But I've both "control-f"'d and scanned the info databases THREE TIMES EACH and I've not been able to find "AirRaid1" which was awarded to me at the end of my last battle in Electown. I'm assuming it's for FighterPlanes. Still, WTF? Second time this has happened.

(I'm posting here because the backup chat is dead, I can't get into the normal chat, I have no non-PM way of accessing staff, and RS is offline anyways.)

Try turning off 'Match Case'. It checks for capitalization and crap when you do that, too.
