Lucia's Adventures in ACDC

The Melody stayed a bit behind for a bit, as the Tanks fired a volley of bombs towards the fire Navi. Unfortunately, they were foiled by Lucia's Guard, which reflected one of the shots clear back. However, the bombs didn't do just that, it also cracked the floor a fair bit more! Then, after Lucia fired off the Cactball towards a Melody, she accidentally stepped on a cracked panel, causing her to fall into the broken ground!

Lucia's loud "Whoops!" was followed with a shrieked cry as the panel gave way beneath her landing. But cries were met with a soft click in the real world as Vincent snapped in a chip to download. "Focus! Your fine, but this will help all the same." He sighed softly, Must she always be so overly dramatic..

The chip in question made the navi calm down as her arm reached towards the whole panel nearby. With a faint blaze the claws burst forth and dug into the edge of the panel near by. Kicking off one of the falling pieces of panel to get a slight boost, the navi twisted and curled around, showing what flexibility she had as she nearly doubled over and curled back up on the edge. Giving out a low hiss the navi finished with a firm kick off the panel to make an Airstep aided charge towards the group of tanks, slightly zipping back and forth at that speedy pace, until she was within range to give a swift slash of her claws at the center tank.

Other tanks were not forgotten as the navi came to a halt she made a quick side step and let out a roar. Swatting the claws at one of the remaining tanks to try and knock the virus flying into the last of them. "I could have gotten killed you stupid tanks! That's so not cute!!"

With the winds at her beck and call, Lucia got out of the cracked floor safely, slicing down onto a Beetank with impunity. The other Beetanks were also caught by surprise with Lucia's sudden slap technique. The lone Melody didn't like this bashing one bit, though. It bounced up to Lucia, and crushed her under its surprisingly dense black body. (15)

Lucia groaned out loudly from the lingering pains of getting, well crushed under the heavy note. But all it seemed to do was fuel that already burning rage she'd gotten into. Trying not to miss a beat the fiery little navi reached out after the Melody. Trying to catch hold with her claws and give it a heave towards the direction she'd just come from. "Let see if I can be two for two!" Her intent was to send the pouncing virus into the pit she'd just recently escaped from. After all, the tactic worked against a bunny before. If nothing else it got the virus out of her hair just long enough to send attention back to the tanks before her.

Giving a loud hiss, Lucia turned those blades upon the tanks, charging the both of them to try and deliver a quick one two slash on each and send them to join their fallen brethren in partial data form across the net.

Vincent watched the whole ordeal with a soft chuckling, sipping softly at his tea. Seems it's I that's rubbing off on her, sorry family, she won't be making me a kinder man any time soon. Heh..

The Melody had no time to escape Lucia's grasping claws as it was hurled into a deep dark hole. A cry of pain could be heard, and it would be some time before it got back out. Still, it was alive. The Beetanks were quickly dispatched by a couple of slices before they could fire any bombs.

Vincent couldn't contain the faint chuckle at the actions of his navi, shaking his head lightly between sips of his hot tea. "Very good, but it's still alive dear. Send it back into the pit again. And be ready if it climbs back out. Seems they are rather troublesome virii.. We'll have to remember that."

Lucia made a scowl towards the survivor as an arrow was drawn from her quiver and took low stance as gaze turned on the virus. As the bow materialized along wrist and slipped into free hand the arrow was notched and drawn back fully. A slow glow would start to get sent into the arrow as she built the charge for her Sol's Needle strike, a faint Gust of kicking up as she released the arrow with a small squall that sent her hair flickering around wildly."Damn you, stay down!"

"Charge it, be ready just in case it doesn't come back." Orders from beyond the net, though simple as they were sent the fiery navi charging after the burning arrow to be ready with a second attack if the first failed. Claws hand a single use left, and since no other chips had been sent to her, Lucia figured it was the order he'd meant for her to follow. "Can't you be more descriptive! I can't read your mind you know!"

"Point taken, use your claw to finish it off. There, happy now?"

The navi giggled lightly as she approached the broken panel once more, ready to try and give a fierce slash to the last surviving virus should the first fail.

Summary:

Lucia gave a soft huff and brushed some of the cracked panel data off of her before turning to gaither up the rewards. Frowning a little to herself. "Well, money is always good, right master?"

"Yes Lucia, rewards are rewards, though I do believe we will stop after this next fight, I've had my fill of the tea here. So move along."

"Hai! Yes master right away!" Giving a soft hop over the missing panel, the fiery navi began to skip off once more, searching for more adventure.

Lucia's travels took her past another patch of cracked and broken terrain before reaching a stable area with all of its panels intact. There were a number of panels that were missing entirely scattered about, but maneuvering while fighting the viruses she'd just spied probably wouldn't be as hard now. Before her floated two speedy Fishy viruses and a an agile Spikey that was jumping over the missing panels for entertainment. The viruses noticed Lucia and instantly began to approach.

