I'm amazed that this went on as a serious suggestion for as long as it did. Of course, Navi don't really need their HP lowered because their DMG dealing ability is severly limited. Think about it. A lvl 1 Navi with average RP ability would take 4 actions to defeat a single Metool let alone a group of enemies.
