"This'll do." Frag grinned, as he stood his ground. The cold steel that he stood on heightened his senses, as he analyzed the situation. The Billys are inconsequential. What's worrying here are the heavy hitters...
"Get off the panel, Frag." Joseph growled, as he matched the viruses to their types. "Half of that horde can do double damage to you as long as you stay on steel!"
"That's... ridiculous." Frag muttered, as glanced down at his reflection. This horde had firepower to spare--but their immobility was going to cost them.
"Get. Off. The. Steel. Panel." Joseph stressed, as Frag remained stalwart on his iron buttress. "Screw that." Frag's sudden retort left Joseph momentarily speechless, as he watched his Navi flex.
"There's too many of them, and not enough time." Frag replied cooly, as he prioritized targets. "Just give me as much power as you can--and I'll see if I can't blow through them."
Joseph hesitated. He was certain that playing it safe was the right thing, here--but Frag was depending on him. Did he trust his Navi enough?
"Screw it." He found himself saying, as he slotted in a full clip. "BubbleStar! PhoenixShot! Boomerang! Shotgun!"
"BubbleStar?" Frag wondered, as the unfamiliar new chip popped into existance--literally. 3 giant bubbles formed around Frag, and as he thought, they moved... Instinctively, Frag set 3 separate paths, one for each bubble. Each had a separate target--one of those nasty looking turrets that were staring him down. Two were flashier than the other, but Frag would worry about that later. He was already lining up the remaining two turrets, barely releasing the PhoenixShot before grabbing hold of the Boomerang chip, the familiar chip's handle resting only briefly before it was hurled forcibly at the trio of insectoids around the other parameter.
Gasping for breath, Frag forced himself up again. Turning toward the Billys that he had labeled inconsequential, he raised the Shotgun and force-fed digital lead into a pair, hoping that the third would be so awed by the scene that it would not attack...

Due to choosing an immobile target, most of the bubbles hit their marks, only one blowing off to the side, trapping two pumped up gunners in bubbles. Frag then torches two normal gunners with the phoenixshot and all three magtect are destroyed by the boomerrang. He also manages to pick off one billy. One of the gunnerEX's stuggle to break free of the bubble and a billy releases a ball of electricity that moves right over to Frag, delivering a decent amount of pain.

Frag bit down, the pain and a strong scent of ozone dulling his sense temporarily. That virus would pay, he decided.
All in all, his plan had worked. Now, to mop up. Soundlessly mounting the Bubbler that had arrived, he marked the one who had fired. He doubted that he could catch the both of them in the same burst--but he could hope. Discharging the hydrorifle, Frag then caught the pair of volatile cubes that appeared immediately afterwards.
Lightly tossing the Energybombs at the two free turrets, he sat back and watched the fireworks--

One Billy and two Gunners wiped out. The other Gunner, still trapped, does nothing. The Billy, on the other hand, also does nothing, as it had moved out of the way of the Bubbler attack.

As the destruction continued to flare around him, Frag felt an incredible energy flow through his body, his limbs readjusting and recovering as time went by. "Not powering all those subsystems... is liberating." He reflected, as he grabbed his latest armaments, a sleek blue blaster and matching energy blade. His first steps off the metal panel--what Joseph had stressed before--were fast as lightning, as he rushed the remaining Billy, looking as to stab it through with the Sword...
Only to pivot and shove the Cannon into the Billy's face, the barrel glowing with an unnatural power. Force feeding, the virus hot digital lead, Frag used the power from the shot to propel him towards the still trapped Gunner. His sword arm extended behind him, Frag brought his free hand forward, a giant electromagnet extending to form a giant yellow fist. With a roar, he hurled the Magbolt forward, using the chip as a decoy as he pushed forward with a further jolt of speed, sliding his blade up in a sweeping motion as he rushed past the final virus--

Picking up the salvaged turret, Frag fired a few blanks with it to adjust to its kickback--what a kick! This would prove very, very useful indeed.
His repairs completed, he marched on. In the back of his mind, a small voice whispered for him to be cautious...

Many times in popular fiction has the phrase 'we will need a bigger gun' or something similar been uttered. It's typically said when the protagonist (Or whoever says it, really) comes up against what looks like something entirely too large to kill with their current firepower.
In this case, Frag would appear to be facing the 'Bigger gun'.
At first glance it was a massive, towering Cannondumb-- but that was an insult, Frag realized, as its' five cannons brought themselves to bear. This, obviously, was no mere Cannondumb.
It was a MultiCannon.

