Suitachi looked at Desmond with a teary eye as he saw the amount of money he was spending on purchasing the upgrades. "I truly appreciate your service to this shop..." In a flash, the shopkeeper walked into the back room and carried a box-load of upgrades, setting them onto the counter. "Please, have a nice day!!"

Desmond was disappointed to see his zenny balance drop back down to 225z but the trade off was well worth it. Lifting the large box of swag, Desmond turned to the door and tried to exit without dropping all of his precious merchandise.

"Thanks, man." He uttered as he left.

Green walked into the shop, taking a look at the store's stock before glancing at his PET. "Should be enough. Excuse me, I'd like to buy one HP Memory and two Process Upgrades."

"Pretty sure I can only handle one upgrade, Green."
"That's what the HP Memory is for. At least, it should be." He counted out 1300z, and placed it on the counter.

"Aye aye, that's looks like the right amount." Suitachi reached onto the wall behind him and grabbed the three upgrades off the hangers. Neatly setting them down on the ground, he swiped the money off the counter and arranged them into the cash register. "Have a nice day."

"Excellent. Thanks." He picked up the upgrades, pocketing the PET to free up his hands and left.

After exiting the metroline, Rania jogged at a brisk pace until reach the store near Scilabs. She had failed to mentally prepare herself for the shopkeeper's appearance, however, and she nearly broke into a silly smile, thinking that she had reunited with her old friend Suien. Quickly, she reminded herself that the man at the counter was not Suien but Suitachi, a man with a doppelganger-like similarity to her old netbattling partner. Her face poorly hid her disappointment as she walked up to the counter, fishing in her wallet for her separate netbattling expenses.

"Excuse me, I'd like to buy a speed upgrade for 10000 zenny. I believe after I install it that ought to put my navi up to level 15, so I'll buy three process upgrades in addition to that, since right now I'm actually already one behind. I think the total should come out to about 14200 zenny," she finished, putting down the money unsteadily. She was feeling a little hesitant, since it had been a while since she'd shelled out money to pay for her netbattling hobby.

"Flexing some cyber-muscle out there, eh? Well, don't be too reckless," Suitachi chuckled, taking the money and handing over the upgrades.

"Welp, have a nice day," Suitachi finished with a small, 'hmph,' blowing air out of his nose while standing up straight with his hands on his hips.

Mazer walked in the store on his way towards the colosseum and up to the counter.

"Excuse me, could I buy a pair of process expansions please?"

He placed his PET on the table, his zenny stored inside

"A pair of upgrades, coming right up!" Suitachi got off the comfy chair of his and grabbed the appropriate upgrades off the shelf. Setting them down on the counter while he swiped the money off and began counting. "This about does it...Alright, Have a nice day!"

"You too, thank you very much!"

Mazer picked up the upgrades and headed out the door, off to catch the next bus to the colosseum.

"I really would swear they were the same person if I didn't know better," Rania thought, keeping an appreciative smile on her face as she took up the items. "Thanks, I know my navi will be happy to get these. Have a good day," she responded with a small bow of her head, walking back to the door.

"Heh, we'll be flexing cyber-muscles you never knew you had," MeleeMan muttered, a smirk rising slowly onto his face.

Valis hummed softly as she wandered into the shop, her and Armoury starting to quietly look over what was available now that they had some money to spend. It took some time to decide as the two of them looked back and forth, pondering what would be most beneficial. Eventually after a bit of conversing with her navi Valis approached Suitachi, setting her money on the counter,

"I'd like to purchase a speed upgrade for my Navi if I may."

"You forgot to say 'Mother May I'." Suitachi replied, as he took ouot the requested Speed Upgrade and handed it to the lady.

He then took her money and waved her on her way. "Have a nice day."

Valis blinked and looked slightly confused for a moment, taking the upgrade as it was handed over and giving just a little nod

"Erm...I'll....remember that for next time....thank you." She then turned and headed out the door back to her car, looking over the little upgrade in her hands as she headed out the door.

"What was that all about?" Armoury asked as they got outside,

"I have no idea....let's get back home though, we'll get this upgrade going for you then I have some things I have to get together." Armoury nodded and the two of them left for home.

Harke sprinted into the store, looking extremely happy with himself. Laying his zenny card and a hastily scribbled note onto the counter, he proceeded to jump around the store with incredible elation. I'll have that, please! the 17-year old said as he began to look at this and that and some of those. Really, quite childish.

The operator of the projector Navi trotted up the stairs, leaving the relative dark of the Metro, and proceeded to the Navi Shop. One thing he noticed, and attributed majorly to their loss, was the sheer amount of speed Holo seemed to lack when compared to higher level Navis; that problem, of course, was something that Aelieth soon planned to remedy. The fact that Holoß had a good deal of resources dedicated to an attack he rarely used was another thing that irked the programmer. Such a waste of memory just won't do if we plan to hold our own further down the road he thought, ghostly visions of future tournaments playing unseen behind his eyes. He entered the building and, when Suitachi had a moment to realize he was there, placed his order.

"I'd like to buy a Speed Upgrade and three Process Upgrades." he stated, readying his zenny.

You know, it's spirited youngsters like you that make this job all worth it," Suitachi said with an awkward smile, taking Harke's money and handing him his upgrades, one by one. He had bitten his tongue halfway through the sentence as he realized what a crotchety old man calling a seventeen-year-old a "youngster" made him sound like. "I'm not old, I'm not old, I'm not old," he told himself, closing his eyes and exhaling deeply. "Some jazz aerobics will take my mind off of this later..."

Turning to the second customer, he seemed to be just as trapped in his thoughts as the customer himself. Not recognizing the customizer as a tournament competitor, the shopkeep absently dealt the programs out. "Er, have a nice day," he finished, taking the money.

Then, he disappeared through the door, completely ignoring the second person that was there.

"Thanks." Aelieth said, collecting the upgrades and waving goodbye as he headed back to the Metro. Descending into the tunnels, he boarded a train and set to work installing the new components. By the time I get back to the Colosseum, he absently thought as he opened the packaging, Holo should be a happy little Navi...

Enjolie entered the shop and went right up to the counter.

"Um, I need a NC expansion and five process upgrades. That's 2,500z, right?" Enjolie asked.

She held out her credit card, waiting for Suitachi to respond.
