Bandcoon/Ringthief/Racburglar

Bandcoon
HP: 50
Type: Normal, N/A
Drop: Zenny, Pickpocket1

A Bandcoon is a small virus, about two and a half feet tall by Real World standards. Its fur is grey in colour, and black rings wind around the circumference of its round body. Its limbs are short and stumpy, tipped with tiny black claws. A huge bottlebrush tail hangs behind it, often curled into the shape of a question mark. It looks to be more adept at rolling rather than walking, but it waddles about regardless. Its entire face is hidden behind a huge red festival mask, covered in decorative beads, hanging tassels and soft feathers.

A Bandcoon, Ringthief or Racburglar attacks by stealing a Navi's chip before they can use it, and activating it to attack with 1/4 of the chip's normal power with the element still attached. If an enemy does not receive any chips, a Bandcoon cannot attack.

Example: Normalman receives a Heatshot from his Operator, Normal Guy, but BandcoonA steals it before Normalman can use it. BandcoonA hits Normalman with the stolen Heatshot for 10 Fire damage plus splash damage.

A Bandcoon, Ringthief or Racburglar can produce many kinds of items in order to manifest the stolen chip. In order to use guns, the virus whips a huge rocket launcher out of nowhere. A wide-nozzle ray gun is used for chips that strike more than one enemy. A baseball bat with a nail hammered through it is used to hit bomb chips back at the enemy. A potion bottle is produced in order to heal itself. Many other manifestations can occur, with items that are completely up to the Moderator. (All fluff.)

Ringthief
HP: 80
Type: Normal, N/A
Drop: Zenny, Pickpocket2

A Ringthief closely resembles a Bandcoon in all properties, except that its fur is brown rather than grey, and its festival mask is green.

A Ringthief attacks with a stolen chip at 1/2 power rather than 1/4.

Racburglar
HP: 120
Type: Normal, N/A
Drop: Zenny, Pickpocket3

A Racburglar closely resembles a Bandcoon or a Ringthief in all properties, except that its fur is white rather than grey or brown, and its festival mask is a neon orange.

A Racburglar attacks with a stolen chip at 3/4 power rather than 1/4 or 1/2.

Chip:
Pickpocket1, Pickpocket2, Pickpocket3

Pickpocket1
Accuracy: B
Type: Other

A Pickpocket chip can be used to steal Zenny (or, in rare cases, a Battlechip) from one selected enemy. The stolen Zenny is bonus Zenny, and does not count toward the reward received at the conclusion of the battle. Chips are only stolen if the roleplaying of the theft is excellent, and also do not count toward the final reward that the player gets at the end of the battle.

The amount of Zenny that a Pickpocket1 steals is equal to the amount of Zenny that a player would normally receive from that virus. (For example, if Normalman would regularly take 40z from a Spikey, then he would get an extra 40z if he used a Pickpocket chip on the Spikey--or, if his roleplaying of the chip's use was excellent, a Heatshot.)

Pickpocket2
A Pickpocket2 is like Pickpocket1 in most respects. However, the amount of Zenny stolen is worth one rank higher than the typical roleplaying award. (For example, if Normalman usually received 40z from defeating a Spikey, he would steal a bonus 50z if he used Pickpocket2 on the Spikey--or, if his roleplaying of the chip's use was excellent, a Heatshot.)

Pickpocket3
A Pickpocket3 is like Pickpocket1 or Pickpocket2 in most respects. However, the amount of Zenny stolen is worth two ranks higher than the typical roleplaying award. (For example, if Normalman usually received 40z from defeating a Spikey, he would steal a bonus 60z if he used Pickpocket3 on the Spikey--or, if his roleplaying of the chip's use was excellent, a Heatshot.)
Oooh, I like the chip XD
Why am I thinking Zigzagoon? D:<

Anyway, seems interesting enough... Also makes me think of Sly.
'tis a WoW Rogue! *shot*
That is a mean virus and an awesome chip set. Way to go! I'd love to have that chip in the videogames, but that virus seems like it would be a challenge.
I'm f**king voting for this epic shit.
