Description: Voltman plunges his custom weapon at an enemy, draining their power through the spear.

Lightning Spear
Type: Active (Cap: 100)
Description: Voltman pulls out his spear, converting its energy into raw electricity which he fires at several enemies.
Effect: 9x10, Elec, 3 Turn CD

Siphon Excess
Type: Passive (Cap: 20)
Description: Roughly once a turn, Voltman can pull excess energy from the net to form a protective shielding over his body, good for dispelling most attacks.
Effect: Once each turn, creates a one hit barrier on Voltman.
