((There's not much plot. Kill these guys and you're done.))
After healing himself slightly, Enigma moved forward in a strafing pattern, advancing on the no-longer-fleeing enemies. Unfortunately, he also moved directly into the cloud of smoke from the wreckage and stopped directly where the car had been.
He heard the roar of a motorbike engine as the leader advanced from its position to circle him. The final, badly injured flunky, meanwhile, raised its gun and began firing madly into the cloud, only hitting with a couple shots.

This is it, Enigma snarled, his rage fueled only by necessity. It was obvious that if he settled down now, he'd surely be deleted. His data was in a frenzy, careening around him like a whirlwind of angry, morphing confetti. Gun holes riddled his body, leaving gaps that were near-impossible to fix without outside additions. Realizing this, Enigma began following the circling Biker with his eyes, smoldering with barely-contained wrath. As he turned to keep track of the attacker, his arms swiftly changed into nasty-looking sickles, pointed and apparently bloody. Timing his attack quickly but carefully, Enigma lashed out just ahead of the Biker, hopefully letting his new sickle-shaped arms join with the Heelnavi in a most painful meeting. Whether he hit or not, data began to flow from some external source, patching up tiny bits of his crippled form.
Get the weak one, Ceres urged, forgetting his navi's rudeness in the heat of battle. Here's the new chip, he announced, slotting in the Widesword along with the re-assertion of his authority before Enigma could snatch it from the PET databanks.
Enigma nodded curtly, bringing his right arm close to his chest and whipping it out towards the ground and outwards, a brilliant blade releasing itself as he did so. Sparkling and fizzing with energy, the Widesword awaited eagerly for battle, gleaming in the most bloodlust-filled fashion any sword had ever... gleamed. Letting his eyes drop from the enemies to visually caress the blade, Enigma smiled slowly, pointing with his blade at the Biker grunt madly firing into the smoke. You're done, he announced, jumping at the Biker just as his boss circled around again, holding his sword out stiffly at his hip as he jumped, hopefully cuffing the ruffian as he flew by. Not bothering to stop himself, he careened past the weaker navi, thrusting and slashing his sword wildly in that direction as he went. Now skidding to a halt, Enigma reversed and sprinted back towards the boss, sword at the ready. No one steals from me, growled Enigma, cracking his neck for dramatic effect.
Just kill him, Ceres said impatiently, rolling his eyes. I'm sure he'll get the point once he's deleted.
Die, snarled the crimson navi, flailing outwards at the Biker with all of what was left of his rage. He swung again and again, greenish blade catching the light whenever Enigma brought it back as a wind-up for another strike. Stabs, slices, haft blows, everything was fair game here; Enigma was a flurry of action, his crimson data fusing into the sword as he continued his onslaught.
So, maybe pissing you off does have its uses, Ceres grinned. Meanwhile, Enigma's crimson fires had completely died down as the Widesword faded from the Net. Shuddering, and kneeling down slowly, the indigo coloring began to regain its dominance, starting as a small trickle somewhere on his forehead and spreading to color in the rest of his body from a (rather boring) white color. Standing up yet again, Enigma peered through the smoke, trying to see the results of his actions.
WRATH.GMO: DEACTIVATED
So how did I do? he asked casually, peering up to Ceres.
Glad to have you back, Ceres smiled. Enigma just shot him another look before returning to the site of battle. Although he was back to normal, his body certainly wasn't; at least two thirds of the data was missing or corrupted, leaving even more obvious gaping holes than usually existed.

Enigma lashes out at the leader with his signature attack, draining his data. "WHAT THE-" The leader shouted as his subordinate rushed out from his hiding place in an attempt to finish Enigma off with a hail of bullets, but, promptly had his head separated from his shoulders, being deleted at long last, the leader also got a deep niche in his side, sending him skidding and crashing into the ground.
"D-Damn you..." He mumbled before being promptly slashed twice from Enigma's sword, dieing on the spot. Enigma then rummages through the motonavi's pockets and finds his data, along with a nice sum of data from his own wallet...he wasn't gonna need it where he was going...

Dusting himself off and claiming his zenny (plus some extra), Enigma looked around casually before continuing on past the odd buildings and further into the Yumland Net.
I'm gonna use one of these, Ceres reported, using the MiniEnrg data on Enigma to heal him a bit. Good luck.
= Battle 6 please! Also, Enigma now has 90 HP. =

As Enigma walks through the area, he sees several Elemperor's and Totems, apparently, trying to communicate with each other but failing hardcore in that endeavor. They then see Enigma and ready for battle. The Elemperor viruses seem to glow with a red aura as they sit under some lava panels while everyone else can suck it under normal panels.

