Delta: Sabre changes

I'd like to change my signature from a teleport effect to a break effect, since it would cause the signature to cost more than 60 points.
So the sig would be:
1. 40 points of damage (40).
2. Break effect (20).
Total: 60/60

Yup yup. Approved.
