Inside the shop

"Oh, thanks a bunch." Steve said, scooping up his goodies and walktzing out of the shop like walktzing was a real thing.

Andrew walked back into the shop, spending considerably less time looking for upgrades than he had before. "Let's see," he said, walking back up to the counter. "I'll take two NaviCust expansions and three Process Upgrades." He presented the appropriate amount of money and waited.

((Buying: two NC Expansions (2500z), three Process Upgrades (7200z), total 9700z))

"Right away." said Suitachi with a nod as he processed the transaction, bagged up Andrew's upgrades, and handed them back to the customer.

"Thank you for your patronage!" shouted Suitachi from the back room to make his voice carry far enough to reach Andrew and Suitachi at the front counter.

... Buh?

"You're welcome," Andrew said.

And then he left.

Vincent stepped into the shop after just finishing a recent excursion into the net with his navi. Glancing about curiously before finally stepping up to the counter and offering his card. "I'd like an HP Memory and Process Upgrades 15 and 16 if you would."

PU 16: 1,600z

Total: 5,600z

"All rihf, holf onf," mumbled Suitachi, who was currently sitting down on his chair, munching on some toast. With the piece of bread still in his mouth, he picked up the card, and flipped it up into the air, catching it with his other hand behind his back. He then twisted around and swiped it through the register, ending the silly display. Picking up the upgrades after that was pretty mundane.

"Tha'f if, fank you," he said, placing the upgrades on the countertop and sitting back down to swallow his toast.

Watching the somewhat whimsical and comical antics of Suitachi as he got the upgrades. Taking his card back with a slight quirked brow and faint flick to free it of any misplaced crumbs before pocketing the card and taking his upgrades with a slight nod. "Thank you, enjoy your breakfast."

With that, Vincent made his way back out of the shop.

A man dressed in a brown shirt with darker brown pants, jacket and hat with a "Jet-X" logo steps into the store. He holds a clipboard and runs down it as he looks over the store's wares. He selects a few items and heads to the counter, waiting his turn patiently.

Finally getting to the front, he sits down the items, asks for a few more behind the counter, double checks them on his list and hands a Jet-X company zenni card for payment.

The only part of the order of any interest here is from a girl in Netopia, named Reilyn Deshire. It is to be purchaced and shipped within 3 business days and asks for the following:

HP Mem #1 (1000z)
Process Upgrade #1 & #2 (100z+200z=300z)
Total: 1500z

Strangely enough, the impoverished girl doesn't seem to be able to afford a round-trip ticket to Electopia just to hit up the chip shop. Silly poor people.

Working with efficiency, the items are procured, and the company card swiped and confirmed. Having seen the delivery types about, and finding them not particularly inclined towards conversation, Suitachi said nothing as he settled the transaction quickly. "Thank you," he did say, however, as was his habit.

The Jet-Ex courier returns a friendly, if almost automated in his line of work "No problem, and thank you", before heading out of the shop. He did idly wonder if the lines seemed to be getting longer. He might have to rethink his driving route to the sorting center to try and make up some time...

An average sized male walks into the facility, carrying a book in his arm that he seems to be intently reading from. he stops before the counter and faces the Suitachi.

"Excuse me, I need to purchase a process upgrade for a project."[b][/b]

He sets the book down on the table and begins to shuffle his hands through his vest and pants pockets in search of some money, and lies down 100z on the counter accumulated from zenny in various pockets on his clothing, with a bit of lint here and there. With the book lying flat on the counter with a bookmark in place, the cover reads "Advanced navigator code handbook"
(Process upgrade = 100z)

Suitachi grabbed the upgrade box off the shelf behind him, turned around and set it on the counter. He picked up the loose change with a "Thank you," while smiling at the sight of the customer's reading material that marked the man as another fledgling Net Operator. "Good luck," Suitachi offered without explanation before disappearing into the back room.

"Thanks, I'm going to need it."[b][/b]

The young male grabs his book and sweeps the lint off of the counter, and heads out of the facility while reading to book again from where he left off; however, he quickly re entered the store with the book closed. and came back to the front counter.

"Excuse me, I was being absent minded, I'd like to also get an HP memory, an attack calibrated power up, and two more process upgrades with that please."[b][/b]

He once again starts scavenging his clothing for money, miraculously he managed to pull out enough for what he was asking for.

(hp mem + power up + PU#2 + PU#3 = 1000 + 1000 + 200 + 300 = 2500)

Suitachi appeared from the stock room carrying the requested upgrades. "Eh, we all have those days." He sat them down with an amused grin, and made the money disappear, vanish really, with his usual efficiency. "Thank you, again."

Mark stared intently at the spot where the zenny used to be before it vanished without a trace with a dumbfounded look.
"umm....Ug-Yes! yes! thanks,..Well I'll be on my way then."[b][/b]

Mark left the store in a fast walk with the book closed and under his arm, refusing to look back at all.

Camillia found herself stuck at the door again, trying to dislodge the stuck front wheel from the door ledge. It took a few tries, but she managed it like an independent person that she was.

She rolled towards the counter, taking out her zenny card. "Umm... Sorry about the scratches on the door. Do you have process upgrades #12 to #14 in stock?"

[[PU 12, 13, 14 = 1200z + 1300z + 1400z = 3900z]]

Suitachi heard a dull thud, causing him to stand and look over the counter towards the entrance to his store. It appeared one of his customers' wheelchair had gotten stuck at the door. He was about to step out from behind the counter before she managed to free herself, and rolled up to the counter. "No worries, miss. Ah yes, upgrades 12-14, they are still in stock. That would add up to... 3900z please."

Suitachi took Camillia's card and scanned it, deducting the appropriate amount before handing it back to her. "Thank you and have a good day!"

Giving a sweet little smile to the storekeeper, Camillia picked up the goods and left the shop, her next destination being...

Mark had come to the scilabs area only to stop buy the navi parts store, one that he hoped to be frequenting a lot in the next few weeks, as Trent should be back into the rings by then and the money would be coming a lot faster. He walked up to the counter, his dress shoes making an irritating click and squeak against the shops title floor with each step he took. He moved to the counter and gently sat his card on the counter and said, "I will need Process upgrades please." He pulled out his PET to double check how many, "I will need process upgrade fifteen though nineteen please."

"#15 to #19 eh? Man, what's with people getting these in numerical order...Whatever." Grabbing the requested upgrades from the drawer behind him, Suitachi was also punching in the numbers into his cash register. After the quick multi-tasking, the shopkeep already had the upgrades and everything else ready at hand, awaiting Mark to deposit the money. "That'll be 8,500z~"
