Walking out of the portal, Freya and Mask entered into Dentech, a vastly harder area than what ACDC was. Why here puppet? What's so special about this shit hole? Mask questioned as she walked beside her partner. Just looking around. Freya said, she didn't say why she was here out loud, but said it to Jack in a text box on the PET.
Start searching for any "pet obedience" text files in this place, I am not letting Mask go without a leash much longer. She had sent him, she would pass the time by deleting any viruses that she came across. (battle 1, Freya at 140 HP, Mask at 40)

As Freya and her rat jumped headfirst into Dentech, they happened upon a rather strange place. A grass field was what they saw at first glance, but on closer inspection, it seemed to have been charred at some places, and there were weird magnetized panels scattered around the field as well. Oh, and some Mushroom viruses were sitting on some of the grass.

He only thought to himself about how Freya had been behaving around Mask, but, Mask had kept pushing Freya, could it be the way Mask showed her "feelings" to Freya? Or was it just to amuse herself, since she was so weak?
Standing her ground, Freya accessed the chips she had been given, quickly chosing her first chip, Freya's hands lit themselves on fire, crackleing and whatnot as Freya went into a boxing stance, looking at one of the Mushy viruses, quickly, she moved from her spot. Rushing the Mushy from the front, Freya brought her arm back, looking as though she were going to throw the virus a right hook, instead, Freya fiented to the side, attempting to get on the Mushy's left side before throwing a flaming left uppercut at the virus, quickly following up with a right handed haymaker. The grass beneath the virus would hopefully help make it burn even more.
Following up with her last attack as her fists extinguished themselves, the chared black fists were replaced with a large metallic gun, holes in the sides as they gave off a large amount of heat, catching the navi holding the weapon slightly aflame. Quickly taking aim at another of the Mushy viruses, holding steady her weapon, she shot off a compact blast of flame at the target, she had hoped that, should it hit, the blast would also catch the other Mushy in it's blast.
Finishing her assault on the viruses, Freya jumped towards the virus she had yet to target, summoning a small blaster of flames in her chared hands, she landed near the virus as she took aim at it like the last one she had attacked, squeezeing the trigger, a large blast of flames shot out towards the virus, hoping to catch it in the blast.

As soon as the battle started, Freya took care of one of the Mushy with her powerful fists of fire, causing it to explode in an impressive burst of flames. The other viruses weren't so happy with this turn of events, and proceeded to rush Freya, teleporting up to her position and releasing a cloud of spores in her direction. (20-Barrier, 20-Freya) Unfortunately for the Mushy, this only made it much easier for the puppet to burn them all into a fine crisp.

Meanwhile, Jack continued looking through the library of text files from the collage, having no luck at finding anything pretaining to pet obediance, let alone any pet obedieance files that said how to deal with pets that talked.

As Freya and Mask walked further into the Dentech network, they found themselves on a glass road. They didn't notice it at first, as the network seemed rather deserted, and the glass shine was obscured by some dust. Eventually, however, they came to realize it, and not a moment too soon, for they found themselves flanked by two Gunner turrets and Melody-note viruses!

Viruses spotted, two Gunners and Two Melodies. Freya said before scanning the viruses. More weakings? Mask scoffed at seeing the viruses and their HP values. Lets just move on Puppet. Mask said haughtily, nose in the air. You don't call the shots here rodent. Now why don't you be a good rat and try to avoid ending up as junk data. Freya retorted to the SP as she turned back to the viruses.
Firebomb, Hi-Cannon, Dashattack. Freya said systematically, listing off the chips she wanted. Just be careful Freya. Jack warned as he slotted in the trio of chips, waiting for Freya's assault upon the viruses.
Sliding her feet into a combat stance while simultaniously forming a barrier around her body and summoing a round object in her hand, heat radiating out of the object, Freya looked over to the Gunner viruses, completely immobile, they would make easy targets for her bomb. So, cocking her arm backwards, Freya calculated the distance between her and them as she threw it at the duo of viruses, moving from her spot immediately in an attempt to avoid being bounced on or shot at.
Following up with her last attack, she summoned a large fishy cape above her head, grabbing the handle that came down, Freya rocketed off towards one of the Melody viruses, hoping that the other Melody was in her line of attack as she skidded to a halt several meters later.
Finishing up her assault, Freya summoned a large handgun in her charred hand, looking towards the Melody she hadn't attacked. She aimed her sights at it as she stood her ground, steadying her aim and waiting for the right time, squeezing the trigger on her weapon, sending a blast of energy at the Melody.
Mask, however, scurried around the battle field, attempting to not be caught in the crossfire.

