No, since I hit him, I'm at fault, but I have Colision Insurance (you are required by law to hve inurance in PA), so I just have to pay a $500 deductable, and I have Rental Coverage, so I'm not without wheels.

Alright, let me explain. I'm driver A, he guy I hit is Driver B, the car in front is driver C, and the fourth car is D. Car D was coming out of the warehouse parking lot and skid into the road without breaking, turning to avoid an accident. Car C, braking to avoid an accident, skid and turned sideways. Car B braked no problemand seems too be the only car in the senario that didn't hit ice. Car A tries to brake, fails, tries to swerve, fails, hits Car B, bounces, and hits railing on edge of freaking clif. Driver A starts thanking God that the rail held.

Yes, yes. Pile-up. I'm just saying that there are extenuating circumstances that may enable you to stave off paying the deductible. Buuuuuuut, whatever. I've got a paper to write.

More or less, though plenty of people still drive without insurance. Some places are stricter and require the DMV to inform police of all people with vehicles without insurance. Blah....Blah blah....Yakkity yakk...

ACtually, no, less than 30 states have it as law that you need insurance.

What is great is that it has nothing to do with being able to speak Spanish. It's merely a joke about the people who have to run around and look at every little thing in games. It's only in Spanish so it is a tad less obvious...And most likely fits the setting of the game.

I'm recovering from the lies, but my schoolwork is already too far down the toilet to plunge out.
Especially after getting 5 days ISS for yelling at people in two different classes.
