That cape dude from the Paper Mario sidescroller, I found a bigger, high-def picture of him.

Looks just like Bukteban.

It's the mouth, mostly. The entire "ridged maw" aspect.

Now, I had no prior knowledge of this. I drew Bukteban peacefully unaware of the cape dude that was lurking in the Nintendo HQ.

But I'm not sure if I want to go ahead with that appearance. Given my less-than-impressive record for originality, someone is bound to call me out and accuse me of such-and-such.

Hey did you guys hear? On Youtube, LittleKuriboh's first episode of Yu-Gi-Oh the Abridged series was taken off! Not by him but by Youtube because they thought it was copywriting or something.

Yup. And I'll tell you why.
Now that Google has made the serious mistake of buying YouTube, the site now has an owner with some serious money. Good, right?
Nope.
Now that there's some cash to the YouTube name, corporations can threaten to sue it, as it now has money to sue and is an extention of a major corporation. If there is some copyrighted material posted on YouTube, the owner of that copyright (i.e. Shonen Jump or 4Kids Entertainment) can deliver this ultimatum:
Take it off, or we sue.
You can guess which option Google chooses.
The video's removal does nothing to benefit Shonen Jump, just as its existence was in no way detrimental. I can only guess at why they do it.
YouTube is no longer free. Its neutrality has crumbled. Big business now has a hold of it.
