Supah, SMAAAAAAAASH Brothuuuuurs!

The SSE boss keeps kicking my arse. I hate playing defensive, but you have to against that bastard with his OHKOs....
Yeap! I had to resort to that too, and Captain Falcon to bring up the rear and deal the last few blows. If you use Lucario's Down+B technique after watching his moves and predicting them for a while, you can get him.

Be aware, that his one move where he spread his wings and does that annoying pulse wave around him, I could never guard against that and I was "insta Ko'ed" all the time. Anyone knew how to get around that?
Supposedly you can dodge by holding L/R and pressing left/right. You'll be invincible for a second or so. You have to do it three times in quick order to dodge all of the attacks, but...I haven't done it yet.
*Smacks forehead*

Of course! Side stepping!

I would've figured it out if I read the manual....

Why doesn't anyone ever read the manual!!! >_<

I got a Gardevoir trophy today! Yays!!!!

I know Trophies aren't all that important except for getting stuff, but I like the fact one of them was Gardevoir.

I can't believe how in-depth the trophies are. They have the most minor characters from the most minor games...

What do you mean minor games? Almost all the trophies are those featured characters in the Brawl Game. Gardevoir also comes from the pokeball.

There's a Gardevoir trophy?

JOY. :'D

okay maybe not MINOR games, but games that weren't very popular, like the Mario and Luigi Series (Superstar Saga and Partners in Time) and the later Mario Party games that nobody played.
I beat Tabuu using people that could deal rapid air damage attacks, Samus worked best, then Pit and Meta Knight. I was never able to sidestep the last wave, (It took me awhile to think of side-stepping, too.) But what I found is if you air sidestep as close to the center of the screen as possible, you can usually pull off a recovery, assuming I'm in the lower damage ranges.

And there's at least 500 freaking trophies, of course there's gonna be some weird shit in there.

It seems as through everyone has unlocked different people doing different things. I, too, played with Link through the Classic mode, and got no Toon Link OR Gannondorf.

If you don't have Ganondorf now, then you haven't beat SSE Story, and you can't get Toon Link in Classic unless you use Link and have beat SSE.

It's all really easy when you get down to it. At least you didn't have to complete crap like break the targets using all the charries and stuff. That's frustrating. I was going crazy hearing that "Ping" sound everyday!

Double posting, but I just noticed this.

ZS, you have to beat classic with Link or Zelda on Hard without continuing to get Ganondorf. You don't need to beat SSE first. I unlocked him with Link on Very Hard, so I was all proud.

yes, if you use a trophy base item on any boss when it's almost dead, you can get a statue of it...

this also includes the final boss...

but you probably knew that...

Gardevoir is a boss Naix...

Anyway, I knew about opponents and bosses, but the last one I didn't know about that.
Gardevoir isn't a boss. >>;

*Cough*

Hmmm....I'll have to bust out Samus. I wonder if Ike's Up B would be helpful as well.

Also, I beat Classic with Ike on Medium and got Captain Falcon of all people.
That would have been based on your speed.

And, how the hell do you get the Trophy bases INTO the boss rooms? Items disappear when you go through a door.
you have to live/dodge long enough for one to drop...

also, can ness/lucas use the pk sheild to heal instead of take damage from tabuu's specials?

edit:case in point of tabuu trophy

I mean isn't a boss! I was thinking about capturing Boss trophies while typing about Gardevoir trophy! Argh!

It's one of the Pokemon that comes out of the pokeball, and it's just dead sexy too.

*Ahem* I mean, it's a Pokeball summon. That's all.
Well, I'm down to just trophies, stickers, and CDs to unlock.

I have no life.
I am almost done with the SSE. I am in the subspace, but I have not quite reached the Great Maze. Is it difficult?

Is it not? Not really, but it is annoying as hell.
