I don't like the flash, he's not that good...
I mean, he just runs fast, that's linke long division in the superhero world...
there is like 20 other superheroes that can move insanly fast, plus have super strength and other abilities on top...

no, I know he runs insanly fast, but give him terrain he can't run on and all he can do is that tornado arm thing...

The dude can run on water. He can also phase through objects if he wants. You can't give him terrain he can't run on, unless you shoot him into outer space. Which is impossible since he is impossible to catch, let alone contain (phase through stuff, remember?). Simply no one is as fast as The Flash. Maybe GL could catch him but he could rip his power ring off 3 times before he raised his arm.

Also, he can chanle pure Speed Force to cause things to literaly shake appart. He can also deny others the use of superspeed (unless they retconed that ability away from him).
Edit: Oh, I almost forgot, in regards to the long devision comment, thee was a speedster (I forget his name) who got his super powers via a math equasion.
