Looks pretty good to me. The only thing that bugs me is that the boots seem a tad too big. Otherwise, nice job!

The bodysuit's lighter than the armour, like the standard Nitro.
I'd go a little bit in each direction, rather than just making one lighter/one darker and leaving the other.

Truth be told, I made Grey, but I didn't think I could make a much better Phantasm than the one that already existed. 
Let me know if you want a Phantasm sprite too, though.

Bravo my friend, bravo, now that I think about it a Grey sprite is much more useful and I love how you've done it, especially the flame behind, lovely touch! You have no need to do a Phantasm sprite when you've already made something this good!

I always thought she was more feminine.
She is only barely defined as such. In her description, she is a puppet made of wood. I sought to bring this out.
