"Thank you," Chris replied, picking up his package on the counter. He turned and headed for the door.

Marius hummed himself a strange tune not familiar over in Electopia, but over in his homeland, CreamLand, and breezed over to the store counter. Placing a red-silver cash card by the cash register, the operator's eye gazed over near the top shelf of the upgrades and pointed his fingers at one of them. "Three of those upgrade, if you could."

While he waited for Suitachi to prepare them, his eyes caught a glimpse of one of the navicusts displayed beneath the glass. Titled "Float Shoes," it was something that would be quiet the use for his navi for later battles. He tapped his fingers against the glass to notify the shopkeeper once more and let out a big smile as he pointed at the NCP. "And this one."

"Mmm, you're definitely going up," commented Suitachi as he cheerfully picked out the upgrades requested of him. Placing the upgrades on the glass counter, he snatched the cash card and swiped it; a beep of the register indicated its validity. Satisfied, he returned the card and packed up the upgrades.

"Have a nice day," he said.

Marius bowed his head in thanks, grabbing both the upgrades and the card off the table and tucked them into a plastic bag. "Much appreciated." said the operator as he walked through the door and headed back to ACDC.

Jogging out from the metroline, Shin made his way into the store and set down 7000z.

"One PowerUP if you will. This'll be my seventh," Shin proclaimed.

"All right, coming right up," said the shopkeeper, opening up the counter display and extracting the requested upgrade from said display. Taking the zenny and checking its validity, Suitachi seemed satisfied, and packed up the upgrade in the usual plastic bag.

"All set. Thank you, and have a nice day."

Shin GET: PowerUP [#7]
Shin LOSE: 7000z

"Thanks a bunch," Shin replied, waving back as he installed the upgrade on his PET.

Noticing he still had some chips he didn't really need, Shin headed for the 3-Chip-Trader once again.

Steve quickly gazed at the alleyway where he thought he'd seen somebody staring at him last time. The alleyway was clear; the only thing to be seen was a large dumpster. Satisfied, he turned the corner and entered the store.

He knew what he wanted, so he wasted no time, walking to the counter and placing a lump sum of 1200 zenny on the top. I'd like a HP Memory and a Process Upgrade, he uttered rather bluntly as he continued to stare at the alleyway from the corner of his eye. Please, he added, remembering his manners.

Suitachi emerged from the back room as he slightly rubbed his face with a napkin before he tossed it into a garbage bin next to the counter. "Sorry, was grabbing a quick bite. One HP memory and a process upgrade, right?" He took the zenny from the counter before he gathered up the sufficient upgrades and placed them in a small paper bag before he handed them to Steve. "Have a nice day."

Steve LOSE: 1200z

The items were placed in front of him in a bag as the zenny was taken away. Happy with the trade, Steve walked out of the store without a moment's delay and headed towards the subway. This time, he would actually use the trains, not just head back home. He walked up to the booth and selected a ticket to ACDC Town. The ticket was ejected from the dispenser, and he pulled it out carefully, avoiding contact with the machine. He took the ticket to the train platform, and after swiping it through the reader, he boarded the train. Steve took a seat near the door and pulled out his purchases. He withdrew his PET as well, and, after forcibly putting Recon into hibernation mode, began to fiddle with his coding.

Walking into the shop, Scarlet strode up to the counter, and opened up the catalog of items placed there. Flipping through the pictures, she skimmed through until she found the upgrade that she wanted. Turning to the shopkeeper, she requested, "I'd like Process Upgrade 1, please." Her hand went into her pocket, and extracted a golden zenny card, which was placed on the counter immediately.

Suitachi picked up the Zenny card before he grabbed the requested upgrade. "So, 1 process upgrade... that'll be 100 zenny." He swiped the card through a reader before he gave the card back, along with the little bag that contained the upgrade. "Thank you, have a good day."

Scarlet LOSE: 100z

"Thank you very much," she said, as she did a little curtsy. Taking the bag, she extracted the upgrade from it, and began installation immediately while she exited the shop.

Henry paused before entering the chip shop to remove and dispose of some gum that had stuck to his shoe. "I really wish that people would throw their gum away when they're done with it," he muttered to himself. Inside the shop, Henry walked up to the counter and politely said, "Hello. I would like to purchase two process upgrades and a HPmemory please."

"Alright then," Suitachi replied to Henry as he produced two process upgrades from beneath the counter. He then turned and nimbly grabbed an HP Memory off the top shelf behind him and placed it beside the other upgrades. "That all comes out to 1800z," the shopkeeper said, completing the transactions.

"Have a nice day," Suitachi finished with a light smile.

Henry smiled as collected the upgrades. "Thank you," he said as he paid. He then left the building and caught a bus back to electown.

Shin got off from the metroline that came from DenU and stopped by SciLabs. He had acquired a lot of cash, so he could get some good things now.

Heading into the shop, Shin rapped at the counter to place his order.

"Yo again, here for my Eight PowerUP, a Slashing Shot, and a Fourth HP Upgrade, so that's..." Shin greeted, calculating quickly as he set his PeT down.

"11,500 zenny right? Here," Shin said, sliding the PeT toward Suitachi.

"Hello again to you too." Suitachi responded to the young man. Of course, there were a lot of customers who came through here, so he couldn't be expected to remember all of them.

Regardless of whether he did or not, though, he made it seem like they were all special to him.

"That's correct." He responded to the total, as he reached beneath the desk to grab the various parts needed. He then completed the transaction, wiring himself the money he was owed and handing the upgrades and PeT back to the customer.

"Thanks for the patronage. Hope to see you again soon." He said, with a smile that seemed almost genuine.

"Yeah, see you again," Shin said, waving back as he installed his upgrades one by one. It was time he headed home.
