Nal! Please!

None of us did anything wrong. Even Nal hasn't, although it's pretty clear that we agree that he was unjustified.

I sent a very, very delicately worded message telling Nal to make friends and restore his good name-- and then we would welcome him back. If he was really a good Admin, he'd have no problem with spending some time making amends and getting to know the members and RP all over again.

You probably know that "my" staff didn't contain a single member of the original team, unless Val counts.

In a way, Nale's proven that we're right about the opinions Lunar just finished criticizing us for. However, it looks like we've successfully transplanted an impressive amount of members, not to mention almost the entire DZ Dynasty.

Well, I made points when I said to make him not the head admin. I saved all my important things when Atrus said go with the backup plan. I have my signature and my profiles. It's the one and only Wooga, back with the one and only American.

This must never happen again....plus now we need a new thing for this site

Well, we discussed this all in a now deleted topic, as we were trying to keep nal from spying on us while we discussed that of his possible return. At first we thought we could possibly reinstate him to a official position, and the conversation went downhill from there, until Atrus sent him I believe, this message, give or take a couple sentences.

Nalerenn went into a fur®y and decided to do that not because of any forced decision, but because he was pissed that he couldn't get back his comfortable place without any work.

I hope Nal gets back on the team though, after all, he did make RE:CN.

What makes a site, really?

Is it someone who registers the name with a free provider? Not really.
Is it someone who was in charge of the people who kept the site running? A little, but not so much.
Is it the people who took the basic rules and expanded on them, shaping and forging the rules and standards to meet the needs of everyone? Not technically, but it sure helps.
Is it the people who post a small part of their souls on the internet on a daily basis, forming a community, as well as the bonds of friendship and comradery? I'd think so.

Rouge Network. Chaos Network. I don't care which. As long as the people continue to use the site as it was intended. To RP. That's where I'll be. Where the community is. I don't care who is in charge, and who was right and who was wrong. All I want to do is post those words again:

Strikeman. Nale basically abandoned the site and came back when he felt like it, and said he wanted to join the team. We came to a concensus, politely said no, and asked him to frequent more on the forum if he wished to join the moderating team and be a bit... nicer.

He went into a temper tantrum. He shut down the base forum.

He did what he felt he'd do, not what he should do. He didn't care about the people in the forum that liked the forum, he was being entirely selfish.

This is not the first time I've seen RA's do things like this.

If you need help, let me know. In the meantime, I'll be moving my data over here.

I really am grieving over the "death" of my favorite board.

well, I kindof kept forgeting to come back for.........a long time, so I never got to save my data really. But I do oddly enoft remember most of it, and now I know most of what happened while I was gone.

Uwaaaaaahhhh. Thank god, I think I'd never see you guys again. Well, I just posted 5 hours before the board closed down. My, that's such a quick time to make a decision.

I must say that I have not been a great part of the RE: CN community. I have only RP-ed for 2 weeks, and left after that. Although I left, I did get some mails about the situation the board was currently in. I did not wanted to mix myself in the fight, so all I could do at that point was sending my best wishes for the site, keeping it up and runnning and to have a community who all have a tight bond with each other.

Now that the new forums opened, I started to take a look, and I won't be gone in 2 weeks this time.

As I can see it doens not matter wheter the site's name is chaos network or rogue network, the members are still the same. Not everyone is the same though, somer miss nal, some don't. But whether you hate him or not doens't matter, what does matter is that he made a choice for himselve. Shutting down the board that is. And if I my speak my own words about this:

If you truly want to be a part of a community where you pour your soul into, makes you feel good, and have tight relationships with other persons, you whouldn't close down a forum so no one could enjoy it anymore.

You whould not close a forum if you think of all the members that you dupe with your action for one second. This shows that Nal let himselve be guided by hatred and anger instead of compassion and love. Because of this, i don't think Nal should return now. Maybe in the future when he grabbed himselve together, but not now.

Now that we saved everything whe could, let us start to be a tight community once again, and help each other as much as we can, so whe can start RP-ing again ASAP.

Hatred nor rage can destroy the bond of these members, And I cannot stand by and watch now.
This time, I shall be a part of this wonderfull community a bit longer ^^
