@Azelf: So I\'m not the only one that didn\'t have trouble catching it, then. 2 dusk balls for me.
@Uxie: Man, you should\'ve used the timer ball sooner. Only took me 10 dusk balls before I switched to timer balls and caught it on the third.
@Dialga: not too impressive. Dialga is actually much easier to catch than the average legendary (catch rate of...I think 30 instead of 3).
@Rotom: another easy one. Took one dusk ball for me as well, and I saw someone on Youtube catch one at full health with one ultra ball.
Heatran actually killed off my whole team on one attempt.
Rotom was too easy. For something so well-hidden, you'd think it should've been at a higher level. yes, I'm aware that any n00b that accidentally discovered it at the same time they discovered the Chateau would get pwned by it, but it would be pretty funny to see.
I'm already aware that catching Dialga so quickly isn't impressive. Hell, it was pathetic.
Azlef was easy to catch, but it was annoying because I somehow forgot to bring both my Pingu AND Clock (Empoleon and Dialga), so I was stuck with using Sparky the Level 49 Luxray to catch it. And when Azlef's maxed out its Special Attack with Nasty Plot, and its target isn't resistant to Psychic moves, it can get pretty ugly. The fight took a long time because I was constantly healing Sparky from the barrage of Confusions, and using other Pokemon as meat shields for Future Sights. Either way, its now in my PC, and I'm happy for that.
About Uxie, as if I hadn't tried Timer Balls earlier on in the fight (which was still a long time after the start) I didn't waste all of one kind of Ball, then another. I was mixing them up, throwing in a Timer Ball every now and then. I was beginning to doubt the Timers because even though the turn count had exceeded 40, they were still only wobbling once, maybe twice, before breaking. Pure luck, in fact, that I snagged Uxie.
About Heatran, that sounds surprisingly like a buddy of mine, who somehow failed to see that his entire team was vulnerable to fire or steel, one way or another.
Mespirit was actually the easiest out of any legendary (besides Dialga) to catch. All I had to do was chase it into an area with very few grass patches (like Valley Windworks) and use a Max Repel. Then, once it appeared, get Pingu to use an Aqua Jet, and it'll flee. I did this three times, then used one Quick Ball. Poof, instant Pixie #2.
Finally, what about Regigigas?
Wow, long Pokemon post.
