With my new points and cap, I have space for more Sigs. So here is the first new Sig.
Summon: Manhole Cover - SummonerMan summons a Manhole Cover from one of his summon cards. This card must be on the ground, and is usually set on the ground beneath SummonerMan or an enemy. Upon activation, a hole instantly opens up in the ground, usually causing whoever is standing over the card to fall in. The hole is approximately 15 feet deep, but it can be climbed out of with a couple actions, due to the approximately 3 foot diameter of the hole. The main difficulty comes from the manhole cover itself, which fills the entrance to the hole, trapping the victim inside. It has 50 HP.
(OBJECT SUMMON [Passive] = 50 HP [50] + 1 time Small-area Terrain effect (1 Panel Broken)[10] — 60 Pool [-60] = 0 = Balanced. 2 turn cooldown)
Summon: Manhole Cover — 50 HP, traps target in hole; 2 TCD
Remaining Sig Pool: 160/300
Summon: Manhole Cover

-The Sig rules say
So I assumed Broken was okay. Also, It doesn't passively create the panel, it's a one time effect upon activation like the microburst in my Column summoning, so I assumed that was okay as well.
However you know what they say about assumptions. But if I was wrong on these points I guess I'll just have to think of something else, since removing the creating broken ability kind of ruins the point of the attack. But I did think I was right. So I'll start thinking, but I'd like one more turn down before I totally give up. (since I have a quote agianst Shur's claim, and PA's post says "I'm pretty sure")
