"What? A Female ally has been injured?!" Seraphim exclaimed, seeing Capuchin hurt by the boiling cloud of air, which broiled about as the hero stared at this, and came to the confuzzling conclusion that it was most likely made of broiling mists. That meant that the configuration of the cloud could most likely be injured by... Lightning. Electrocution. Paralyzation. The words ran through the hero's mind as he nodded, he hefted the giant blade, growling with the effort of dragging it up, then slid it into thin air, light blazing at its disappearance point, while he looked upward, nodding at his operator, whoc sighed, putting aside her homework as she picked up another small chip, slotting it in as her navi stared at the virus.

"You shall pay for hurting a girl that fell on me not a couple seconds ago!" Seraphim yelled as Erin stared, rolled her eyes and went back to doing her work, making an attempt to surround herself with obliviousness, as opposed to the stupidity of her navi. Seraphim drew the meshed-sword-gun, light flaring from the invisible scabbard it was drawn from as he aimed it at the flaming misty and said "two" words.

"Baru... Kan!" He let out a yell of, the blast consuming his field of vision, lances of light sent spiraling at the monstrous misty while our heroic and extremely flashy navi with control over portals that linke- Wrong hero. The hero that leapt into action, our fearless saviour of the day, Seraphim leapt high into the air as he whirled about, making an almost cartoonish pose as he fired between his legs, a massive blast with an outcry of "Shot Gun!" He spiraled through the air, thrown off by the blast of light and fury, detailing his anger at the injuring of a lady he met not one minute ago. The navi leapt back, taking aim, and cried out the finishing blow.

"Booooom... Erang!" He yelled out, directing his weapon, which resounded with a "click". The hero was astounded, looking down the barrel of his sword-mesh-gun (never a good idea to do) to check where the bullet had exactly gone. The gun was completely inert, the barrel wasn't working. "Wh-wha?" He spoke, his expression indreculous. This had never happened before!

"Don't worry Seraphim, I... Kinda sold the Spell in exchange for a nicer Speed action." The girl spoke, struggling to explain what she had done in game-terms to her navi.

"Sold? Wha? I... I don't get it!" The navi exclaimed, confused.

"Haaaah," The girl sighed, picking up another chip and slotting it in, "Just use Ka Non, Seraphim. It'll work just fine. Just fine."

"Fine... Ka Non!" The navi exclaimed, sending a random shot at whatever what was left on the battlefield his wits expended as to any thing such as "Stratergery" or "Intwelwwgence."

"Get the hell offa' me you damn dirty virus!"

Kenji roared at the top of his lungs as he placed his hands on the ground and kicked the virus in the head, sending it flying off in one direction. He watched with glee as it scurried off, directing its attention to the onslought its allies were taking. Kenji pushed himself off the ground and jumped back away from the viri to regain his composure. Gasping for air, he felt the sweat drip down his body and stood at a ready. He underestimated his adversaries far too much as they swarmed on him, dealing a great deal of damage to his systems. He stood up straight and cracked his neck, loosening his muscles a bit. His mind pulsed as he thought of a battle plan. His friends did a great deal of damage to the horde already, and the selection was thin.

Putting his racing mind to rest, he put his hands together and began to chant. At his feet a small glowing circle grew and several runic symbols glowed on the ground. The markings on his face began to shine a light aqua blue; as he opened his eyes, they glowed the same. Four balls of light circled around his head as they took the form of small balls of blue fire, and hovered around his head. With a quick hand gesture he beckend the glowing hitodama forward, as they whizzed past his allies heads and towards the virii. He watched in satisfaction as they hit their mark and exploded into a large flash of electric light.

As his eyes returned to their normal color, and the glowing symbols at his feet faded, Kenji pointed at the remaining firebat. His arm began to morph and twist as Keito slid in a battle chip with a loud 'click'. A metalic barrel stretched out where his arm used to be, and as it finished downloading, he pulled the trigger as a spray of bullets shot out and encompossed his foe.

His temper subsided as he let out a sigh of releif and yawned.

