Inside the shop

"Hey hey hey! Aren't you getting frisky with your money, I like that!" Collecting Steve's requested upgrades one by one, placing them in a small white box, Suitachi took the money from the operator and placed the upgrades on the counter. "Let's see...Alright, everything looks set." The shopkeeper slid the box towards Steve and began sorting the money on his cash register.

"Have a nice day!"

Having just withdrawn a large wad of cash, Lex entered the shop with a smile on his face; it was the first time he had ever held that much money. Walking up confidently towards the counter with a grin upon his face, Lex's ego was knocked back down to regular levels when he saw another customer nonchalantly dish out even vaster sums of money as if it were a regular occurrence, "I've got a long way to go..." he mumbled to himself.

Finding the familiar looking shop owner, Lex placed his order when he was sure he held their attention, "Umm... Could I have a speed upgrade and a few process upgrades please?" holding out the freshly withdrawn bundle of cash.

(Speed Upgrade = 5000z and Process Upgrades 3,4,5 and 6 = 1800z Total = 6800z)
God, this place always freaks me out, thought Suien as he crossed the entrance threshold of the immaculate Navi Shop, Every freaking time I come in here, it's like looking in a mirror. If I were a more of a conspiracy theorist, I would swear that he was like my evil twin or something. He took another long look at the simplistic decor of the store, before sidling up the front counter and laying his PET on the glass frame. Making a friendly nod to the afro-haired youth beside him, Suien flipped through the sales binder to check his options. We managed to obtain a fair profit from that last run, but I still can't really afford the upgrades I'll be needing. he thought, frowning, In any case, Rass is going to need a more stabilized power core if we're going to take advantage of his programming... Noticing some of the newer stock and glancing wistfully one last time at some of the more exorbitantly priced items, Suien cleared his throat and addressed the shopkeep.

"I'd like to pick up a few upgrades. 3 Buster PowerUps all set to Attack, a level 10 process upgrade, and 120 points worth of signature edits," he said, numbering off the queue on his fingers as he spoke, "Unless my calculations are incorrect, that should come out to 16,120 Zenny. I've already prepared and authorized the transfer in that amount."

((

Looking up at the two customers coming in, Suitachi grinned. "Alright, now there's some good spending you young'uns are dishing out!" Swiping the zenny given by the shorter of the operators, he quickly did a disappearing act off to the back room, and some stumbling and crashing could be heard. Then, the door opened, and two boxes full of upgrades flew through the air, landing with a BAMF perfectly in front of his customers.

Then, suddenly, the shop owner appeared from under the counter. "Peekaboo," said the man, before saying his signature end-greeting. "and have a nice day. Oh, but that Sig Edit is worth 180z. So unless you want it, I'm not giving it to you unless you add on 60z."

"Hey thanks for all that!" Lex said quickly before dashing out of the door, items bundled in his arms jangling as he went.

<Exit to ACDC>
Suien cursed under his breath and checked his account. With a meager 100 Zenny remaining in his account, he would be a long way away from affording any major purchases for the time being. On the other hand, with only 280z on hand, it wouldn't make much of a difference whether he made the purchase or not. Shrugging his shoulders, Suien collected his purchased upgrades, inspected them momentarily, and tucked them away into his side pocket.

"Sure thing" he said to Suitachi, shaking his head and swiftly entering a series of commands into his PET, "180Z, you've got it."

Process Edit: 180Z
"Hm, alright then. Here you go," said Suitachi as he handed the purchase to Suien, having kept it in reserve just in case. "Have a nice day."

Suien GET: Process Edit
Suien LOSE: 180z
Suien nodded in affirmation, tucking the process edit into his pocket and, wanting to spend no more time than necessary in the store, quickly darted off toward the station.
Dave walked in, took his headphones off, and stepped to the counter. He was looking at the goods for a minute, and then turned to the shop owner.
"Hi there" - he said - "I'd like to buy two Process Upgrades for level 5 and 6, and a Process Edit for cap 100"
He was crooning the last track he listened as he prepared the money.

-----------------
Process Upgrade #5 - 500z
Process Upgrade #6 - 600z
Process Edit - 100z
((Hey Mosu, you can re-reg your sigs free if you buy sig expansions. You don't need to buy the edits.))

