In Scilab Net

The Areagrab-Boomerang combo was successful: the ElecOgre took it like a gunshot to the back of the head, and the two Kabutanks were thrashed as well. One of the boomers kept its boomerang in mouth, saving it from the flames raging around it, but two other viruses were not so lucky. The remaining tank fired a bomb, but Voltman easily dodged it.

Voltman grinned.
Too easy.
He charged his electric energy, storing it in a spear. The tip grew red hot, then white, then burst apart, leaving a spear tip shaped mass of electricity where it had been. Voltman activated the guard, charging at the Kabutank. Something hit the guard, or it might have just been his imagination. He was too immersed in his attack to notice. When he was close enough, he thrust the spear out, straight at the tank.
Then, turning his attention to the boomer, he formulated a plan. He couldn't hurt it while the pin was in, so...
HEY, UGLY! WHAT'S WITH THE BOOMERANG? IT LOOKS LIKE SOME KID'S PLAYTOY! I'D BE WILLING TO BET IT COULDN'T HURT ME IF YOU TRIED!
Shigeru shook his head. Voltman had to be the WORST insulter he'd ever met, but what he was doing would serve its purpose.
Voltman tensed, waiting for the enemy to attack, the wideshot charging power by his side...

Overview:
1. Guard charge Kabutank
2. Electric Blaze to Kabutank (40, paralyze)
3. Taunt/Dodge Boomer
4. Fire wideshot when it doesn't have the boomerang. (70)
The final attacks manage to delete the remaining viruses!

A solitary navi runs along the net. A spear, visibly crackling with electricity, is clutched in his hand. Suddenly, he stops, viewing the area. Surely, thought the virii, he could not have realized where we are? Taking the opportunity, the cannons fired.
Quicker than could be imagined, the navi leaped up, spinning the spear at intense speeds. The shots ricocheted off, bursting harmlessly against the net floor. Voltman turned (for of course it was he), and looked at the virii who had so cowardly attacked him from the shadows.
Shigeru, hostiles.
Numbers?
Seven.
Okay then. Chips?
Of course. They were courteous enough to attack me while my back was turned, so why don't we return the favor?
Gotcha. Areagrab, slot...
But not yet. First, send me the guard. Put the elementalwarp combo on standby.
Shigeru grinned, slotting in the chips. A thought of upgrading his PET crossed his mind, but he dismissed it. There was no need.
Maybe when we get a little extra cash. Or maybe for my birthday...
Voltman pulled up the guard, waiting for the boomers to attempt to hit him. He aimed his guard at the cowardly tanks that had fired at him earlier, careful to not expose himself to the wood virii he was guarding against. That would be embarassing. He heard cannonfire nearby, but dismissed it with a shake of his head. Finally, a slicing sound came past the guard, and something struck it with force. The navi took this as his cue. He activated the areagrab.
Faster than any navis nearby could blink, he was behind the enemies. He quickly activated the flameline, aiming for the foolish boomers. The ground buckled and cracked mere moments after the chip activated, and flames quickly obscured the enemies from view. He wasted no time, firing a boomerang straight into the mess. The resounding slice of a connecting chip rent the air, and Voltman grinned. He turned to the tanks, and spoke to them before jumping away.
You're next.

Overview:
1. Guard until a boomer attack (Reflect attack at Kabutanks)
2. Areagrab behind the virii
3. Flameline1 to BoomerA/B/C (70x2 due to weakness)
4. Boomerang to Boomer B/C/D (60 each)

(Yeah, I made the virii do a little. But no godmoding. Just a little spicing up my RPing. Nothing bad.)
A tank takes down his guard. He then warps behind the boomers and torches three. His boomer takes out another, along with a tank. The tanks take a moment to turn around.