Kenji: Heal 50 HP, 600z

Capuchin: Heal 30 HP, 400z
Seraphim simply nodded, performing a somewhat crude "victory dance" while humming a "victorious" song off-tune.
Divinity panted softly after picking up the dropped data of the viruses and sent it to the designated spots. Walking back to the group, she heard Seraphim humming to himself and looked up at one of her speaker shields. Nodding sideways at Seraphim she commanded the shield float behind him as the sound of the actual 'victory' song came out of it. The shield remained floating close to Seraphim with the victorious music while Divinity looked at the others and spoke to them. "Is everyone alright? What's the status of your health data?" She said out loud so everyone could hear her. Shifting her eye sight from left to right to sense them one by one, she checked their physical condition by the wind flowing closely around their bodies while muttering softly to herself.
Druidman, only slightly dishelved, and that was mostly due to his own attacks, dusted himself off and sheathed his scimitar. "That was a trip, dude, but I survived it." he said aloud.

"Jack out is impossible, Druidman." Steve informed him, checking his PET readouts.

"Really? Gnarly, man. I guess there's only one way to go, now." he mentioned, indicating deeper into the net.
"Ow...." Capuchin moaned as she stood up. "Shoot, I couldn't even help."

"A-Are you alright C-Capuchin?" Aida asked.

"Yeah...I'm fine. Just a bit angered. Am I that weak? I need to focus more." She then did a backflip as a warmup and looked around. "I suppose we can't jack out anymore."

"N-no.....we can-can't"

"Well then, we'll just have to make the best of it. Boy does this day really really stink!"
Kenji jumped up onto his feet with a large grin and gave a loud cheer to the rest of his team. Smiling greatly, he sat down and laid on his back. With a deep yawn, he looked up at the sky.

"Well, that was mildly entertaining. Bunch o' weaklings like that don't stand a chance! So, when we gonna' find some real powerful ones to take on? I'm reay and rearing to go!"

"Yeah, keep in mind that your still a moron, and low on health. You seriously think you can take on anyone tougher?"

"Ah, who cares? Big monsters mean big payouts! Let's rock!"
The inferno starts to close in on the Navis, and new shapes emerge from it. They resemble stationary virii like Cannons, only larger, and comprised entirely of flame!

"W-What...!?" shouted Divinity as she sensed the wind being burned before and behind her. Moving her head from side to side, she knew there were new enemies to fight that were completely made of the element of fire as the air couldn't reach the enemies without getting absorbed. Warmth was increasing slowly and the flames started to torment Divinity's bodysuit-less skin. "Program!" she shouted immediately, "De-activate Rhythm.GMO!" As soon as the words left her mouth, a bright light surrounded her like a shell and generated the original data upon Divinity's body. The light disappeared as Divinity stepped out of the shell and held her hand up to her face. "And now..." she muttered, "A plan to attack." But before Divinity could start thinking of offensive tactics, she got hit against her PET by Area's fist which was quickly followed by Area's voice. "We've got more enemies now. We need to defend ourselves," said Area who had gone back to lifting a dumbbell while leaving one hand free to plug in chips. Divinity nodded slowly and looked around to check on her team mates. As she focused herself on the battle, she realized this was going to be harder than the previous one.

Her shields started to glow with a bright white light while the golden cross upon it shone with a golden light. The different colors entwined with each other, resulting into two shields of pure energy. Before anything else happened, the shields disappeared as they dissolved into parts of data only to recreate themselves floating close to Divinity's shoulders. "Defensive matters have been taken... Now to attack... Any suggestions, Area?" said and asked Divinity calmly as a large 'clang' came from the other side of the PET as Area dropped the dumbbell. "How about creating a cyclone to make Boomerangs go in a full circle, causing them to hit both enemies at the front and at the rear. It sounds workable. I don't think boomerangs are so heavy to be negated by wind, it's not like they're metallic weapons. The others have boomerangs too... They should throw them in the wind to take a ride along the flow," said Area softly as she thought and then nodded, "Do it. Create the cyclone first." Divinity took a calm stance as she wrapped her wings against her back and stood with her feet on the ground.

