... You can still check the time of the mod post as listed by the board to tell when you should be bumping... Make sure to check the time on other new posts coming in to tell if you should bump or not.

I'll answer that, FOR THE PEOPLE!!!
Alright, go to your profile, then click on "Avatar Options." On the left, there should now be a list of stuff to do to edit your profile one way or another. Go to the bottom, and fine the link labeled "Board Settings." With me so far?
Now, the rest should be obvious. At the top of all the settings, there's a list of timezones, and a checkbox. Slap a check in the box to show that DST is on, set to the timezone of your choice, and there you are! Serves one.