= Dark, if you mod this, according to Aim, Totems are Wood, not Fire, although their chips are Fire. So, I'm using a Fire attack on them, regardless of what you said. :< =
Enigma groaned as he walked into the heavily crowded battlefield, doing a quick head count of the very vertical-themed viruses.
AirRaid, of course, Ceres said before Enigma was even thinking of thinking, slotting in the chip as he spoke. Here's two more; go nuts.
Thanks, Enigma murmured, activating the AirRaid chip first as he turned to the enemies irritably. Why are there always so many of you? he grumbled, theless turning to the Totems with a gun chip raised confidently. Happy to be finally using something that wasn't melee-based, Enigma lined up his targets carefully; hitting a totem pole shouldn't be too hard, right? Aiming roughly for the middle-most three viruses, he eased back on the trigger until the telltale wall of flames came spewing out of the end of the Flameline. As this burst spread outwards, Enigma began sprinting for the rightmost Totem, his arms changing into hatchets as he ran. Arriving at the pole, he began hacking away at its base, converting something or other into usable data, which promptly patched up the few remaining holes that the MiniEnrg hadn't.
Remind me to buy more of those subchips when we have the cash, Ceres laughed. They seem pretty useful.
I can take care of myself... Enigma muttered, darting backwards quite a few strides before activating the RiskyHoney shield chip. Now covered by a honeycomb wall, and feeling more secure, Enigma added, Flyboy, get the lamps.
Roger roger, the pilot reported, swerving in from somewhere on the horizon to target the submerged Elemperors. As it got closer and closer to the lava, the plane's machine guns were seemingly magically activated, releasing several short bursts of bullets into the lava roughly where the Elemperors were resting. Pulling back up as the bottom of the jet nearly brushed the lava, it flew away for a bit before circling back around for another run. Meanwhile, Enigma prepped his own shield for use should the RiskyHoney be destroyed.
A few more attacks should win this pretty quick, Ceres announced confidently.
I don't think so... Enigma replied quietly, but Ceres either didn't care, didn't hear, or didn't want his good mood to be ruined.

Enigma summons up his AirRaid partner before burninating a trio of Totem viruses and draining one of the Totems before bringing up a large bee hive in front of him, he himself got burninated by one of the Elemperor viruses, seems like hoisting up a hive made of NATURE could block an attack from the rage of flames and creating a lava panel under him. Not a single bee managed to come out before being burned either...Oh, and the Air Raid shoots at one of the Elemperors, deleting it in a hail of bullets.

I should've seen that coming, Enigma grumbled. Stupid elements.
I think you can finish them all right now, Ceres pointed out, doing some quick mental math to figure out what chips would finish the battle most quickly. I'll give you some good spreading chips, he announced, slotting a trio of chips simultaneously.
Thanks, Enigma nodded, investigating the damage the Elemperors had done to him curiously. Burn marks covered much of his torso, and smaller scratches ripped holes in his form. Shrugging off the pain, Enigma quickly darted off to the right flank of the viruses, lining up a Heatshot with the Totem and one of the Elemperors as he ran. Skidding to a halt, Enigma peered down the sight casually, releasing a fiery burst of energy at the two when he deemed the aim was the best it could be. As the Heatshot's energy exhausted itself, the AirRaid came back around for its second run, swooping downwards upon the Elemperor farthest from Enigma and releasing its bullets eagerly down upon the lamp-like virus. Not even thinking about how much he hated the chip, Enigma activated his Dash Attack, groaning as the Fishy began to form on his arm.
Nice job, Ceres laughed, admiring his navi's quick work of the viruses.
Don't throw a party ye-- Enigma started before being cut short by a violent jerk from his right arm. The Fishy was already headed straight forwards, cutting through the virus group with frightening efficiency. Once it had made four or five swerving run-throughs of the area, the Fishy dissipated, leaving Enigma to fend for himself in front of the remaining Elemperors with just one chip left. Activating it, a 'v'-shaped gun began assembling itself on his arm, and Enigma braced it and began aiming for the strongest of the viruses even before the sights had formed. Taking a deep breath, and knowing that this should could end the battle, Enigma pulled the trigger back, releasing the expanding burst of watery energy that was a Wideshot at three of the Elemperors. Satisfied with his work, Enigma stepped back, dusting his hands off casually. That should do it.
Better safe than sorry, Ceres shrugged, slotting in another chip.
Wow, I haven't used this one in a while, Enigma laughed, hefting the bulky gatling gun-like chip easily. Rat-a-tat-tat, he said sarcastically, bracing the gun as he fired rather excessively upon whatever was left of the virii, the five shots going by quickly. Once the chip had exhausted its ammo, Enigma braced himself with a makeshift data-shield, again quite excessive for the situation. Just 1025 more, and then we'll be fine for the tournament...

Needless to say, Enigma eliminates all the viruses with his spreading chips and his AirRaid, but the lava panel damaged him as he fired off his Heatshot as to say 'screw you' but, that wasn't important. What WAS important however, was the pile of zenny in the corpses of one of the viruses.