"Executing aerial programming," said Divinity as she hovered just above the ground. It was as if she was standing on air as she stretched out a foot and seemingly made herself spin by pushing herself into the motion against air. As she kept setting herself off against air, she spinned faster and faster as she suddenly spread out her wings and arms to blow the wind spiralling around her into a wider arc. Still spinning, she was close to encasing the entire battlefield in a cyclone. Eventually she shouted out at her companions, "THROW YOUR BOOMERANGS INTO THE WHIRLWIND! IT WILL KEEP ON FLYING THAT WAY!" "Ours will join the merry-go-round," said Area with a grin as she slotted in the Boomerang chip. The ethereal defenders of Divinity just floated close to her body, one at her chest and one at her butt, while one of the real shields started to shine with a bright green light. Not paying attention much, she released the shield as it got swept along with the wind currents she had created to force itself a way along the enemies around her position.

Knowing she was an easy target to hit now she made the wind, after she was sure all attacks that used the wind she had created were executed, she brought the wind slowly closer to her to eventually make a dodging action through the power of the wind surrounding the battlefield. This will be over soon... Divinity thought as she kept on spinning, not becoming dizzy for one bit as she was practically one with the wind and her eyes could not register the movements to become dizzy.

With an eyebrow raised, kenji stared at the frilly navi spinning around like a ballerina with a strange thought circulating through his mind. A large grin slowly grew across his face, barring his sharp pointed teeth. He gave out a slight chuckle as he opened up his comm link to keito. A transparent glowing screen hovered above his head and Keito's face appeared on screen.

"Well, ain't that a pretty sight? Ever think of plastic surgery?"

"Zip it you little computer glitch, look, we're pretty boned here. Any ideas?"

"Just one, slide in a couple of chips, i got an idea."

Keito reached into his backpack and fumbled around for a bit, eventually pulling out a dusty boomerang chip and his handy vulcan 2. Wiping them off on his shirt, he flipped them into the air, then snatched them, sliding them into his laptop. Keito realizing this battle might be a little tougher than he's used to, he took his sketchpad and slid his half-finished drawing into his sack.

Back on the battlefield, kenji stood there waiting impatiently for keito to hurry up. Suddenly a small orb of glowing light materialized above his head and slowly shaped itself into a wooden boomerang. Kenji snatched it out of the air and reeled back, ready to fire. He took aim at the hovering female navi and flung it in her direction, using his wind to propel it even further. The boomerang spiraled towards the navi, then halted directly infront of her, then spun back, whirling around the navi, gaining momentum until finally whirling off in the direction of the viri.

"Heh, pretty smart using your allies abilities to help enhance your attack."

"Enhance my attack? I was aiming for her not the viri, that's what she gets for calling me a little idiot!!!"

"Well... technically she called you little, how'd you know she called you an idiot?"

"...Out of character knowledge."

"But that doesn't explai-"

"DON'T QUESTION ME! Anything can happen out of character, just leave it at that."

Ignoring his operator's constant stream of questions, Kenji took his stance, digging his feet into the hot dusty earth beneath him. His arm glowed as a large machine gun digitized itself into his hands; he mounted the barrel in his free hand and took aim at the towering inferno of enemies. With a loud thundering cry, shells after shells of shrapnel screamed across the heat soaked sky, embedding themselves into the flaming pillar in front of him. As the vulcan ceased firing, releasing only small clicking sounds. He tossed it to the side, digitizing as it fell, then grabbed his cloak off of the earth and tossed it onto his shoulder. Getting the idea he might be screwed if he stood out in the open, he lept high into the air, and landed behind the floating navi ahead of him.

Druidman stared a Divinity, perhaps a moment longer than he should have, but then focused himself again. Seeing Diviniy's plan, followed by Kenji's Boomerang, Druidman decided to join in the fun. As Steve slotted in a couple of chips, Druidman pulled out his Scimitar, and bent it into the proper shape for a new onslaught. "Right on, dudette!" was Druidman's chipper mode of agreement as he hurled the supercharged Nature Blade into the whirling derverish.

Druidman's next chip was... and Energybomb. "Uh, dude? I'm note sure if this will really help much in this wind storm..." Druidman said doubtfully at his operator.