Voltman grinned. His plan was working without a hitch. Even so, he didn't allow himself to relax. People, and navis, who allowed themselves to relax just as quickly found themselves beaten, trampled, and shot to death. That is, if they were in a battle.
Voltman shook his head, as if hoping to dislodge useless thoughts from the inside of his skull. Then, he turned his attention to the enemies at hand. There were two damaged, and one at full health. He had a wideshot, and whatever Shigeru could send him. But Shigeru wouldn't need to send him anything; he could take care of this on his own. He ran around the tanks, ready to dodge any attacks they might have if he went into one of their lines of fire. Running around, desperately searching for an opportunity, he suddenly found one. The position he was in lined up the tanks almost perfectly.
He fired off the wideshot. The clear blue mass flew at the foes, before exploding in a wave of death. Hopefully, that wave would carry two of them to a watery death. But there was still the matter of the third to attend to...
Time for a little electric fun!
Voltman started charging energy. Electric energy. Tons of it. Parts of the net around him darkened as their customary glow from the power running through them was siphoned off, but no major damage occured. Good. The last thing he needed was some prissy IPC agent rambling on about damaging public property. He winced at the thought, having gotten enough of that to last a lifetime already.
Shaking his head once more, he took careful aim at the tank, and fired. The bolt of electricity was spurred on by the water in the air, proceeding with unnatural speed towards the (hopefully) only remaining foe. The blast erupted, sparks flying everywhere, and obscuring his view.
But Voltman wasn't one to assume that his opponents were down and out.
Shigeru, Rageclaw.
Roger.
A claw appeared on his right hand, and Voltman prepared to cut down anything that had survived.

Overview:
1. Line up Kabutanks
2. Wideshot to KabutankA/B/C (70 each)
3. Electric Blaze to KabutankC (40, stun)
4. Rageclaw anything left (50)

-FIGHT!-
(Nyarhar! Evil action #3 Metal panel+OMGOverkill strategy, GO!)

Voltman rubbed his hands together as he surveyed his first uncontrolled virus battle in what seemed like forever. Five viruses, none tough enough to be worried about, stood before him. The Windbox was slightly problematic, but nothing he couldn't handle. And the other enemies? Just targets to be taken care of.
You want some chips?
Not yet. I have a plan to take care of this battle on my own.
You've got it! Shigeru replied, already getting the chips out and putting the Hyperactivity program on standby. Because he knew full well how sucessful Voltman's plans usually were.
Voltman began to pull electric energy out of the ground, straining as if he was trying to move a one ton weight, before he scratched his first method of acquiring energy for a more effective one. Feeding a single spark into the metal panels around him, he then pulled out the doubled energy from the tiles' programming. Then, putting the doubled energy back in, he pulled it out once more. Continuing this "harvesting" method for several seconds, Voltman soon had enough energy to put up a barrier with ease. Forming the yellow orb of safety around himself, he tapped into Watt's hyperactivity to get onto one of the metal panels he had just used. The electric orb snapping and cracking with surges of power, Voltman used the cover to take aim at the Windbox, using the last of his harvested energy to create a giant lightningbolt, flying out of his hands directly at the windy foe.
Alright. One fried, four to go.
Gathering his electric energy again, Voltman this time formed a large orb of energy between his palms, ten small streams of energy flowing out of his fingertips. Tossing the energy between his hands, he toyed with it for a few moments before bouncing it on the metal ground, and catching two orbs as they came up. He looked at the energy strangely, and then at the tiles he was standing on.
Interesting...
I'll say. Shigeru added, not paying any attention to what his navi was doing.
Merging the orbs in his hands, Voltman tossed the large ball of electricity into the air, before grabbing it and tossing it through the electric barrier, straight towards the enemies. Aided by the power from the barrier, the orb grew to block the view between Voltman and his foes, before exploding into more than twice the amount of lightningbolts than Voltman and Shigeru were used to.
Grinning at the result, Voltman tapped into Watt's endless childish energy to zip around the field at high speeds, hopefully dodging anything that was left, and getting ready to torch anything that had avoided his earlier onslaught.

Overview:
1. Hyperactive Electric Drain (60 HP Barrier, get onto Metal Panel)
2. Electric Blaze <Metal Panel used> to Windbox (70x2 using a Metal Panel+Stun to Windbox)
3. Lightning Spear <Metal panel used> <Electric Drain barrier sacrificed> to Kabutanks and Champus (100+60 damage, split in increments of 10, multiplied by 2 due to metal panels. 160x2/10=32 hits of 10. Elec element.)
(9x10 to KabutankA, 9x10 to KabutankB, 7x10 to ChampuA, 7x10 to ChampuB)
4. Molten Spear anything left (10x10, Fire Element)
In a show of sheer ownage, Voltman literally rips apart the viruses to shocked bits and pieces of data, leaving nothing left.

