A small pillar of light appeared in the town network, and out stepped Eternalis.EXE. The blue navi looked around in a bit of wonder as he surveyed his surroundings. Interesting. Where the heck did you send me, Harke?
Oh, you noticed? This is Electown's Network, I wanted you to have more experience with Electric-element viruses. You might be able to power up a bit here. Huh, couldn't argue more. He did need to flex his stuff after his operator bought that shiny new Speed Upgrade, and he was itching to test it out.

Hmm. These are good starters, for once. Canodumbs are targets for your Boomerang. Bunnies are Shotgun targets. Test our that new ability I gave you while you're at it, the operator said as he slotted in his two favorite chips. And, go!
Eternalis felt the familiar rush of battlechip energy, and sprinted into action. Charging up his power, he tested out his new move. Vapor Reassimilation! Instantly, the Navi disappeared into thin air. Then, he reappeared behind the virus group, catching them by surprise. Having obtained vital targeting data in vapor mode, he released the metallic bladed weapon into his right arm and swung it immediately, aiming for an arc that would hit both Canodumbs. Then, he let the Shotgun data flow into his left arm, instinctively dropping into a shooting position. Aiming for the two Bunny, he cocked his gun, charged the energy flux and let out a loud, startling shot towards the two rodents.
Then, he stood ready to avoid any incoming missiles that the enemies might fire at him, should he survive the attack. Gotta stay wary.

The sudden teleportation did catch the viruses in a surprise and the two Cannondumbs was cleaved in half by the Boomerang. The bunnies had enough time to prepare their electric rings, but one was instantly shot by Eternalis' shotgun and the other's attack was a miss when the navi successfully dodged it.

Tch. One virus left. He never liked clean-up work. Harke! FireHit! The operator lazily slotted in the chip, and Eternalis directed the chip data towards his right hand. The red glove appeared in a dim flash and awaited orders. Utilizing the data he acquired earlier, he analyzed the Bunny's movement patterns to get a better shot. Working fast, he activated the chip and threw the punch towards the rabbit in one quick jab. The fire in the glove was activated as a flaming fist flew for fuzzy fluff.
Then, he started to jump around cautiously as a method of dodging the Bunny's fast-moving zappers.

Rather easy first battle. He picked up the rewards and went on his merry ways. Four hundred zenny wasn't too bad for a bust. His buster felt kind of weird, though. In a good-sorta way.

Ahhhh. Much better. Six on one is much more exciting, don't you think, Harke? The Navi said as he scanned his latest battle situation carefully.
Eh, not that exciting. Wait till we get something of a Cybeast nature or something.
What?!
Kidding. Now, I think we can take the Champu with your fragmenter and a well-aimed shotgun. Pump the shotgun a little with your excess energy, and we'll be good to go. I'm sending in the chips, have fun. Chips were slotted in, good times were had. On to the action.
With the strategy all worked up and ready, Eternalis charged his energy storage into the Shotgun, still waiting in his invisible chip queue. Releasing the chip his operator had, he sprang into action as he swiftly locked his sights on a Champu. His left hand gleamed with inner energy as the aqua Navi initiated his ice buildup process. Icy malice burned through his hand as the icicle quickly formed to a nice size. He held his hand, icicle palmed, towards the Champu and opened his hand, shooting the icicle quickly towards the fire virus.
Phew, he sighed as the wall of water appeared before him, shielding the attacks the survivors may launch against him.
The shotgun was still in his hand as the frosty missile disappeared from sight, silently demanding to be used. Of course, he had a much better idea. A head-on shot would be no fun at all, he thought. Focusing on his inner structures, he suddenly disappeared into the air with a resounding 'Poof'. Moments later, he had calculated the distance between the Champus, deeming it close enough, and reappeared behind all the viruses. Quickly bringing up the shotgun to his face, he rechecked his calculations, aimed at the two remaining Champus and fired the shot.

Eternalis builds up some more water in himself before blasting a Champu with an icicle, catching it off Guard and deleting it outright.
Another Champu decided to take revenge, and teleported right in front of the water bearer's face, before Eternalis himself decided to warp behind the viruses, leaving the Champu angrily punching leftover steam.
Eternalis lets his Shotgun loose, slamming the initial force into a Champu, and the other luckily deleting a Powie nearby.
One of the Powie's friends decided to give Eternalis the *WHUMP* literally.