"Well, sure. That's the point." Was Steve's cool reply. Seeing his Navi's obvious confusion, he explained. "See, if that boomerang is given extra movement by Divinity's gust, it's may hit more targets than usual. Any normal bomb type chip would be moved similarly, but wouldn't do much except lower accuracy because it only blows up once. The Energybomb, however..."

"Explodes three seperate times, man!" Druidman finished, catching on. "If I throw it above the viruses, it should skip across three of them with the gust, blowing up over each of their heads! Right on, dude!" he said excitedly, pulling out the bomb. Then, taking into account the movement of the wind, Druidman tossed the bomb similarly into the gust, then turned to watch how that turns out, as he nimbly set his stance to get out of the way of any incoming fire.

Capuchin quickly got ready. Her feet went into a an attacking stance and her hands were clentched into fists. Her yellow eye seemed to glow as she gave a determined look on her face.

"AIda," She called out, "We have to be more careful this time around."

"O-of course." The net-op said as the click of chips echoed.

Data began to our out in front of Capuchin quickly. It packed together in a blink of an eye to create a boomerang. She quickly grasped it into both of her hands and aimed for the whirlwind. "Alright, here we go!" She then threw it into motion, sending it spinning right at the desired target. She then let her feet get closer together and she gave out a keen smile. "Aida, lets do our best."

"R-right!"

The sound of another download was heard and a regular energybomb materialised into Capuchin's left palm. Her yellow eye seemed to give out a bright glow as she spotted a good target, a flame tower that wasn't very much noticed. "Heh. Today's there lucky day!" She hollered as she went into a stance like a pitcher on the mound. Her rightleg went up in the air and her left hand went back as her right arm was outstretched, pointing to the virus. She then launched it into the air, almost like in a baseball game. Though, instead of hoping for a strikeout, Capuchin hoped more for a KABOOM!

Her feet then went a bit spead out as her net-op sent another chip, creating a shotgun from Capuchin's right hand. Capuchin quickly aimed at the same virus once again and gave it a farewell grin. "Hasta la vista....viri!" She then fired the blast. As soon as that was done, her hand reformed back into its original form. She let both her hands touch teh solid gound and went into an animal stance. Her monkey like position was perfect for jumping away from opponents, much easier than standing.

A plume of plasma erupts from where the barrel should be on each of the FlameTowers. The Navis disperse all at once, and manage to get out of the crossfire in time, but are still singed by the intense heat generated by the projectiles, the towers, and the inferno all around them... And it's still getting hotter. Divinity takes the brunt of a blast, but it stops before striking her full-force, breaking against an invisible barrier like water against a wall. Seraphim isn't so lucky, and is inundated in flame.

The Boomerangs rip through the front group, but catch fire and disintegrate before coming around to the back group. Capuchin finishes them off, but as they dissipate, their flames form some new towers. Kenji fires away, and fails to hit his allies, but
manages to blast one of the newly formed towers.

Druidman's Energybomb explodes in the air. It's pretty and everything, but it severely reduces the damage dealt to the enemies. The whirlwind blows it astray, and it splits, landing on both sides of the field.

"Ow. That hurt." Seraphim felt like he would tumble over, his head was pounding and his ears were burning, nearly literally. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust, the hero's head was filled with must. He swayed slightly, as if under the influence of potent alcohol. He couldn't focus, his mind was nearly blind with pain. He muttered something under his breath, something incoherent, as he lifted up his blackened face, hurting his raw lips as he licked them, trying to lend movement to their function as he shook off as much dust as he could without having it stretch his burning limbs, not so with flame, just burning over with pain. He still couldn't focus. He lifted his gun to point at the sky, and forced those words that would not come out, no matter how much it hurt.

"Energize Shot!" He yelled, the words hurting, but the "spell" functioning, there was no kickback as he pulled that trigger, nor any sense of pain. It simply sent a rush of relief through him as he saw that the weapon still worked, blackened as it was, sending a white bolt of light high into the sky, into the fiery night, but it looped and came back as it was intended to, and Seraphim turned his head down, awaiting its arrival. As it hit the barrel it had emanated from, the gun was slowly washed clean, the ash flaking off and the gun almost literally regenerating, the regeneration making its way down to his hand, where a cold relief sent pangs of relief down in his spine. It reached his elbow, the ash simply being discarded as a whole, as it traveled across his chest, flowing over every part of his body, renewing him as a whole renewing him as a person. He lifted his head up without a care, the memory of the pain already gone, the main character, the hero was ready for action. He lowered his arm to pointing straight out from his body, grinning.