Battle 4 Start!
Lucia gave a soft squeak when she saw this area had missing panels all on its own, frowning at the different virii that she had stumbled upon this time. "Wait, a wolf and two fish? Weird combination.."

Vincent didn't seem nearly as thrilled with the set up, tapping a few keys on his touch holo screen to set things in motion. "Lucia, activate your stage change, lets get an advantage, and be careful of those fish, they are aqua types obviously."

Lucia gave a soft yay as she hopped over a missing panel and then gave herself a quick spin. The action triggered her navi customizer program and sent small partials of glowing data sparkling all around. Aided with a slight flow of wind the shining partials of data drifted around and slowly to the ground. When coming in contact with the panels below, the panels would take up a glow, which quickly spread into the distance as slowly glowing threads started to rise. Spiraling out from the navi's feet the threads would dim to a soft green as the grass panels started to spread out about her.

"Don't hold still, they track you, all of them, keep on your toes and move." With the command given Vincent frowned as he watched the data come in on the virii that they'd encountered. Grumbling softly, Going to be a long fight..

The little navi picked up the orders straight away as she drew and arrow and started on the move, not even taking the time to enjoy the grass between her toes as she took to dodging about. The arrow in hand would be slowly gathering energy little by little before finally she stopped, turned on one of the fish, and let the sparks fly as the fiery arrow was sent sailing towards its target.

Summary:
1. Set Grass [Navi Custom] Change the stage to grass stage.

Concerned with the missing panels, Lucia quickly activated her SetGrass and prepared for quick evasion. Her actions played out well when a good number of the missing panels disappeared and she was able to dodge the expected tackle from one of the Fishy. She fired her arrow towards the Fishy in front of her, but due to the virus' ability to float above the terrain, Lucia wasn't able to inflict the maximum amount of damage...

"Hey! What gives master, it didn't take double damage! I thought you said it was a watery type! It charged me!" Needless to say the navi was quite pissed over the misinformation, but all the same she kept herself on her toes and kept on the move.

Vincent on the other hand frowned over making such a novice mistake as to miss read the data on a virus. "Yeah, sorry babe, name threw me off. They float and charge, so keep away from them. The other will blow fire at you." Giving a soft sigh he'd slot in a chip, followed by a second afterwards, only to smirk at the screen, "Besides, you're the one that called them fish, it threw me off before the data came in."

Lucia fumed about that last comment, about to complain again but the twin barrels of the Shotgun chip burst forth atop the fiery navi's wrist. "Fine fine, just be that way, its all my fault!" She'd hop from where she was over another missing panel to keep herself on her toes, turning the barrels towards the wolf before blasting those twin rounds towards the virii, hoping one of the fishes was still close enough to be hit by it as well.

Second chip was, at this point her favorite and life saving defense chip. The large met hat shield materialized itself against her arm, just in case that charging virus or wolf got the idea to counter attack.

The Fishy behind and in front of Lucia zoomed past her as she dodged the dashes quite easily. The Shotgun she took out barely hit the Spikey as it moved, blasting it with a well-aimed shot. "Lucia, burn of the wolf, then get those others to stop charging so much." This battle seemed to be rather annoying, if only because they all had so much hp compared to the damage Lucia could put out at once. So very troublesome...

Lucia kept herself on the move, stopping only briefly to draw an arrow and notch it in her bow. In a fiery flash it was released, the arrow burst into flames almost upon release from the string, sending the burning line towards the wild wolf virus.

"Lucia, the fish behind you, throw it at the other to get them both together again before your hit in the back." To aid in such an order, her claws were slotted in and sent to the little navi.

Giving a slight blink she'd hop to another panel and set her focus upon the healthy virus, squeaking out a soft "Yes master!" as right arm burst into flames, the fire expanding over hand before drawing back away, leaving behind two slightly red heated claws behind extending from her wrist. Then she waited for the inevitable charge by the flying virii.

Giving a deep huff she waited patiently for it to come, giving a slight side step as she thrust her claws towards the Fishy, hoping to catch it off guard in its charge, and use its own momentum against it. Trying to knock its course straight into the other virus instead. A slight blast of air would strike shortly after release, to give it an extra boost towards the new intended target.

With a well-aimed arrow, Lucia eliminated the Spikey threat, and awaited the Fishys' assault. The fiery navi couldn't help but give a faint hop and cheer at just how well her little plans worked out. "Haha! That's right, picked the wrong navi didn't you ya little Bit-" "Enough! Finish the job while they are preoccupied!" Scowling to himself, the net opp would send the easily distracted navi another chip.

Meanwhile Lucia went from her cheery little dance to a hop, skip and run towards the two virii while they were still trying to pull themselves apart from one another. The distraction was just what she needed as the large green ball formed in her arms, Movements altered just slightly to allow her to send that cacti head bowling ahead of her towards the Fishy she'd just thrown.