(( RS, I had a 1-Hit Shield. Nevermind. I'll ignore it, heal myself and get a shield this turn. ))
Bah. Irritating Powie. How the hell did it get past his defenses? He examined his wall of water, which didn't seem to be destroyed anyhow. It was still there.
I think it attacked before we got the wall up, his operator commented as the Navi healed himself. I don't particularly care, Harke. The damage is closing up, even. Nothing to worry about. Now, how about sending me a Boomerang, FireHit and Binder? I think that'll take care of things. His operator nodded, and slotted the three chips in quickly, hoping to end the battle sooner. As Eternalis felt the familiar spike in energy, he allowed the Boomerang into his right arm. The metallic object appeared instantly in his hand, ready for use.
Getting into position, Eternalis first started to aim for the Powies, which would be easily done away with instantly with his Boomerang. As he calculated a suitable angle for launching, he took his other processes towards taking out the remaining Champu as well. Finding a nice arc that would hit the Powies, he swung back his arm and threw the large cutter in the air mightily towards the Powies, putting as much strength in it as possible to speed it up and possibly catch the Powies unable to leap away in time.
With the leftover momentum from the throw, Eternalis swiftly released the FireHit data and activated the glove's offensive program, immediately transporting it to his right hand and setting it on fire, although it was not put out by the fact that the arm holding it was purely water. Still spinning, he increased his momentum and let out a dastardly right towards the steam-punching Champu.
Unsatisfied with merely doing the necessary, Eternalis summoned the Melody from his Binder chip data. He hated doing clean-up work, so why not someone else to do the job? The note-shaped virus materialized in front of him, awaiting orders.
Take no prisoners.
The Melody quickly interpreted the order and sprang off into action, aiming towards any survivors. Eternalis had no time to relax as he leapt around randomly, as he had seen the Bunny do to avoid attacks.

((If anything, let's say your shield is IN FRONT of you and the Powie usually attacks from the top. XD))
Eternalis grumbles as he patches himself up, producing a Boomerang the instant the attacking Powie warps back to its side of the field.
He sends it flying, the paper dolls no match as they were torn through with the cutting efficiency of the Boomerang.
The last Champu decided it was a good idea to get up close, again. Fortunately, Eternalis was prepared, and even when the first flaming punch dissipated the wall of water, Eternalis struck back with his own fiery fist, knocking the Champu out.

Eternalis looked around and smirked at his battle spoils. Idiot Champus. Who said it was a good idea to charge up to your opponents... he mumbled as he picked up the zenny dropped by the viruses.
780 zenny. I'm transferring.
Eternalis sent the zenny data to Harke, and not one to dilly-dally, he went on forward, seeking more viruses to bust, and hoping for a bonus chip or two.

Judging by the ludicrous movements of the new targets approaching Eternalis, he wouldn't have to worry about the new opponents he was facing standing there and waiting to be punched. Two iron viruses flew into view, followed by some bouncing bunnies. The random motions of all of the viruses were almost frightening and all of them were clearly holding something in. The flames leaking from the mouths of the moving machines told Eternalis that he needed to make sure that the viruses didn't get a chance to let it out.

Bunnies again. Gar, this was annoying. Ooh, but there was that new type of virus. Harke. I need the database. His operator instantly opened the program, bringing up the vital data about the newly found virus. Volgear. 80HP. Attacks by firing flames from its mouth. Huh, another flame virus. Not too bad. Let's see what we can do with it! Now, icicle a 'Gear and shotgun a couple of Bunnies. Tele-dodge and use the vapor data to power the Binder chip's targeting systems. Go! Eternalis' operator put in the two chips required for the strategy, and his Navi received them promptly, feeling the typical rush of energy usually preceding the input.
Hey, ya bunch of idiots! Over here! Eternalis taunted his enemies before releasing the ice-form codes into his right arm. The ice crystal accumulated in his palm, accelerating as the Navi put more energy into the process. Finally, weapon in hand, he pointed his right hand towards one of the flaming mouths and fired the icy projectile, quickly retrieving after a short while to form the watery wall that was his main defense. Swiftly, he released the Shotgun chip data into his right hand, preparing for his next attack.
The shotgun's barrels shone in the network's lighting as the Navi cocked his gun towards two of the four rodents that hopped about on the battlefield. He'd become so accustomed to this weapon that aiming wasn't a problem for the Navi. Bringing up the gun to his head, the Navi crouched into a quick firing position, not having enough time to execute a more stable position. Locking his sights towards the Bunnies, he activated the firing process and the shotgun shells were fired with a loud bang, making their way towards deletion.
Having made his shot, Eternalis quickly realized that the viruses weren't going to sit around and chat, so he activated his vapor-change process and dematerialized into thin air. He collected his targeting data for use in the Binder later. Reappearing towards the right of the virus group, not too far away, he summoned the Melody virus through the Binder, inducing its appearance in a flash of dim light. He fueled his targeting data into the virus, and the black note glowed a faint green to indicate the new data. Having received no instruction, it simply proceeded to bounce towards the nearest enemy, and any other that happened to fall under its damaging attack.

This post is a formal attention-attracting post, known as a 'bump' in the RE:RN rules. The bump stands by a rule of being posted every 24 hours at a minimum, which this post abides by. This is totally not lawyer-talk.

Eternalis pounds an icicle at the first Volgear, deleting it instantly without it having a chance to unleash its flames.
He moved on to firing a Shotgun at the Bunnys, striking one, but the other bouncing around so much that the shrapnel barely touched it.
Still in aggressive action, Eternalis warped to the side of the Bunnys and activated his Binder chip, squashing the first Bunny and...
...hitting dry ground, but it was bouncing again! A Volgear is smashed, but not down! Another Bunny, on the other hand, is well crushed.
Taking revenge for its allies, the Volgear unleashes hot flames at Eternalis, but his wall of water blocked it off.
