Lightning/Molten Spear upgrades

I don't have Molten yet, but I'll include it so I can upgrade it later.
Anyways...

Old: Lightning Spear. Voltman forms a giant orb of energy, which then shoots out nine bolts of electricity at his enemies. (9 hits of 10, Elec element) 3 Turn CD

New:Lightning Spear. Voltman forms a giant orb of energy, which then shoots out nine bolts of electricity at his enemies. (10 hits of 10, Elec element) 3 Turn CD

This is a level 1 with a cap of 100, right?

If so, Approved.

And since it IS a cap of 100, with the new 20 damage not towards CD, it's officially a 2TCD again.

Molten turns up at 100 damage towards the cap, even with the 20 removed, so that stays the same. <_<

Anyways, 'proved?
