"S'right, embrace the fridge," Suitachi said, obviously not recognizing the ex-Maf, taking the money and giving Antoinette the upgrade.

"Have a nice day," the glasses-man commented. That first comment was bit suspicious though, did he read her homepage or something?

Antoinette hurried back out of the shop with the upgrade in hand. She tugged the brim of her cap further down as she slipped out the door. (The bells clanged again, to her chagrin.) If even the storekeeper had managed to make a reference like that, did it mean that her blog was getting exposure...?

But, of course, it was one of Beatnik's lines that he had remembered.

Kedamono walked inside and tried to place down 100z onto the counter before realizing that she didn't have any more money after jacking her navi into the net...
"Ohhhh...I'm gonna have a talk with koumori later..." she said before leaving.

Wes walked into the store with a nasty smirk on his face. Junior sighed, "You're just happy cause you pawned that old multi-navi upgrade off on that guy, aren't you?"

"Well, why shouldn't I be? The guy was an idiot, thought he knew so much. In any case, I think we have enough cash now." He approached the counter, "Hey, Suitachi, could you get me 5 Navi Cust expansions and a Float shoes program?"

"I definitely could." Suitachi replied, grabbing the upgrades Wes requested.

"Here you are, Floatshoes and 5 NaviCust expansions, 20,000 zenny. That's a pretty decent sized order." He completed the transaction quickly.

"Well, have fun with those, Thanks for shopping, come back soon." He finished, dismissing the shopper.

"Yeah, thanks, I probably will." Wes responded. He took a few moments to install the upgrades and then headed for the door. Junior still didn't have his family outing planned out so he could just wait in the lobby until things were settled.

Rose entered the second destination, both excited and saddened at the same time. "As glad as I am that I'm getting all these upgrades, it's kind of insane that I'm spending so much Zenny in one outing." She thought.

But it was justified, she was sure.

After she reached the counter, she readied her Zenny; After this purchase all whe'd have left would be pocket change.

"Hey there, I've got a big order today. An HP Memory, a NaviCust Expansion, three Process Upgrades, and a Process Edit. You got all that?" She had read her order off a note she had written for herself before arriving.

[2000 z + 1000 z + 800 z + 900 z + 1000 z + 140 z = 5840 z]

"Hm... Big order." Suitachi goes into the back room, and shortly emerges with a small paper bag, the upgrades clinking together as he moves the bag to the counter.
"Alright, all of this would be.... 5840z. Alright, have a nice day!"

GET: HP Mem x1, NC Expansion x1, Process Upgrade x3, Process Edit x1

"Thanks, you too..." Rose said, just now noticing how eerily similar the two shopkeeps were. "Hm. Strange..."

"Thanks again!" She said, more enthusiastically, as she walked out of the store.

Ah...the last stop before finally heading to Yoka. Good thing, too, because if she had to lug around that blasted suitcase for much longer, she was going to find a way to hit herself in the head with it. But at any rate, Sabrina walked over to the counter, letting the mobile brick lean gently against it.

"Hello, one Speed Upgrade, please!" She pulled out the appropriate 10000z and set it on the counter, choosing not to say more than necessary...for some reason.

(bump)

"Well, that'll be quick," Suitachi sighed, grabbing a box from a nearby shelf without looking and swapping it with the 10,000z.

"Have a nice day," the glasses-man sighed, looking into the distance.

Turns out the box had the right upgrades. Wow.

Sabrina LOSE: 10000z.
Sabrina GET: Speed Upgradex1.

"Sweet! Thanks!" Sabrina wasted no time in installing the upgrade. "And...done! There, now we can do more stuff before viruses can attack!"

No response.

"Uh...SplashMan?"

"...Zzz..."

"...What a time to fall asleep..." Ah well, no real reason to wake him up now. And with that decided, she exited the store, finally heading for the place where she wouldn't have to drag her suitcase around everywhere.

walking into the shop, she placed down 1100z, smileing. "Can I get an HP upgrade and a processor upgrade along with that?" she said, pointing towards the two upgrades.

"Well, that'll be quick," Suitachi sighed, grabbing the upgrades a nearby shelf without and swapping it with the 1,100z.

"Have a nice day," the glasses-man sighed, looking into the distance.

Super-speedy.

"Thank you." Kedamono said, taking her upgrades for Koumori and leaving.

Wes walked into the store and spoke his order quickly, "Hey, could I get Process Upgrades 19, 20, 21?" After the request was made, he spoke to Junior, "Okay, I know you hate that DNR moron, but I think we should let them join. If we get him, we should get Capuchin, which could power up your Cross with her. With the tournament coming up, we need as much fire power as we can get."

"If that is the case, then my own power will just have to be enough." Junior said, resolute in his decision. He added, "Besides, the way he said about having a 'romp' to Miyu-chan doesn't really make me comforatble with him around her."

Wes sighed. He would have to play dirty, "I understand. I don't like the navi much either and if the netop was the same way, I'd clobber him if he kept hanging around Ambridge and my other friends. However, Polonius doesn't seem all that bad so I'm willing to put up with the buffoon for his sake. The thing you're missing, though, is that if we don't take them along with us, it'll be just him and Capuchin alone. She might have beaten him in her match, but it still makes me uneasy. If you won't do it for me or for Polonius, do it for her."

Junior stood silent, thinking. He clenched his jaw angrily and finally scowled, "Fine."

"Okay, good. However, this is supposed to be your and your sister's day out, so you better get her permission first. Plus, it might be a good idea to warn her about DNR as well. You're still logged in, so it should be easy."

"On it." Junior stated, turning his focus back to his busting partner.

"That won't be hard." The shopkeeper said, pulling the series of three upgrades off a shelf somewhere.

"Here you go." He handed the man his upgrades and took almost all his money.

"Thanks a ton." Wes said, collecting his upgrades and walking off, "So, did you get your answer from you sister?" he asked his navi.

"Yes, she said it's fine." he replied, though he didn't sound the most thrilled.

With cardboard box full of junk in-hand, Mill had to fumble with the door for a minute before he managed to open it up.

"... Does carrying that box around not raise suspicion, Operator? My calculations show that someone would think that there would be a 27% chance of a bomb being in there." asked Magna curiously.

"... Just be quiet, Magna." grunted Mill as he made his way up to the counter and put the box on the floor. "Excuse me? Can I get 1 HP Memory, 1 Custom Expansion, and 3 Process Upgrades?"
