Mebbe, Tron was awesome.

yes it was. Finally got to see it for the first time on Sunday. Quite nice, considering when it was made.

What sucks is that when I read up on some info... the group that nominates for special effects for movies and awards said that the creators of Tron cheated for using CG in the movie, which is a mind blowing thing.

I mean come on.. Special Effects is all about cheating. When you get down to it, all special effects is in one way or another cheating.

poor Tron had to go up against E.T. too back then too for movie popularity... Personally I'll watch Tron over E.T. any day.

I'd rather combine Tron and E.T. into one movie and watch it. It's called Wall-E!
