I have one that I can speak fleuently, two if you count some classroom French, and three if you count a few assorted words in Japanese and knowing how the honorific system works.

Shur (this is assuming you grew up there), was english optional or required.

English was not optional at all. Same for German and French. We HAD to take those classes. And yes, I grew up in the Netherlands.