Throwing a nice little explosive towards the turret viruses, Freya made a break for it as the Gunners fired on her. Luckily, she managed to avoid some of the shots, but not all, and her wooden exterior was all that protected her. The Melody attempted to rush her, but the DashAttack proved them wrong as she smashed right through a Melody and a Gunner. A nice little show of gunmanship later, and the last Melody found its grave as well.

Walking over to the chip data, Freya shrugged at the Binder1. Chip data is chip data I supose... she said to herself as she downloaded it to Jack, as well as the zenny, whilst Mask soveled the bugfrags into her mouth, eating like a pig before gulping them down and turning to Freya. Still need more Puppet. Still hungry. the rat SP demanded of Freya as she walked past her master. Freya quickly followed and lead, she knew that Mask was helpless on her own.

Freya and Mask traveled onwards through the glass road in search of other things to shoot things at. They found the end of the road linked to a massive tree in the middle of a grassy field. The tree was circled by a couple of wisps of light and inhabited by three swarms of bees in their hives. The wisps noticed the intrusion, and flew towards Freya in an attack!

Finally walking onto some natural terrain a sigh of relief sounding from her, Mask just shaking her head. Puppet. Virus signatures detected. Mask mumbled loud enough that Freya could hear, turning her head to the grouping of viruses that had formed around the tree. I can see that rodent. I think those balls of light aren't going to let us through, neither are those other three. Freya retorted as she examined the HonyeBomber viruses, as well as the wisps. Fire chips, Jack, Heatshot and Firehit1. Want to get rid of those wisps before I move onto the stationary targets. She said targeting the Wisps mentaly as Jack shook his head. First she hates fire...now she enjoys it...I will never understand her. Jack mumbled as he slotted in the requested chips, waiting for Freya's next move.

Clenching her wooden fist into a large ball of sortsm, it quickly lit ablaze with flickering flames, dashing towards the virus, she fiented to the side like she did with the Mushy two battles ago, sending her slightly off balance as she aimed at the virus and attempted to predict where it would move, sending a flaming punch right towards the virus, hoping to punch right through it thanks to the grass below.
Finishing her attack upon one of the two viruses, Freya quickly turned to the second, uploading the data as a small gun of flames appeared in her hand. standing her ground on the, now burned, soil under the grass before hand, Freya mentally locked onto the virus by way of her processors as she attempted to get a bead on it as she sent a blast of flame it's way, hoping to char and delete it with the grass undernieth as she moved from her spot, hoping to avoid any and all possible counter attacks.
Meanwhile, as Freya attacked the Will O the Wisp viruses, Mask had her own plans this time. Using the barrier her master gave her as a means of actual defence, Mask ran towards one of the HoneyBomber viruses with much grace on her four paws, she lifted her tail high and turned quickly away from the virus as her tail attempted to graze the floating virus, should it connect, no actual damage would happen immediately, but a burn would surely show up on the virus's exterior and inflict harm not much later.

As Freya fired on the wisps, they nimbly dodged the hits thrown by the puppet virus. However, just as she appeared to be attacked, something caused the wisps to suddenly become scared for some reason, and they fled the battlefield without delay. Meanwhile, Mask leapt up and grazed one of the HoneyBombers with its tail. The hive merely buzzed on unawares.

Damn it. Freya cursed under her breath, watching as the viruses dodged her attacks as if they weren't there and quickly fled soon after. Shifting her weight to her legs, she quickly requested the FireKnife from Jack's folder, she got it immediately. Stay out of my way Mask. Freya said as she summoned a small hilt in her hand, gripping it tightly, flames spouted from the top as she summoned a barrier around her body.
With the fire molding into a sharp blade, Freya tossed the blade into the air, flipping it downwards as she grabbed the weapon's hilt, she rushed towards one of the HoneyBombers with great speed. Blade in hand, Freya jumped at the HoneyBomber's body, attempting to impale the weapon into it's torso as she hoped for no counterattack from the virus in question as she used her momentum to flip over the front of the virus and onto the soft grass behind it.

Freya and her mask plodded on until they found they couldn't plod along well enough anymore due to an expanse of glass at their feet.
Three giant balls flew past Freya and rolled back around and stood their ground, well, as best as they could, to reveal Armadills! In front, Freya could spot two towering figures with equally towering shields seeming to be defending something...
A green bush peeked out from behind one of the Ironshields, then zipped back behind it, absolutely frightened of the puppet and her mask.
The Armadills took this as a sign of attack and started to curl up....

