Chip Leftovers

Hello to all,

Some of these chips that my Navi have been getting have been slightly less appropriate for his uses. In particular, this TriArrowDamage: 10 x 3 shots x 3 targets
Accuracy: B
Description: Launches volleys of three steel needles at up to three targets.
Duration: Once
Element: Null
Trader Rank: D doesn't seem to be of much use at the moment. Does anyone else have any use for it?

Any chip with Arrow in its name would be nice for my Navi. ...Except Arrow. Nice job, whoever came up with THAT name. Anyway, I don't have a lot of cash, but...would 800z work?
