Name: Vid-Kid (Version 1)/Screen-Teen (Version 2) [MUHAHAHAHA!! Bad-Puns will prevail!!]
HP: 60/120
Element: Elec
Area-of-encounter:
Vid-Kid: Netopia
Screen-Teen: Netopia / SciLab
Description:
Vid-Kid: Vid-Kid is a petit virii, only slightly bigger than a Mettaur, and has a dull metallic skin with a robot-like mouth. The virii has a spiked blonde hair (sparking out a small charge of electricity once in a while), a pair over sized white gloves, a blue sunglass, and carries a small silver laptop that constantly flashes with videos. Vid-Kid constantly watches videos through his trusty laptop, while sitting down on the ground, and laughs non-stop, even in the heat of battle. Their behavior goes bit-berserk when they're either disturbed from the videos they were watching or do any type of harm to the laptop.
Screen-Teen: Screen-Teen could be labeled as the "grown-up" version of Vid-Kid. Now it stands little shorter than a full grown Spikey. His hair is now long, hanged down and sparks a large charge of electricity, unlike his past-self, but he still carries the same blue sunglass, the pair of white gloves (Now perfectly fitting his hands) and a brand new head phone hanging on his neck. Since his body is grown, Screen-Teen is now in a yellow shirt, with a picture of an old-school TV with live screen constantly buzzing in static (Teletubby anyone?), a blue vest, and a camo pants. He upgraded his trusty laptop into a smaller, sleeker design to catch up with today's technology. The personality of Screen-Teen hasn't changed much from their childhood, laughing in public no matter how embarrassing it may be and the dedicated love towards those moving pictures. Screen-Teen can literally watch videos for 24/7 if they wanted to and their knowledge of nets is unparallel to other intelligent viriis.
Attack:
Vid-Kid: Even though the Vid-Kid may be sitting down and enjoying his videos, it still doesn't mean he's not paying any attention to the battle! The Vid-Kid attacks by quickly turning the laptop to face their opponent and fire a short stream of light-beam through the laptop screen, heading straight towards the eye. The Vid-Kid quickly turns it back and continues to watch his videos. [20 Damage/Elec/Low hit-rate/Chance to lower opponent's hit-rate]
Screen-Teen: Screen-Teen's concentration of the battle heightened compare to Vid-Kid. His TV on his T-Shirt starts to flip through different channels and glows with multiple colors.
-Late Night Channel: Screen-Teen's chest grows with smog like color. The TV stops flipping through channel and emit a large static noise. Screen-Teen crosses his arm over his chest and bursts out a large stream of smoke-like beam towards his opponent.
[30/Lowers opponent's hit-rate/Elec]
-Happy Fun Channel: Screen-Teen's chest grows with gold color and grows bigger by the second. The TV stops at a specific channel, playing a catchy and blithe music over and over again. Screen-Teen crosses his arm over his chest and bursts out a large stream of sunshine-like beam towards his opponent.
[45/Chance to lower opponent's hit-rate/Elec]
-Document Channel: Screen-Teen's chest grows with blue color and grows bigger by the second. The TV stops at a specific channel, playing a orchestra music (And once in a while, a deep voiced man documenting the current battle, jkjk). Screen-Teen crosses his arm over his chest and bursts out a large stream of blue beam towards his opponent.
[60/Low hit-rate/Elec]
Ability:
Vid-Kid:
-Weak against Wood
-Stays on one area/High chance of getting hit
-When an elec. type attack is hit, it doubles his attack power for one turn and 100% hit-rate
Screen-Teen:
-Weak against Wood
-High agility
-"Late Night Channel" raises its attack power by +20 when the virii attacks during 10 P.M. till 7 A.M board time.

-"Document Channel" raises it hit rate to hit opponent when the virii attacks during 5 P.M. till 9 P.M. board time.
Chips:
Vid-Beam 1/2: When the chip is activated, a thin holographic mirror appears in front of the navi's hand. When the mirror is faced towards the opponent, the mirror starts to emit small yellow charges, getting bigger by the second. The mirror charges up to its limit and fires a multicolored light beam towards its enemy.
Damage:
40/80
Ability:
-When "Vid-Beam" is shot during 11 P.M. till 7 A.M., The beam turns darker and gains a chance to lower enemy's hit-rate.
-When "Vid-Beam" is shot during 8 A.M. till 2 P.M., The beam turns brighter and gains +20 attack points.
-When "Vid-Beam" is shot during 3 P.M. till 6 P.M., The beam turns surprisingly small, but spreads into multiple beams [Damage reduces to 20/40 and spreads up to 2-3 enemies]
-When "Vid-Beam" is shot during 7 P.M. till 10 P.M., The beam becomes larger then ever and gains a guard break ability.
-When "Vid-Beam" is shot during SATURDAY, 8 A.M till 2 P.M., The beams turns even more multicolored and gains a chance to "disorient" the opponent without the +20 boost.

The single white glove scares me...Is it sparkly? Also, what would they drop? Strictly zenny or also a special battlechip?

Single?...Whoops, grammar error XD
Nah, I'll just keep the hair sparky~ I don't wanna rip off SuperStar Saga :3

Well, they sound cool to me. An interesting concept for a low level virus. Also, they would give mods all sorts of RP possibilities.

Yep!! The first one is the Met-Similar virii. The second one is like the medium leveled virii, and the third one is the comic-relief for the advanced players~
'Preciate it, Zan^^

BUMP!!
I added some stuff for ths chips...Is that allowed?
Also I decided to remove "Movi-Man", since that kinda sounded like some Robot Master XD (And it could've removed some image of the previous two viriis)

Different things based on board time? Genius! Aboslutely genius.
The only problem I can see is that we typically won't be spending more than a couple posts in the same time block.

Thanks for the compliment XD The time would be based on the poster's time (Since, I think, most of us are all in a different time range so the time would match with theirs)
EDIT: I've added an extra ability to Vid-Beam^^
