Chip Effects

Hey I got this chip called a N.O.Beam. Does anyone know how it works? So far, all it does is make a farting sound when my navi tries to use it.

In order to fire the N.O.Beam, you must have a wall to your back.

Well, any kind of object, really. It doesn't have to be a wall.