Damn...surrounded. Freya breathed as she took note of the three Armadills that had just barely missed her and Mask, they had all managed to surround the two and were ready to attack again. Mask, I am doing this alone. See you after. Freya said as she turned her head downwards to her SP, a small circle under Mask forming and sending her back to the PET. Now that Mask is gone...I don't have to worry about her getting deleted... She said as she tensed. DoubleNeedle, Jack. she said quickly, forming a barrier around her body.
Quickly acting on her part, wasting not a moment, Freya bolted from her position. Moving quickly to the left, away from the Ironshield and Shrubby viruses, Freya attempted to get away from the viruses and into a wider open area so that she may break away and out of being surrounded by the Armadills.
Stopping and turning to one of the Armadill viruses, Freya materialized a small crossbow in her hand and loaded two arrows onto the launcher. Taking mental aim at the virus and attempting to steady her aim, she pulled the trigger on her weapon and sent the two arrows flying at the virus, hoping her attacks hit home and delete it.

Immediately sensing the threat the viruses posed, Freya elected to send away her SP to keep her safe. And so began Freya's bid to escape the ring of hardy looking viruses. She made a dash to her left, leaving the Ironshields and Shrubby in the dust right away. The Armadills presented a bit more of a problem. Curled up and ready to attack, one of them launched itself at the wood Navi. She barely managed to avoid it.
A second attack came practically from behind as another Armadill careened past Freya and missed entirely. Ignoring it for the moment, Freya took careful aim at her first attacker and loosed two arrows from a crossbow. Both struck dead on, deleting the virus instantly.
The rest of the viruses continued to approach Freya cautiously.

One down... Freya breathed as she tossed the crossbow away, it clanked on the glass once before disappearing. This glass...maybe I can use it to my advantage. Freya mumbled, tapping the glass benieth her feet. Binder, RollingLog1. Freya said to Jack as she stood her ground, two clicks sounding from her PET as she clenched her fist tightly, aiming at one of the Armadills mentally, she was going to take them out here and now one way or another.
Accessing the chip data from her core data, the Binder was first. Summoning a Melody virus to her side, it happily bounced beside her as it waited for it's master's command. Transfering her own signature ability to add accuracy to an attack to the Melody, Freya quickly lifted her arm towards one of the Armadill viruses and stuck a finger out towards it. Bouncing with a squeek, the Melody signalled it was ready as it bounced off towards the virus once...twice...thrice at a low altitude before launching it's self high into the air and attempting to flatten the targeted Armadill benieth it's girth as Freya watched with her arm pointed towards the enemy virus before retracting her finger and forming a fist once more. With a slight rumble from her arm it launched it's self at the enemy with great speed as it attempted to smash into the face of the virus, hopefully with the Melody's attack bringing it's HP down enough so that it may end the virus as it ended it's attack and disappeared, reappearing in it's cavity on Freya's body.
Quickly moving from her position to face the other Armadill virus, Freya quickly accessed her data and accessed the RollingLog chip in her core, ready to launch attacks at the virus. Stopping in front of the virus with a slight skidding motion of her feet Freya summoned two logs in her arms, bringing one of her arms back, she launched the log in her arm at the virus, rolling it across the glass and breaking it all the while. Glass shattered in all directions, espesually in Freya's face but hopefully her barrier would hold long enough to block the shards that would hit her as the attack finished and hopefully hitting the Armadill, Freya used her barrier again, forming it around her body. Quickly following up the previous attack Freya quickly launched the second log from her arm, it rolled along the same path from the first log, over the already destroyed glass as Freya hoped it would be enough to end the Armadill viruses.

The melody goes bouncing off at Freya's request, smacking straight into the Armadill she sent it after and then gleefully bouncing around erratically, completely failing to hit any of the advancing Armadills. Freya follows her first attack up with a fist attack, sending her arm rocketing towards the first Armadill--which increases in speed, rolling towards her. Her fist bounces off of its' armored hide, and then its' armored hide bounces off of her after smacking straight into her barrier, shattering it.
The second Armadill uncurls behind Freya just as she launches the bouncing, glass-shattering ringlog at it, damaging herself (20), the glass, and the poor Armadill (55) (20) all in one shot. The armadill turns to aim itself at her, priming for another shot-- but gets nailed by the second bouncing ringlog (50+5). The glass doesn't even have enough virus left to hit. Freya herself, however, does not come out unscathed from her continued glass-breaking antics. (20)
There's a loud explosion from somewhere to Freya's right, and then a second one caused by a bomb smacking her in the head and exploding. (10) Freya hears a muffled boom from the direction of the Ironshields, and has the good sense to move, avoiding the twin mortar shots that land exactly where she had been. A ringlog catches her from behind in both her ribs and her sense of irony (10), and she twirls around just in time to see the Shrubby, chortling to itself, teleporting away.
The last Armadill uncurls a ways away...
