*ahem*
Azlef learns Extrasensory at Level 51. You meet it at Level 50. The moves it actually KNOW are Future Sight, which I believe is the attack you were thinking of, and hits regardless of element, Confusion, Nasty Plot, which I now hate, as my Azlef liked to spam Confusion, and Uproar.[CORRECTED/]
Oh yeah, and I'm just a Spiritomb, a Misdreavus/Mismagius, a Rapidash, a Gengar, a Machamp, an Alakazam, a Golem, a Shieldon/Bastiodon, a Cherrim (which I'm just too stinkin' lazy to get) and Burmy/Wormadam/Mothim, from getting the National 'Dex. And I haven't even gotten across VICTOLY Road yet!
Pokemon.

I've acquired a flury of pokemon in the past week.
some of these include:electabuzz, porygonZ, sceptile, piloswine, nidoking, nidoqueen, another Ho-oh, another lugia, an entei, raikou, and suicune, rhyperior, Gallade, Feraligatr, blaziken, and finally...A Dragonite!!!
unfortunetly, i can't battle anybody due to the fact that my WiFi software is lost and i have a new computer and can't use WiFi until I have the software.

You should probably put up EV spreads as well unless it's not important to you; ergo, you play strictly in-game.
Coming from a heavily competitive perspective, those sets of yours Steve are pretty sub-standard. I get the idea that they're for in game, but I'll just offer my insight for competition.
Although I don't believe it was your intention to have Gliscor a critting machine, I just want to point out that Gliscor isn't usually an offensive pokemon. Gliscor's usual purpose is to be a physical walling Heracross counter with utility; a moveset like Knock Off/Stealth Rock, Roost, Earthquake, Aerial Ace. To this purpose, he's holding a leftovers. -Anything- offensively Gliscor can do, Garchomp can do infinitely better.
Torterra has a few options, but he definitely shouldn't have special based attacks; ergo, no Giga Drain. Despite his piss speed, he can Swords Dance, or even serve as a Choice Bander. Most sets I see have Wood Hammer.
Since you're mono ground type, you are weak to one of the most common and deadliest competitive threats- Weavile. A leading Weavile will easily 6-0 your team, especially since you lack a wall.
There are numerous other problems with the rest of your sets that I'd go into, but by now I retain my initial impression that this isn't for competitive battle. So you can probably disregard most of my commentary. ^^

Get Chimchar-- Infernape, out of the three starters, is the biggest competitive metagame threat.

My advice for starters:
If you like supporters, choose Piplup. Since Empoleon's a Steel-type, not much can Super-effective it. Plus its Defence is pretty damn high. Speed's not the greatest though, which is why it learns Aqua Jet.
Chimchar is definitely the strongest, and the fastest for that matter. According to a bunch of my buddies, who all chose Chimchar as their starters, said that it kicked ass. Plus, its ass is on fire. Instant 10/10 right there.
Turtwig, I'm not so fond of. Its final evolution, Torterra, while still in the Top 100 Pokemon, is the weakest of of all the other starters. (Just FYI, Swampert's the strongest.) Does learn some okay attacks, though. Like Wood Hammer and Earthquake.
Yeah, if I'd known about the true powas of the monkey with its butt on fire, I would've chosen it. Instead, I went with the admittedly adorable little penguin. Well, I have always been the Water-type fan. Chose Squirtle first on the old Red version, Totodile on Gold and Crystal, Mudkip on Sapphire, and Piplup on Diamond. Either way, though, those were just my opinions on them.

I have multiple teams. One of which has a lvl 1 ratatta in it, just for kicks.
Unfortunately, everyone by now probably has heard about that trick.

Empoleon isn't even that great for support or walling; the only reason he's used is that he's one of the few things that can safely switch in on the famous ChoiceSpecs Salamence.

I'm pretty sure he means Focus Sash + Reversal or Endeavor. Something to that end. Of course, that entire strategy is entirely nulled by Stealth Rock and Sandstorm since Focus Sash only activates when you're at full health. In short, Choice Heracross says hi-- Close Combat to the face.

Hm. Well, it's funny. I don't bother with EVs just yet, as I lack the abundance of berries to edit my pokes with, but so far I'd say I'm doing alright.
Team
Dusk
Poke: Weavile
Nature: Jolly
EVs(ideally, will work on it when I get more EV reducing berries): 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP
Item: Razor Claw
Moveset
Ice Punch
Night Slash
Aerial Ace
Swords Dance
Mizu
Poke: Vaporeon
Nature: Bold
Ideal EVs: 252 HP, 124 Def, 124 SpDef, 8 SpAtk
Item: Leftovers
Moveset
Surf
Roar
Substitute
Aqua Ring
Suien
Poke: Milotic(got this one from Sky as an egg, and I thank you for that. He's pretty baller. :'D )
Nature: Mild
Ideal EVs: 252 HP, 252 SpDef, 4 SpAtk
Item: Leftovers
Moveset
Surf
Mirror Coar
Ice Beam
Aqua Ring
Maraca(still in the process of making one, so here's ideal)
Poke: Ludicolo
Ability: Rain Dish
Nature: Modest or Bold
Ideal EVs: 252 HP, 124 Def, 124 SpDef, 8 SpAtk
Item: Leftovers
Moveset
Surf
Rain Dance
Energy Ball
Substitute
Ryu
Poke: Dragonite
Nature: Modest
Ideal EVs: 252 HP, 124 Atk, 124 SpAtk, 8 Spd
Item: Leftovers
Moveset
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Substitute
Focus Punch
Toxin(still in the process of breeding JUST the right one)
Poke: Drapion
Ability: Sniper
Nature: Jolly
Ideal EVs: 252 Atk, 200 Spd(not going to be outrunning speed demons, so I'm not going all out on it.), 56 Def
Item: Razor Claw or Scope Lens(not sure which one is better...)
Moveset
Cross Poison
Night Slash
Ice Fang
Swords Dance
...And there we go. Most of them seem to have fair IVs after much breeding(although for nature/egg move purposes, rather than IV focus. ), having at least 20-25(although if there's a more solid means to check than serebii, that'd help) in the stats they need, so I figure I'm doing alright. Also, yes, I'm aware that I'm a leftovers whore. I guess I've always been a fan of regen tanks in games...
Also, Kazu...Once you can WiFi trade, I have lots I could hook ye up with. You dig? : D

I dig.
By the way, I just got to the part where they tell me about "groups."
It still makes no sense but meh.
Is there like a united RERN group?

In the second... no, third town in the game, some random person on the street asks you if you want to make your own group. I think it has to do with the music thing. She proceeded to talk completely unintelligibly.

my advice for starters: Pick whichever you like the best so you can enjoy beating it with pokemon you like. Competitive battling is incredibly dumb imo