Being just a few steps behind it she couldn't help but give out a low roar as fiery claws slashed against the virii. First dealing with the one closest to death, wanting to put it out of it's misery. Then she would turn those claws upon the other if ht managed to survive the first assault.

3. Rageclaw1 [Battlechip] 40 Null Damage + Slashing @ Fishy B[should the need be there]
Lucia brought out a spiked CactBall and prepared to throw it at one of the Fishy viruses. When it began rolling along, its target suddenly started charging straight at Lucia... and the ball. It split into three spiky spinning projectiles that collided with the virus and deleted it seconds later. She charged at the next and weaker Fishy with her RageClaw ready to go as the virus decided to attack. It flew at Lucia, but the Navi dodged to the side and raked her claw against the virus as it passed, deleting it.

Lucia once more started into her cheering as the last virus was sliced into digital ribbons and quickly broke down into small partials of data dust. As she surveyed the battlefield and started transferring all the zenny data she soon stopped. Only to squeal out loudly and charge towards the remains left behind by the Spikey. "Master, Master! Lookie! We got a chip data, and-and it's a fire chip! I got my first fire chip. Yay!!"

Vincent, while thrilled with the spoils of this battle could only shake his head and take on a faint smile of mild amusement as he slipped a blank chip into place to download the data onto and save it while checking its info. "Well you are correct dear, Heatshot, it's much like your shotgun, if slightly less powerful. But given your type, I'd say it shall be a great asset to us for quite some time."

"Enough of your cheering for now Lucia, since you've done so well up to now, I shall offer you a choice. Shall we continue on, deeper into this network. Or move on to the next and perhaps make a pit stop to get you a few power upgrades that will aid in any future battles we find."

Giving a slight blink, the little navi decided to plop her butt right down on the grass and cross her arms, as if trying to mock some deep thought preparations. But such thought was beyond the free spirited program as soon enough her hand lowered down to smooth through the grass. "Well... the upgrades do sound nice, but I love the feel of the grass. I want to stay here and play a little more!"

"Very well, get up and get going then, let us see what the next surprise awaits us." Vincent had quite the smirk across his lips as he watched his navi rise and dust herself off. Thrilled she was as willing to travel deeper into the net without his forcing her. Just seems she's easier to deal with when it's something she wants, such an interesting navi..

(Requesting Battle 5))
As Lucia trudged forward, she found that the road ahead seemed much more stable, and had no potholes or cracked tiles of any kind. She did see one anomaly, though; some of the panels had scratched lines on them, all running more or less parallel in the same direction. The scratches weren't enough to damage the panels, but she wondered what could have caused it.

She didn't have to wonder long, for her answer soon lay in front of her. A Metool, or, rather, half a Metool, stood defiantly in her path. It seemed to have been cleaved by someone so hard that the virus still lived on, sparks still flying from the spot of halving. The half-Metool dragged behind it a dozen or more pickaxes, probably picked off fallen comrades. How it carried that many mining implements Lucia didn't know, but what she did know was that all of them were being pointed in her direction with a hiss of hostility.

-BATTLE FIVE, FIGHT!!-
Lucia had falling into following along that scratch line in the panels, mostly because it was something out of the ordinary and she was far to curious for her own good, skipping along the network with a soft humming, just to come to an abrupt stop when she heard a hiss ahead of her. Those many pick axes caught her attention first, only to give out a soft shriek at the sight of her newest foe.

Vincent turned his focus back upon the holo screen when he heard the shriek, giving a frown at the new enemy that came before them. "Your honestly afraid of that thing Lucia?"

"What? No no, it's ugly! Can I delete it please please! It looks like its hurting or something, being cut in half like that!" She stopped herself and gave another gasp, "Maybe it's a ghost!!"

Grumbling softly Vincent would tap a few buttons on screen, clueing in the navi to her first command, "Ghosts can't exist on the net, its data, and data can be corrupted or deleted, we'll do the latter, but we'll be smart about it."

Lucia gave a quick nod and moved herself away from the scratched up panels, taking the first move before landing upon toes and giving a quick spin around. The spin had to effects upon her it seemed, the first, scattering small particles of data about and set in motion the effects of her set stage change navi custom program. Wanting to get a field advantage early on over her new foe, and what better to battle on then a beautiful field of grass.

Second effect was to get the flames circling her frame from wrists and legs. Even hair seemed to glow a bit brighter. Quickly encircling every inch of the fiery navi, as it began to fade steadily it left her more properly dressed, a long orange jumpsuit seemed to form itself atop her current attire, Crimson plates had formed around hips, chest, even wrists and shins. Giving her a light set of armor to protect herself from any on coming attacks, though shortly after its formation did the flames burst through the small vents atop new gauntlets and greaves, allowing those that fiery spirit of hers to always shine forth. "Alright little runt, bring it on!!"
