EDIT: Don't know where I got 80 sig points from: please hold. :)
EDIT2: Fixed, now I'm ready. :D
A burst of nostalgia got the better of me; I must say, things have certainly changed since I was here last...
I can't remember anything from my previous planned storyline, would a restart be okay?
=== Operator ===
Name: Eric Bauersox
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Appearance: A man of lean build. A period of neglect has left Eric with a body lacking muscular build, which combined with his lack of body fat does not bode well for his larger-than-normal height (193cm, or 6'4"), weighing in at only 72 kilograms (158 pounds). Eric is a redhead (red-orange variety) which is kept at a normal length (no longer than 5cm/2" from the scalp). There is a large faint scar that runs from the right collar bone to the ear's edge of his right cheek bone. His eyes are hazel coloured, and his eyes seem to appear larger than that of the normal human. His preference of clothing is usually anything in the cool colour spectrum (green, blue, purple) as well as dark colours (grey and black) but most times of the day you'll see him in a dark teal polo shirt with navy blue chinos, and an old black analogue watch, which is not considered normal wear for the digital times he lives in. Eric always seems to have a 5-o'clock-shadow, despite shaving every day.
Personality: Eric can be ignorant to activities around him. Combined with a shorter attention span, it can be hard to keep his attention focused on topics he's not interested in. He's been referred to as a "gentle giant" as he has little regards to aggressive and condescending speech, which has been a problem for his own personal development. Eric would rather keep silent than prove someone wrong, just to keep the peace.
PET Modifications: Eric's PET was gifted to him. It is a compact handheld model with deployable arms on both sides for two-handed complex operations. The main screen fills the front of the PET, and the two arms sit behind this. They deploy to the left and right, with keys for programmable directions on the lower half of both arms, and more information panels on the top half of each arm (predominantly for handing off navigation and communication functions whilst operating). The PET can be operated from both standard mode (arms withdrawn) and technical mode (arms deployed). The PET itself is lilac in appearance, with cyan button and white edgings around the button consoles and screen edges. The back bears its navi's emblem (see more below).
=== NetNavi ===
Network Identity: Amity.EXE
Chosen Name: Amy
Gender: Female
Element: Aqua
Subtype: Recovery
Appearance: Amity is smaller in height compared to normal navis (165cm, or 5"4'). Amity has long flowing lilac hair that extends down to her waist line. Sitting upon the top-right side of her head is one large six-petal flower that has cyan petals and a white inner core. There are two bug-like antenna that extend from atop Amity's head to a distance equal to twice the size of her head that are also lilac in appearance, but a shade darker and are the thickness of 20 or so strands of hair, which end in two small white bulbs. These are hidden most of the time and only appear from beneath her hair for scanning purposes. Her eyes are much larger than a standard navi's eyes, with deep blue pupils that seem to fill most of the eye and are very emotive. Amity wears a cyan dress that ends half a hand's width past the end of her hands, and halfway between her feet and knees. It is a one-piece dress with four-layer white frills towards the ends of both the arms and the hem. There are three notable slits in the dress; one that runs behind Amity's back (hidden by her hair most times), and one down the outer edge of both arms (they run from elbow to shoulder). Amity's chest is almost non-existent, but a slight rise does complete the profile. On top of this sits her emblem; a six-petal flower that sits atop a large circle, with all six petals reaching equally to the edges of the outer circle, with a core in the centre. Inside the core are two small lines that run parallel to each other and extend from the lower third of the upper third; the length of the lines is the same distance between the lines themselves and the top and bottom edges of the core's edge. The outer circle is lilac, the petals are cyan, the core is white and the lines are lilac. Finally, Amity's boots are sleek in appearance to match her dress, but are lilac in appearance with white highlights, not cyan.
Personality: "Amy" believes in peace and harmony. She is strong-willed and does not like to be told she is wrong when she knows she is right. While she will fight for a cause, she is very much a pacifist at heart and would prefer to resolve issues without fighting, which has always been a problem for her since her base code and functions conflict with these intentions. Amy is not the most tactful person and prone to speak whatever is on her mind, which can cause problems, but for the few people that Amy respects (assuming you can get past that exterior) she is frightfully loyal and protective of who she considers to be her own. She finds joy and happiness in the simple, understated things, and looks for the beauty in everything.
Custom Weapon: Seamshot - the longer arms on her dress may droop in normal use, but during battle these can rigidly take shape to form a long cannon which shoots out a beam of white clouds. Such clouds do not cause immediate damage upon impact, but rather integrate themselves into a target with the sole purpose of causing a stability degradation error, which would simply decompile the target and send it back to the source.
Signature Attacks Summary: [80/80 points used]
* THAW (Time Heals All Wounds) - [Passive] Heals 6 HP (+1 HP for Medical Mastery) = Heals 7 HP per turn
* Calming Spray - [Active] 1 CD - 40 Shot Damage + Aqua Element
* Personal Bubble - [Active] 1 CD - 2 Hits of 1 Damage with Nova 4 Effect + Aqua Element
Signature Attacks Description:
* THAW (Time Heals All Wounds) - [32 SP: 6 healing (8 SP) x Passive (4)]
[Passive] Heals 6 HP (+1 HP for Medical Mastery) = Heals 7 HP per turn
Amity's dress is not for show. It contains an outer and inner layer; the inner layer is made up of a polymer designed specifically to assist in the repair of damaged cells. While it is by no means a defense against large attacks, it does assist with the gradual recovery of its wearer. It can cause the dress frills to glow as it completes this medical function.
* Calming Spray - [40 SP: 40 damage (40 SP), Aqua element free]
[Active] 1 CD - 40 Shot Damage + Aqua Element
Amity causes a dense gel to form in her hand from within the dress, which is then ejected with high velocity. This gel collides with the target and immediately absorbs itself into their inner core. This does not cause immediate damage upon impact, but rather the gel integrates itself into a target with the sole purpose of causing a stability degradation error, which would simply decompile the target and send it back to the source.
* Personal Bubble - [8 Sig Points: 1 damage (1 BP) x 2 hits (2) x Nova 4 effect (4), Aqua element free]
[Active] 1 CD - 2 Hits of 1 Damage with Nova 4 Effect + Aqua Element
By no means a display of strength, but rather a last resort manoeuvre to those who use their defenses to get within Amity's personal space. Such a push causes a dual blast of fine cyan misty waves to explode from the exterior of Amity's dress in all directions; one to stop the intruder and another to send it a message; back off. Truthfully, it won't stop many enemies in their tracks (if any), but it may just be enough of a distraction to disarm a foe's defenses, or allow for a hasty retreat.

Thanks for the welcome, it HAS been a while. I may have messed up with the Sig attacks, does that look okay now?

The version with 80 sig points was correct, we updated from 60 to 80 starting points a little while back.