"Let's get this show on the road!" Were the first words that left the navi's lips, Seraphim cricked his neck, then brought his gun across, sliding swiftly into oblivion and his inventory, light sparking from the entry hole where the gun-mesh-sword ented, but nothing exited. He raised his hand to his shoulder, unsheathing a massive blade, the navi simply maintained his happy grin, it seemed all a big video game to the navi, who ran across the battlefied, the weapon transforming slightly into what seemed to be a massive chainsaw-sword, it was a wonder that it worked, the mass of it meant that it should crumble in upon itself, but it did not, and the chainsaw apparently did work, as it blazed into motion, the navi yelling out a battlecry that was also a "spell" of his own, his eyes flaring with the light of battle.

"Rag Eclaw!" He yelled out, his operator nodding slightly, slipping the requested chip in and the PET complying, letting the chip be processed and emerged in the form of a virus damaging weapon, the one her navi wielded. The navi in question lifted up the device, the chainsaw-sword blazing with sparks, it should weigh over 100 pounds, realistically, the girl thought, as she quietly watched her navi, her hands as tense as they could be on a pencil and a sheet of homework. She lived vicariously through her navi, she knew that. He performed unbelievable feats, destroying the foes, slaughtering them... And he thought it was a simple game. An RPG. He was a main character, or at least he thought he was, and that was why... That was why he was able to have such courage, such tenacity. Not because he was incredibly protagonistic... Just because he knew there was always another "Continue" around the corner. That his data was saved. He couldn't die.

Seraphim hefted the giant blade with ease, his protagonistic costume flowing, the split battle-cape whipping around as he brought the vibrating chainsaw-sword to bear, whacking at the two viruses with a slam and the constant roar of the blade-chain on the sword, the blasting of the weapon as the navi tried to exert his will into the weapon. He had a simple objective, trying to get the columns of flame closer to each other so he could finish up his awesome combo, totally destroying the two viruses, not because they had dealt damage to him... He didn't have a grudge against that. They presented a threat to this world, the world of these people, and he as the main character had to defeat them, remove them from the setting of the world. Seraphim then leapt back slightly, sheathing the giant chain-sword over his shoulder, the blades still roaring as they disappeared into the oblivion known as Seraphim's inventory.

"Now the finisher..." Seraphim said melodramatically in a stage whisper, his voice obvious to all, and his intent as well. Erin slipped in the chip that he obviously meant as his finishing attack. He held out the gun-mesh-sword, spiraling lights trailing along the length of the barrel, the gun beginning to vibrate with power, the navi leapt high into the air, raising the gun-mesh-sword high and then bringing it down to aim at his foes, trying to include one last foe in the blast radius, finding his sights... His eyes flaring with green as hisaim suddenly coalesced into a single shot, he knew now where to shoot. He knew where the enemy's attack woudl go, he just had to aim for the pillars of fire, and he'd be fine. He grinned,, the ever-present expression replacing his intense concentration in a flash, but somehow that intense concentration was still there. With a shout, he proclaimed his spell.

"Spread gun!" He yelled out, the upgraded phrase rang on his lips and he fired.

Capuchin stared wide eyed, "Wha?! They more of these guys...." She immediatley materialized her staff, "This wont be good. Better get rid of the weak ones first."

She gripped the ground underneath her feet as she let her pole grow and enourmous length then thrashed it at a weak Flametower in an attempt to destroy it before utter chaos ensued.

"D-Do you need a ch-chip?" Aida asked in a worried tone.

Her monkey navi, being a kind and noble navi and never thought of Aida as her master but as her ally and friend, gave a big smile. "Sure" She replied but then looked at her in an angry tone, "And don't ask me! Your the netop! You need to make these decisions!"

"B-but I....."

"EGH! A-Aida I didn't mean it in an angry way! I just mean't that you're leading me and I'll go by any decision you want."

"???"

