Thank you. Now that I can actually SEE the warns, it should be easier to avoid repeat blunders.

Dont say how long they last! Thats what keeps the ban-avoider noobs away, is not knowing how long their warns stay!
Otherwise you have people who will make an offense every mounth or so.

Common, it's common knowledge. Right there under Rules.
Also, two things:
One: At least it's keeping them down one month at a time.
Two: We're not machines. If we see a pattern going where a member tries to be clever by only committing atrocities in proportion to his warn level, we can intervene as necessary.