"Who." Frag stared at the monstrocity, flabbergasted. "Made. Such. A. Retarded. Piece. Of. SHIT?!" In a rage, he stamped off at the giant shoddy scrapheap. "Yes, let's be a wiseass and make something utterly useless," he continued, as the sheer stupidity of the thing before him threatened to overwhelm his systems.
A giant turret. In the middle of nowhere. An immobile, five-barreled blaster. Placed in a completely isolated part of SciLabs. For what purpose? The NetPolice base was quite far from this area. There were no strategic value to place something that couldn't even MOVE here.
Unless... unless there was something of value here. But that was too damn smart for the NetPolice, Frag concluded. But if not the NetPolice, then who?
"Jo, got any idea whose handiwork this is?" Frag bellowed, now at the foot of the giant turret. The guns had been tracking him this entire time, but honestly--for something that big, there was no way for it to turn to fire at its own pedistal. It was obviously made for siege bombardment, and simply put--Frag's dimunative stature was proving to be a boon here. If it proved to be able to flex that far, Frag would simply get on top of it. Let it attempt to shoot itself. Repeatedly. That would truely be a fitting end to this abomination to common sense. Donning a set of climbing claws, Frag proceeded to climb the MultiCannon, using the turrets and wiring as handholds when he pleased.

Frag attempts to climb the MultiCannon, which spins, throwing him off. Frag hears a 'whoosh' from the MultiCannon... and soon finds the cause; four missiles, all inbound on his position. Frag attempts to dodge, but each and every one of them turns impossibly in midair, and hits him, exploding on impact. (10x4)

That was it. Frag dusted himself off as he glared at the giant MultiMissilePlatform. Giving it a resolute middle finger, he promptly turned around and stalked away from the IMMOBILE giant virus.
"Jo, you have the location of this thing down, right?" He growled, as he flexed his aching parts, flowing restorative energy through them even as he left. He wasn't fighting something like this. He would merely bring it to the attention of whatever news agency he could find--within days, this area would be marked, whoever built the monstrocity brought to light, and given any luck, it would be dismantled by a horde of Mr. Progs.
Who knows? Given how he felt at the time, Frag might even join in with a welder or something.

Frag attempts to leave the premises, only to hear what sounds a first like a small whistle, then builds up to a loud 'VWEEEEEEEEEEEEE'. Frag looks to see what the noise is- only to find himself hurtling through the net at breakneck speeds, wondering just what the hell hit him.

And then it wasn't just a missile platform either. This day was getting better and better, Frag decided, as he enjoyed the mandatory scenic tour of SciLabNet. Grabbing out the Guard2--late, he decided, but given the power of the shot he was hit with, probably useless anyhow--he laid down upon it and coasted through the air.

"Where... the hell am I now?" Frag muttered, as he examined his crash site. His limbs ached dully, the pain receding as new data filled in the gaps from that massive blast earlier. Pulling the Guard2 from under him, he polished the bright red shield--it had served him well.
"Just you wait..." He vowed, as he he stared back in the direction of the MultiCannon. "Just for that, I'll take you down myself!"
Standing with his vow, Frag rushed headlong along the same path he had come by air--who knew what he would face on his way back?

Frag sees something somewhat odd ahead of him.
A long table, set for a large meal, completely decked out with fine china and polished silver, is before him. It's long ways along Frag's path, and the single chair at the end closest to him is empty.
The rest of the places are occupied by viruses. They all turn and look at Frag, then look back to the table.
At the end of the table, a massive ElecOgre with a crown sits on the opposite edge of the table, he motions for Frag to sit down.

Viruses? Acting civil? A dining table? What was going on here? Frag clutched his vastly misproportioned head, as he tried to stabilize himself.
Then he saw the giant ElecOgre, and reality snapped like a thread of overcooked pasta. But hell. If he was crazy, might as well ride the crazy to see where it led.
Bowing with a wild grin on his face, Frag settled into the empty chair, stretching out over the cushion as he felt his body begin its long task of recovery. Even as he gave in to the ridiculousness, his body was still ready to spring at a second's notice.

Food? Did Navis eat? Existentialist questions flitted in and out of Frag's mind like so many nasty hornets, before he saw the kyrpto--nope, giant piece of Mystery Data. It was nearly as big as his head.
"Wait, they're going to EAT it?!" Joseph in the real world asked to no one in particular, just as entranced as Frag. Wordlessly, he slotted in a few necessary chips, waiting for the right opportunity--
The sight snapped Frag out of the stupor that he was in. Tapping the table's legs to measure its strength, he began playing out possible scenarios. It wasn't wise to take on all of them at once--but if one of them tried to seize the Mystery Data for itself, then an opportunity would arise. With bated breath, Frag snuck a red shield under the table, waiting for someone to make a move--