"You have the chips, you make that decision." The monkey announced as she croutched low to the ground, letting her hands touch the floor and her feet spread out. "Whatever you choose will be perfect. I know it will." Capuchin gave a smile, "So go pick out something really cool!"

"A-alright...."

Capuchin gave a quick smile then dashed for the back group on all fours. Her hands and feet rushed at a quick pace in a zigzag pattern in order to keep away from incoming attacks. As she neared the group, she leaped high into the air and went soaring down at the center virus.

"Hey, did you pick something?" Capuchin asked.

"Y-yes..." Aida annouced, "H-here we go!"

The sound of a chip clicking signaled a strem of data to swarm around Capuchin's right hand and reform it into her powerful sword. Pulling it back for a split second then thrusting it out, she slashed her opponent with an almighty blow. Her hand then reformed back into its original shape wich she quickly made use to as she backfliped back to her original position and went into a defensive stance.

As the flames around him dissipated, Kenji stood up from behind one of the token female navis he dodged behind. He dusted off his soot covered pants and cracked his neck. He winced a bit as some black soot got caught in his eyes. "Gah! Sunnuvah bitch that hurts! He staggered over to a nearby figure and grabbed something long and furry. burying his eyes in it, he finally got the dust out as his eyes were watering. He glanced up to his dismay at a furry monkey giving him a death glare.

"Holy crap! I think i've stumbled into a furry convention! Oh god, it's like looking into Zanzo's pr0n folder."

Somewhere out there miles from kenji, someone sneezes.

"So... What are you? some kind of otter? Isn't it kinda hot out here in that furry costume? I mean I'm cool with the fact that some people are furries, but shouldn't you take off some of that fluff? You do have a zipper on you no?"

"You're an ass you know that? She's a freakin monkey you dumb bastard!"

Kenji eyes Capuchin a bit and stares at her for a few seconds.

"A pole dancing monkey? I mean, i've seen some pretty weird dragon ball hentai that kinda reminds me-"

"Shut up! Just shut up right now! While you're babbling on and on, theres still a raging inferno of rape incarnate out there looking for a little transvestite snack right now. So shut your mouth and start fighting!"

"Hey! I am not a transvestite! I would be fighting right now if someone would slide in a few chips!"

Muttering some very nasty swear words under his breath, Keito reached into his backpack and pulled out two chips, after performing his usual show-offy finger trick, he slid them into the laptop. Sighing, he put his laptop down next to him, and took out a cold soda from his side pocket. He proceeded to chug it down, calming his nerves. With a deep sigh, he stared up at the clouds floating overhead. "Why did I ever get this walking aneurysm?"

After much waiting a high-pitched 'ping' rang through Kenji's mind, alerting him of an incoming chip. He grinned a wide and evil smile as a clever thought rang through his mind. With his teeth barring wide, showing his sharpened teeth, his arm glowed a bright blue. "Hehehe, so I finally get to use my new chip eh? It's time to release the most powerful element known to man and machine alike! Behold my power!!!." Kenji's arm began to release small jolts of lighting as energy formed and melded into his palm. He thrusted his palm outwards, releasing the raw energy from his fist. "Thunder1!!!!!!!"

A small ball of lighting released from his outstretched hand and floated in front of him. Slowly, it floated outwards and glided towards the intended target. Kenji stood there frozen in place, sweatdrops smothering his face. He stood there in his pose for a few seconds watching it move a couple of inches. Keito stared at the laptop screen with a similar expression.

"Did... did you, did you jus-"

"Don't say it."

"Oh my god, you did, you're freakin-"

"DON'T SAY IT!!!"

"You're Dan Hibiki! OMFG! That is the most hilarious thing i have ever seen! Oh, I am so taking a screen shot of this!"

Enraged, Kenji screamed at the top of his lungs as his arm caught fire, glowing into a brilliant blue claw of energy, he reached out and grabbed the ball of lighting, clutching it in his electric palm. Screaching his battle-cry, he rushed towards the flaming pyres, ignoring the fire sweeping around him, the thunder ball guiding his movements. He lunged at the targeted flame, and slammed both the rageclaw and the thunder1 into it's face. As the thunder ball released it's charge, Kenji reeled back his glowing claw, and swung a powerful punch directly into the gut of the stunned Viri.

