Inside the shop

Suitachi was feeling a bit cranky today, and this comatose customer didn't help, but he felt he shouldn't take it out on a customer. "Alright. Gimme a second," the shopkeep said as he lazily went to a box behind the counter space, getting a few components from the box. Packing them into a plastic bag, he handed them to Shigeru.

"Have a nice day."

Shigeru let out a quick thank you, before dashing out of the store, already ripping the upgrades out of their cases and slotting them into the PET.

Urgently, he rushed into the store. He really had no time to look around and pick things, but if he were to be careful, he would have to take his time and remember the rules for programming Rafflesiana. She needed to have her strength expanded by programs and exposure to battlechips to increase her potential to upgrade her Processing Potential. Realizing this, Xenneth had quickly snatched a Buster Upgrade, nothing to himself that she was weak with her buster, he knew that it could be tweaked, if only slightly, by a single Upgrade for an elemental advantage.

If her potential would be expanded by that, then he could unlock more of her potential for battle. Xenneth had thus made his choice. Dashing to the counter as he read the menu and checked the prices, he had whipped out his small card that had a programmed amount of Zenny upon it that he knew should be enough.

"Umm...e-excuse me," he had chanted, "...can I order an Element Shot Buster Upgrade and two Process Upgrades...please?!" he had cried out urgently as if he was in a panicked hurry.

He hoped deeply that Rafflesiana was okay.

Seeing one of his customers rush into the store and order with a panicked voice, Suitachi tried to calm the operator down. Hey, hey, calm down, boy. Calm down. No rush, I've got your upgrades. The shopkeeper then reached covertly under the counter and grabbed the appropriate upgrades, placing them quickly on the counter. He then slotted the Zenny card into the counter and the machine beeped, indicating purchase approval.

There you go, and have a nice day, Suitachi said.

Nodding his head accordingly, Xenneth had whipped his body around and quickly ran out the store with his items intact. He was quick to take note to the instructions to installing the upgrades.

"Hold on Rafflesiana!" he had chanted, "I'm on my way!"

Mazer got off the bus at the stop nearest the store, and entered. He approached the counter, and placed his PET on the table.

Oh, morning. Yeah, all right, I'll bring 'em, Suitachi said as he went towards a glass display behind the counter and smashing through it with his MANLY FIST, grabbing the upgrades from behind the display and placing them on the counter, ignoring his bloody hand.

There, he said, and have a nice day.

Mazer GET: Speed Upgrade, Process Upgrade x3

Mazer jumped back in surprise as Suitachi drove his fist through the glass and retrieved the upgrades. He looked at Suitachi with a strange look on his face, and nervously took the upgrades.

"Uh... um... you may want to get that checked out... bye!"

He quickly turned away and walked out of the store.
{Is that guy insane all the time, or just whenever I enter the store?

Toni hit her second and final shop of the day. Same as before, she snapped down her zenny card and looked Suitachi dead in the eye. "Process Upgrade. 400 zenny. Hurry it up."

Yes ma'am, Suitachi said as he charged Toni's card and produced the requested upgrade. Have a nice one.

Toni took back her stuff and hustled out. There was work to be done.

Harke ran into the shop with surprising alacrity as he slammed down the zenny card in his hand with gusto.

Mr. Shopkeep. Process Upgrades 8 and 9, 1700z, please. I'm in a bit of a hurry, he said rather quickly, catching his breath for a bit.

Suitachi looked up at the customer walked up to the counter.

"Two upgrades, eh? Alright then."

Suitachi accepted the zenny and handed Harke the two process upgrades.

Harke shouted a Thanks a lot, then as he sprinted out the door with much haste, not forgetting his upgrades.

As the door opened wide, a small teen(?) walked into the store looking around at the selection. He(she? It wasn't a very male looking kid and the toque and cough mask didn't help.) looked rather fascinated with the entire store and the selection of upgrades specifically. As he managed to go to counter his head managed to just come over the counter.

Producing some zenny, he tried to cough a bit to try to make his voice mature(which failed when you sound like a child), "Excuse me good sir, but I would like 1 process upgrade please. It's for my navi who's fighting viruses."

((Buying Process upgrade number 1 for 100 zenny.))

Ah, a new face. Good to see young'ins buying process upgrades these days... Suitachi thought as the kid (or was it?) strolled in and struggled to buy something.

"Sure, sure. Hold on," Suitachi said as he reached for the Process Upgrade pile he'd stocked up behind the counter, and bent over the counter to hand it to Aoi. "There you go, kid. Have a nice day."

Aoi's eyes watched the guy patiently as he exchange the cash for the Process Upgrade. Ignoring the 'kid' comment, he bowed politely and took the package and said, "Thank you very much sir." As he took the package and began to figure out what to do with it.

Dave walked into the store, absentmindedly shaking his head and mumbling to himself. "Damn fast bus system, that is..."

He looked around the store, and approached the front desk, mumbling replaced by an off-key, whistled rendition of Crazy Train. Despite having already decided upon his purchase, he flipped through the stock binder. After a minute, he cleared his throat. "Hey, could I get a process upgrade?". He reached for his wallet, then paused, and tilted his head slightly. "This one would be the first I've bought, so that would be one hundred zenny, right?"

"Wow, so many people buying Process Upgrades recently. It's making me a fair bit of money," Suitachi said happily. It didn't take him long to reach back, grab the desired item from his pile behind the counter and lightly toss it down on said counter. "And yes, that's 100 zenny. Just drop it on the counter and you're free to go." The shopkeeper kept a cheerful smile on his face as he waited for Dave to pay.

Dave fumbled with his wallet for a moment, counted out 100 zenny, and placed them on the counter.

"Alright, that would be the one hundred. Thanks, mate!"

He grinned, grabbed his purchase, turned on his heel, and walked towards the stores entrance, resuming his whistling as he did so.