Sieg entered the shop, this time neither in a hurry, tinkering, or lost in thought. A minor miracle of sorts. He stepped to the counter, and put down a shopping list, that seems to have been printed by some kind of ancient matrix printer, on a piece of paper that was already quite yellow from age.

Custom Expansion level1 1000Z

The face of your enemies when you whip

For everything else, there is PowerCard
Suitachi had a strange look at Dave as he was more focused on the music than the upgrade, but business is business and the money was coming in. "Alright then, if you could hold on just for a second..." Just before he was about to go into the backroom storage, he saw Sieg come in and heard his request for the following upgrades. "...Maybe a minute will do."

After a few moment later, the shopkeeper came out with three separate bags on his hands and handed each one at the operators. "This should do..." Suitachi sat on his counter chair and began to sort the money onto the register. "Have a nice day"

"Hmm, done." Steve said as he finished up editing Druidman's signature attacks. "That wasn't as bad as I thought it would be." he said, stowing his PET away and walking out of the door.
Dave realised that he didn't need the process edit, so he'll have to pay less for the stuff.
"Yeah, then I can go and buy a hamburger"

"Thanks" - he said, put on his headphones and walked off, heading to the nearest fast food restaurant
Marius walked through the sliding shop door with both his hands in his pocket, giving a small shiver from the cold fall wind. "How the time passes by..." He pulled his PET out from his jacket and pulled out a small chip with a big "Z" in the front label, setting them down onto the counter. "Hey, Suitachi? I need the Custom Expansion, a pair Process Upgrades, and another pair of Process Edits?"

Requested Upgrades

"Hm? Oh, all right. Custom Expansion, 2 Process Upgrades, and 2 Process Edits, got it," said Suitachi as he walked up from his seat. Then, he pulled a wet handkerchief from his pocket, and suddenly flung the piece of cloth at Marius' eyes, covering it! Quickly, he brought up the upgrades needed to the counter and swiped the Zenny chip. All in the space of time when the kerchief slowly slid down from Marius' face.

Marius GET: Custom Expansion, Process Upgrade x2, Process Edit x2
Marius LOSE: 5020z
"..."

Marius was completely unphased when Suitachi's little handkerchief covered his eyes, but showed some sign of interest when the list of upgrades he requested was neatly placed on the counter. He keeled down to pick up the piece of cloth and handed it over to the shopkeeper. "Thanks for the tricks and the service." With the upgrades in a convenient plastic bag, Marius walked out of the shot casually.
The store remained the same as usual, and Tsujsa glanced at the new stock of upgrades on the poster.

"...Interesting." Tsujsa said as he walked over to the counter where Suitachi was.

"I'd like 2 process upgrades please..." He said, before thinking of which suitable upgrade to buy.

"...And a knockback shot upgrade. Thanks." He finished as he placed the PET on the counter.

Summary:
2 x Process upgrades = 700z
Knockback Shot Upgrade = 1000z

Total: 1700z
Suitachi watched one customer leave as another walked in as fast as the former left. "Wow, another? Hm.... that comes to about... 1700z. All right. Here you go," said the shopkeep as he deftly went under the counter, swooped up the upgrades and put them on the countertop.

"There, and have a nice day-" DAMMIT! He forgot to say that to his earlier customer! Ach!

Leaving the shop with a expression of gratitude in his face, Tsujsa checked his PET for the upgrade details.

Well. It looks like there was going to be endless opportunities to tweak with Validus's attacks.

[[Heading back to ACDC]]
Shigeru stood near the door for something on hours, as if in a trance, just ignoring the fact that he had never actually exited and gone back to his old spot within Scilabs. He kept going over strategies with his navi, looking outside, ignoring entirely the Buy something or please get out sign that had been taped up in front of him about a half hour in.
But that all ended when a small *ping* finally sounded from his PET. Shigeru woke his head as if waking from a deep sleep, looking around to see where he was. He finally saw the sign, and sheepishly moved aside, tearing it down and stuffing it in a trash can.
Eh... sorry about that. I'll be sure to actually get outside before I go comatose next time. How's this to make it up to you, though... I'll take... Nine process upgrades, and a Seeking Shot buster upgrade.