"Dude, that was like, freaky deeky." Druidman said dubiously as the flames split apart. "I'm already nervous enough as it is, man!" he sighed. Taking a look at the battle, he already saw his allies scatter, taking on each individual side of towers.

Seeing that Kenji and the monkey-navi charged one side, and that Divinity had yet to make a decision, Druidman opted to help the strange Navi that had protected him before. Taking a glance beyond the Navi, Druidman let out a hum of thought. That hum turned into a lighthearted melody, strung about with words of strange druidic origin. Tapping his foot, Druidman's eyes, now glowing a shade of violet, burst outwards with the phrase, "RAZOR TORNADO FORCE!" Almost as if the movement of his words carried over, a massive gust of wind spiraled upwards, then arced back down, forming a mini-tornado. The tornado picked up sharp peices of debris and leaves along the way, twirling them about at high velocity. With a snap of his fingers, The tornado shot into the row of firey pillars.

"We can't give up, Druidman! If we let them keep going, then they'll just keep multipling until we've got nothing left! Hit hard now! Vulcan2 Battlechip In!" came Steve's encouragement into Druidman's ear.

Hefting his gauntlet, Druidman stood beside the stange navi, and tapped the sapphire trigger. Instantly, the gauntlent flipped, flopped, and clicked, and was a moderately sized chaingun. With a smirk, Druidman took aim at the end of the rank, and sent the barrel spinning, with an almost perfect circle of heated metal forming by the blazing barrel. Once the slip had emptied and the barrel slowed, yet another click, flop, and flip consealed the weapon similarly.

With that, Druidman retreated to a realitively safe posistion.

"Go team!" shouted Divinity as she jumped up and down around the others like a deranged cheerleader. "We can do it!" she shouted again as she jumped towards Druidman. "Show us some wood!" and with those words she held her hand out towards Kenji and shouted, "Show us some electricity!" She ran around with her arms in the air and eventually ended up close to Seraphim. "More power! Show us strength! Believe in yourself!" she shouted but as she was about to run for Capuchin she got stopped by a ringing voice in her system. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" shouted Area as she held the PET's microphone directly to her mouth. "I was cheering on my... Companions... They were fighting... They are fighting..." muttered Divinity as she looked down at the ground a bit sad. "Maybe we should do fighting as well," said Area calmly as she held a chip in her hand. Without any further words from both, she slotted the chip into the PET calmly while immediately returning to her exercises as she had to maintain the power in her arms.

The inside of Divinity's right shield started to shine as a light circled around her hand to eventually form a rapier of white light. "The energy on... The shields was... A bit... Impratical..." Area said through grunting and panting of working out as she saw Divinity's look at the newly formed weapon. Divinity waved it around a few times before even thinking about attacking and started to flap her wings to get higher in the air. "I'll attack from the air," said Divinity to Area. No reaction, just Area panting from doing different exercises this time. Not receiving a reaction, she just decided to go on with her ideas and held the rapier in front of her. First she flapped her wings a few times to bring wind into the area beneath her to see the enemies. Bending forwards slightly with her upper body, she prepared for a dive attack as she continued to target the enemy carefully. Her wings went completely solid as she glided downwards and eventually slashed with her weapon to try and strike the enemy with succession. Quickly after executing an attack, she went into the air again and made another dive attack at another enemy if there were any left. Divinity knew she couldn't possibly hit any of her companions as the enemies were clearly eating the wind around them which she used to identify them with succession. After the second dive attack, she went into the sky again and flapped her wings calmly to remain floating as she looked around to scout the ground for any survivors amongst the enemies.

The Navis' victory is short-lived, however, as the flames suddenly intensify, and a dark shadow passes over the ground, temporarily giving some shade to the Navis caught in it. The heat suddenly intensifies, and becomes nearly unbearable, then abates.

As soon as the heat subsides, the Navis feel a blast of pure power that completely restores them to full strength-- yet this is no time to be relaxing. The flames are too bright to see its source, but the shadow passes by again-- and this time, the Navis hear what must be a steady beat of wings.
