen from Mach and Aera to Vector's location. Thanks to the top-down default view, it didn't take long for him to realize the context of the SP's statement. Though from a distance, he got a decent eyeful. [Huh, didn't realize she had scars there too...] he couldn't help but ponder to himself. Mazer recognized he could continue to snoop with seemingly zero consequences, but for decency's sake he switched the screen back to Mach and Aera's location. ["Right. Well, looks like things are holding steady over here, and the mysterious figure we saw revealed to be Cabal, so the mission is still progressing on track. I don't think you need to charge in to pass the word, but she might have some guidance regarding the disturbingly convenient coincidence we encountered."] Vector continued to advance towards the general's area, gradually descending as he did so. ["Understood, sir."]

Vector wished he could just send a message to Yasu via the common channels previously set up, but using them would likely route through Mach, which would void the entire reason for him relocating. If the voice serving the "Dream Master" could watch them so easily without detection, it wouldn't seem beyond their capabilities to snoop on inter-network messages. As he moved further in, he continued to look around, hoping to spot a less inebriated subordinate or general to report to, otherwise he'd be forced to advance on the bath house. He didn't immediately have a strategy to notify Yasu without indirectly revealing he saw her, giving the "X told me you were going to be here" excuse could get punched full of holes with ease...