-FIGHT!-
Voltman took several steps away from his defeated opponents, looking for more viruses. Suddenly, on the horizon, he spotted a group. His eyes glinted with the challenge of another battle, and he ran forward, only to slip on something, flying into the air and landing square on his back.
Owwww! Stupid floor with the glass and... Voltman started to gripe, only to be interrupted by Shigeru.
Wait, what? He said, shifting his view to the ground.
Glass! All over the floor! Voltman said angrily, gesturing at the slippery surface that had caused his fall.
No, Glass IS the floor! Shigeru replied in an epiphany of recognition
Wha?! Voltman replied incredulously, looking down. Shigeru was right. Panes of glass didn't just cover the floor, but WERE the floor where this battle was fated to take place. Only a few patches of regular terrain were visible among the shining area.
This could be a problem. Even with the Hyperactivity program boosting our reaction time, this terrain is just too slippery for accurate attacks. And we can't break it because one, it's tough, and two, it would send shards flying everywhere. Voltman said, analyzing the situation surprisingly well.
But... Shigeru said, flipping one of their newer battlechips in between his fingers ...what if the glass was replaced? Not destroyed, just... changed?
Voltman looked confused for a moment, before realizing what Shigeru was talking about in a rush of illumination.
Do it!
Metalzone, slot-in! Shigeru proudly stated, sending the rare chip to Voltman.
Voltman waited for the rush of the chip, the energy that could and would destroy, change, or heal. The power of life and death, in battle. Suddenly, as if hit by an idea as one is hit by lightning, Voltman activated his Electric Drain barrier to protect himself during the attack. Then, grinning at the enemies, already predicting their individual fates, Voltman waited for that surge of energy, zipping in close with the Hyperactivity module to enclose them in the metal field. The energy was about to hit, so he closed his eyes
But it didn't come.
He opened his eyes, throwing Shigeru a sharp glare due to his disappointment. The chip had failed. He'd never even HEARD of a chip failing, and it had happened to him. Suddenly, a ripple shot out through the arena, an expanding circle of energy at the center of which was a bewildered Voltman. But as suddenly as it started, the circle stopped expanding as if it had hit an invisible wall. From the circle of energy, however, gray tones began to steal over the blinding brilliance of the glass tiles. The same happened from Voltman's position in the circle. Now, two masses of gray were moving towards each other in this circle, metal sliding across the glass like water. As the two halves united the circle faded, the metal hardening and becoming as hard as it was designed to be. Voltman threw a charge into the metal, and grinned as it bounced back doubled.
Now... who's first? Voltman said, bouncing an expanding orb of electricity between his hands. Seeing two proper targets, Voltman ran up to the two DBLCUBES. Channeling the electric energy into one of his spears, Voltman spun around and delivered two sharp slashes at the enemies, driving half of the electricity away with each attack.
Alright, Voltman! Shigeru cheered, pumping his fist into the air.
Then, spying three enemies he didn't recognize, Voltman activated the Hyperactivity module once more, sprinting at blurring speeds at the three viruses resembling raccoons. He didn't have any data on them, apart from their HP value, so he assumed that they took damage just as any other, though their low HP led him to believe that they had more dangerous potential. Shigeru, seeing Voltman charge at the foes, sent him the Firesword to take them out. Activating the crimson blade in the moments he had left before he was in striking distance of the enemies, Voltman deactivated the Hyperactivity as the enemies came near and delivered a brutal slash, using the momentum from which to throw himself to the side, recovering from the evasive maneuver in a crouch to survey the damage he had done.

Overview:
1. Electric Drain (60 HP Barrier)
2. Hyperactive Metalzone (Create large metal area centered on Voltman, enemies are in zone due to Areagrab)
3. Lightning Spear to DBLCUBES (10x10x2 due to Metal Panels, 20x5 to DBLCUBEA, 20x5 to DBLCUBEB, Elec)
4. Firesword to BandcoonA, B, C (80x2 due to Metal Panels each, Fire)
(BUMP NAO.)
The Bandcoons and DBLCUBES are quickly taken out. But an ElecOgre sees his chance and sends a shock to Volt's system, but alas, it only destroys his barrier.
