Appearance: Ava is in her early to mid fourties, standing roughly at 5'9 and a rough 200 plus pounds at the end of the day. Her hair is a extremely light color, almost silvery blonde and extremely long almost reaching her hips while fully tied up in a ponytail, she makes sure to keep it extremely soft through an extreme regiment of conditioning and shampooing it from root to end. Her body having a very pronounced hourglass shape to it, a wide back end, hips and thighs, the rest of her legs not growing slimmer as they go down to her feet, while she has a rather decent bust around a D or larger cup to fit snuggly in whatever she may wear. Her face is, unexpectedly, fairly pain without any makeup or high tech treatments when she makes any major appearances, a pair of unexpectedly dark green eyes and a pair of dark red lips, a simple hoop earring hanging from her left ear and wearing what one would expect out of a buisnesswoman, a long two-piece dress is her typical atire, the top part being a ruby red long sleeved buttoned jacket (wearing a black undershirt beneath it), with the bottom part being a thick black long hemmed skirt with red opaque leggings that encompass her feet and legs.
Meanwhile, unbecoming of a buisnesswoman, she wears a pair of black knee high boots, a few odds and ends hanging off of her skirt and the front of her suit, mostly keychains she likes to change out every little while, though one that always seems to stay with her attire each time she changes them out is a USB Drive that hangs out of her jacket pocket in the shape of some sort of navi, though it's unsure what navi it is or was due to the wear and tear to the outside of it, most of the paint chipped off and face textures having worn away over the years.
Personality: If Boisterous had a picture in the dictionary, Ava would be pictured right next to the description. She is typically a loud, crass woman with little regard to those around her. Despite her CEO position, she has to keep a tight hold of her money due to multiple reasons, she has landed herself in hot water in more than several occasions due to her personality, having been thrust into a CEO lifestyle at the end of last year. Though the company is fairly small in size and scope, it's also made them a good deal of money in the last few years, having formed after the raid on Darkkas seven years ago to provide "safety" to navis and ops in need. Despite her position and propensity for being loud, this doesn't change her kind (if calculating) personality, allowing her to get further than most when "negotiations" get into full gear.
PET Modifications: A Red-White color runs across it's surface and the PET houses any and all legitimate chip data obtained to streamline chip usage in combat situations, this comes at the cost of a smaller free memory to make use of and increases the size of it, hampering portability.

Appearance: Having gone through revision after revision, year after year, the navi has seen every possible idea before his operator would finally settle on something, leaving him finally able to settle into a design that best represented him. Kemix himself stands at 7'9, with a weight to match his bulk, roughly putting him to 300 pounds, give or take, not including the armor that encases his mamoth body. His body underneath his armor is clad in a black one-piece navisuit that reaches all across his upper and lower body as well as his shoulders, his arms and hands like giant hammers in how much muscle and sinew they contain, his legs much the same to carry his massive body and weight around. His skin a dark-brown from head to toe, eyes a piercing yellow color and his hair a light-greyish color and braided behind his head down to his neck.
He typically wears a large grey helmet and visor combo with matching armor that plates itself across his muscular and heavy body, a chain skirt going down to his knees to cover his legs and a pair of knee high plated boots to cover his feet. On the outsides of his armor, a pair of large gourds can be seen attached to either side of his body holding water to create attacks or defenses with, a spear holster crossed along his back and multiple small points where technology can be seen imbedded into his armor, allowing Kemix to create hard-light energy constructs, functional weapons and armor with it. On his chest is an empty cravase the size and shape of a navi emblem, he seemed to have taken it out over the years. Where his emblem is at is unknown, but he can seemingly function perfectly without it.
Personality: The navi has had a long, sordid history, having been pawned off on multiple people for the last several years until finally ending up with his current netop. As such, he is typically closed off and quiet around most folks, little to say out loud and mostly communicates with grunts and nods if not through a text on his then current PET. He isn't unable to form any sort of relationship with someone, but when he does speak it is typically very straight forward and typically with no regard to the feelings of another. It is clear he is suppressing or deleting any feelings he has, if not for his own benefit, then for Ava's so she doesn't decide to scrap him later on, have to be a good little soldier for the big boss lady.

Energy Barrier: Creating a hardlight barrier around him or another, he can protect against attacks to absorb ire. (20 HP Barrier, 1TCD) (20 SP)
Energy Case: Using the hard-light generators attached along his armor, Kemix can create a casing along his (or another's) body to absorb punishment, redirecting the ire of enemy attacks. (20 HP Casing, 1TCD) (20SP)
Spear Shot: Kemix readies a spear in one of his hands and throws it like a bullet, the spear tip cutting through shadowy figures. (40 Aqua, Shot and Slashing, 1 TCD) (40SP)
Reason for rebirth: Penny, unfortunately having to borrow money, was approached by Ava having (illegally) delved into their personal happenstance. In exchange for their upgrades, chips, etc, she would use her company's own money to wipe away the (admittedly not huge) debts that Penny had to borrow. Not seeing much choice in the matter, Penny and Fenexia would relinquish their items to her. Shortly after Penny would be setup with a starter kit (at Ava's insistence) so they could continue to bust in relative safety.
