1. Raven is a bird, specifically raven-themed Navi.

2. Raven has wings

3. Raven dodges a lot.

4. Raven has a very fast top running speed.

5. Raven uses his wings to assist his jumps and stay midair longer

That good enough?

So he's a Fire/Wind giant bird that ISN'T a phoenix?
